As far as I can remember, there's a windows tool downlodable from alcatel's homepage, with you can reset/upgrade your phone. Try alcatel's page. Be warned: it may erase all data on your phone!

I'm new to android modding. I downloaded the sp flash tool for purpose of rooting my tecno android phone.
The problem now is, I got even more confused when I operated the program.
Pls can someone just give me a quick summary of how to use it for backup and flashing, what to tick and what not to tick or a link to a site that does.

Hi there, I have a Alcatel t'pop, ive backup the stock Rom via mtkdroid tool, and im now in kitchen trying to de odex and add ext support and few other things, I was just wondering if anyone would like to help us port a ics Rom or jb as theres loads similar phones with same spec, anyone willing to help, and if so please pm me or post here, and also if u would could u please request a Alcatel general forum at least if not per device forums, please and thanks, lets get this phone a rocking !!!!!

After using king root to root my Huawei y360 devices it reboot few times and now it won't boot(bootloop)
No custum recovery was installed and can't seem to find this particular stock room
I have access to fastboot and the stock recovery
Could someone please advise or share a link that can help

have an alcatel 4033a and it has an cwm tecovery and i installed a cm rom for it and it did not work is therd a way can i edit some thing to make the rom work ......the recovery,rom or something plz
i knew some one who had the same device as me and the same problem he said he had to either edit the recovery or the rom i dont quite remember.but i losted him

Please help… Is it possible for me to fix my phone.. The problem is.. I flashed one of the a850i rom.. MIUI rom from needrom… And then the phone cant be switched on anymore… Is there any possible way to fix this…to be more accurate… I might has accidently do the wrong step.. Because the recovery is all in chinese… Please help… Sorry for bad english….
Try flash the stockrom using sp flash tool, you can get the stockrom in needrom.com
