I made a Theme for our Galaxy Note 1 using Galaxy Note 3 icon. This should work on any TW base Rom.
Please note that after flashing this MOD below list of apk icon would be changed. Also it has completely change your Music player

As far as your apps in the same partition as i described in OP there won't be any issues. I made this with SweetRom since i'm using it. So all the Apk folder placed according to SweetRom.
Usually it will take little more time to build up apk files after flashing Villlian Theme Flasher. It is normal.

Not sure mate. You may take a nadroid backup try if you wish.

Confirmed working fine here except for SecWallpaper it gives FC (could be ROM problem..!!)
Here are my steps:
- Download the theme.
- Re-arrange app folders according to my ROM system and preload partition.
- I renamed snote and snoteprovider folder since it was using Note2 Snote name from SweetROM
- Follow OP instruction.

Im using al-borak lt5 i think the icons all updated, just the wallpapers that didnt work as you've stated..

Its in preload. But when i check at system/apps it was there also.

That mean your apk in preload partition. I cannot figure out what is the issue with your end.
I have attached icon themed SamsungCamera.apk you may push in to Preload\symlink\system\app > set permission rw r r and restart your device.

1) Flash ICS 4.0.4 stock ODEXED (CWM backup by Machram or CWM flashable zip by ardatdat)
2) Download Deodexed version from the above link, copy zip package to sd card.
3) Boot into recovery
4) Install zip from sdcard
5) Follow the onscreen instructions of AROMA installer
6) Wipe cache, dalvik cache & Reboot.
NO Need to do factory reset.

It will remove superuser & touchwiz ux launcher only (/system/app)
/data/app & all other updated apps ( gmail, youtube, talk etc) will not be affected
So, after flashing deodexed version, you need to flash superuser.zip & touchwizux only.
Can you please include polaris office in this rom..? I really miss it..

This is not a complete custom ROM. I have just deodexed the system/app and framework folder.
Also implemented CRT OFF and AOSP lockscreen MOD.
If I get some time, I will release other MODs too..

It removed the S voice I had as well Did you free up some memory by tweaking something. I feel like I have ~30 to 40MB more RAM after installing this.

extract the cwm zip file.
inside the /system folder, you will see two folders.
/app & /lib
copy SecLauncher2.apk from /app folder to your device /system/app folder using root explorer. set permission as rw-r--r--
copy libdrawglfunction.so from /lib folder to your device /system/lib folder using root explorer. set permission as rw-r--r--
Reboot & done !!

Go to Settings>>Display settings>> untick help text(show help text on lock screen)

I made 2 flashable zip files to be flashed according to where SecSettings.apk is located inside the ROM that you installed (either in system partition or preload partition)
So download and flash accordingly please...
N.B: this mod only includes ink effect with all default colors, 4-way reboot options, 4 lockscreen shortcuts, enabled smart rotation, and enabled information ticker. So if you have other features that involve android.policy.jar and SecSettings.apk files other than those mentioned, they will be lost if you apply this mod.

It should be mentioned by ROM developer or you can take a look inside ROM.zip file that you installed and look if it has preload folder or not; if it has then open this preload folder -> symlink -> system -> app and see if SecSettings is there or not, if yes then download my preload mod.
If you still don't know or you don't have the ROM.zip file that you installed, then by any root explorer program (like RootExplorer or Root Browser) in your galaxy note navigate to system -> app folder and look for SecSettings, if you find it look for its permission, if it is rwxrwxrwx then your SecSettings is in preload partition and if it is rw-r--r-- then it is in system partition..

I've got a bit of an issue. I flashed [Pen only] Preload SecSettings version over [TEST FIRMWARE][ODIN REPACK] JB 4.1.2 GT-N7000XXLSC_N7000OXALSC_N7000XXLSC_ROOT_DEODEX, all ready had airview and 4 way restart mods working. And even though ink effect works, settings icon vanished from app drawer and homescreen. Checked I downloaded the correct mod, reflased, still icon is missing. Checked /preload/symlink/system/app and SecSettings.apk is there with right permissions.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

My mistake.I have same permissions.Maybe you should try to clear data in app manager.Or just move that file into system/app folder and delete symlink shortcut if you have it then reboot.
P.S. I tried "preload" zip too,and I have the same problem.

