If you like themes for stock sony roms check out orochi's themes. Install as normal app (no need for root) and change themes from setting=>display=>themes
Most of them work on GB:

I use power controls from the market. It's nicely themed so it looks great with holo launcher and you can change the power shortcuts. For weather just use beautiful widgets or hd widgets. And I use evernote instead of richnote

Download widget locker and search for an xperia s lockscreen for widget locker. You should be able to find one on XDA or google.

If you really want it, you should try learning how to port it yourself or carry on searching for it. There are hundres and maybe thousands of widgetlocker themes so someone must have ported it.

Just try Phoenix Launcher from market and take a look... You must install it on system/app and set permissions rw-r-r.
If you do that the launcher will acepts all your widgets in a very ICS presentation!!
The one and only problem with it is the ram usage, but try it. :good:
I'm a big noob and how do you change permissions

I don't think there are any Xperia S launchers out there. As far as themes go you will have to download a launcher and hope there's an Xperia S theme pack for it
Other than that you will have to root and flash. Personally I'd advise routing and flashing to unlock the proper potential of the Play

Root your phone with eroot its very easy
The xperia s or other xperia luncher would and could not be installed over without root, cause all xperia launcher would prompt replacement and not install over. This can only be done by using a rip folder to replace the home.apk
So to answer the initial question, its a BIG NO!

No ones asking if your a pro or not, you should know that what your asking should be on the Q&A and not here on apps, cause what your blabbing is not helpful to anyone else aside from yourself.

In midnight, sneak out to your laptop/computer, turn it on, root it with zergrush, flash xperia s theme, unroot, turn your computer/laptop off and go back to sleep and the next day act unsuspicious so no one finds out.
But seriously, im pretty sure its impossible without root.