Honestly I tried that with laumcher from lidroid rom and it also didnt work so I rolled back to lidroid rom now

Ok, you open boyppcrom.zip by 7zip soft (on computer) add file seclauncher4.apk to system/app, close and flash rom again.

Download hjsplit App from play store. Select join. Then select Zip.001. Press join . U have a combined boyppc zip, Flash it from recovery.

This is my 3rd Themed System app for N9005
Internet Browser (SBrowser.apk)
For JB 4.3 MJ7 Users
Download file and uprar it

You must have root and root browser (root explorer or else)
change permissions to rw-r-r--
replace SBrowser.apk app at /system/apps
Phone will reboot
ENJOY!!!
APK is modified and tested by me and working fine
but BACKUP your system (NAND) or original apk before replacing, it is your choice and your responsibility
If any one can do it as flashable zip file, his help will be highly appreciated
request 4 modifying KitKat or N900 model are ok, but must upload your file and screen shoots for original app, and willing to test it since iam still on JB and N9005 only

I had the internet shortcut but after installing your apk it disappeared...im running viper rom 4.3

my themed file will replace also its icon, look for the new icon, it is green Planet Earth, as u see it in pic no. 3 next to window manager
Weird..still cant get it...root explorer womt late me change the permissions of the apk in the .rar file..and if I copy it to system folder then I lose the browser and have to use chrome...any ideas?...I really want tonuse this..oh..im on wicked rom...not viper..lol....thank you

u just unrar = unzip = extract the apk file from the ziped rar file, then put it in system folder, activate Mount R/W in root explorer, then change permission, then replace

before was different apks, now there is only one thread for one theme collecting all apks with newer icons
Ok..here is what I did....unzip...used root explorer to mount system r/w...pasted the SBrowse.apk into system/apps...it asked to overwrite....I said yes....then I noticed the sbrowser.apk showed rw/r/r automatically...restarted phone...but still don't have Internet browser...just chrome...and my Internet icon is no longer there...crap..???

Android JB or KK?
stock rom or coocked?
odexed or deodexed rom?
did u make backup via recovery before replacing the apk or not

go application manager, and look for Internet, to be sure that app is in your mobile
take a screen shots to all the apps u have Apps screens and show it 2 me

Oh...and in the application manager under all apps...There is no Internet listed...no browser listed and no sbrowser.apk listed....so strange...

Hello, I worked a lot of days trying to make the S5 UI for our Core.
*Before doing the following procedure, make a backup of your current ROM If it not work.
ONLY ODEX, my device doesn't have a rom deodexed, so these apks are odex
I themed the following apps:
v1.0
- Framework
- MMS
- Calculator
- Settings
- My Files
- Accuweather Widget (delete Accuweatherwidget.odex to work)
- Stock Launcher
v1.5
- SystemUI S5 BY xYz404
Rename SystemUI.apk to SystemUI.apk.bak
Rename SystemUI.odex to SystemUI.odex.bak
After paste SystemUI.apk to system/app
- FmRadio
- Framework updated icons (attachment)
v2.0
- Music Player
v2.5
Memo
v2.7
Framework updated, for those don't work
v2.8
SystemUI. After download, rename to only SystemUI. - New better style! Edited some .png and removed the speedometer of internet by xYz404

If you will use this apps in your rom please give credits, I know look to your rom and look if that is my app
*Create a backup of your current ROM before.
Before intall the zip, go to root explorer and rename SystemUI.apk to SystemUI.apk.bak and SystemUI.odex to SystemUI.odex.back. After you can flash the zip

These apps all work on my GT-I8260 except for the settings that I had previously developed for my Galaxy (I've also posted)

i tried 3 of your modded apps - SecLauncher2, AccuweatherWidget & Framework
SecLauncher2 is working fine but there are some problems with Framework & Accuweather widget
The PowerOff Menu is showing wrong lables (see attachment) & Weather Widget is not working
Please fix Framework ASAp &
