Its all good. I flashed that last 6/22 AOKP build and wanted more so I brought it up to date, plus maybe add a few things later down the road. Mostly for myself, with the benefit of sharing, so I'm cool if nobody wants to talk about it. I know there are a few bugs that need to be squashed, but anything JB is my only way to contribute to the OG. Nothing but respect for the devs that are still active here. Plus I couldn't let people say this phone wasn't worth fighting for. EOL my ass.

The few we are is worth it thow, I like to still give to these og users.

I second that :good:

Downloaded and installed today just had no time yet to see. Going to use tomorrow as primary phone and report back how it goes. Although your jb roms always rock.

Edit: update:
Installed ROM and gapps this morning setup WiFi and Google. Turned on dark mode and airplane mode. Left phone at home untouched all day. Come home and things were acting weird drop down toggles went 100 transparent although the worked if you touch them. Also when menu button was pressed it would flash normal then go transparent also.
Rebooted phone and all is okay now. Installing logcat app to catch log if it happens again I will get a log. Besides that so far all looking good. Put my 3vo on airplane mode and using the Og tonight and tomorrow. Will let you know how it goes.

Thanks sir. Much appreciated.

Smoothest JB ROM to date. Very impressed.
Only issue. Woke up this morning. Phone was plugged in over night. Touch screen wouldn't respond to anything. Reboot fixed it. No big deal. Have had that happen before with GB ROMs on occasion also.
Great job Wambo.

Well all has been good over night and this morning. My only minor thing so far is a phantom voicemail. On cricket network and it shows I have 2 voicemails and my normal process of clearing that does not work. Will play with it throughout the day.
Sent from my PC36100 using xda app-developers app

Well rock solid like all your work. For other with the voicemail notification that won't go away open app manager in settings and clear phone data. Used for close to 24 hrs with only the one weird issue stated before which was most likely just my old busted evo's fault. I recommend any jb fan try this out.
Also loving the transparent es file explorer. Goes well with my transparent gapps (Google plus, gmail, calendar, email, Google settings, hangouts, Google now).

Gonna give this a shot, love your cm7.
Edit: OK been running this last night and today, only a couple things to report. Using it stock kernel etc I didn't change anything. Wifi calling FC constantly, had to freeze it to shut it up. Wifi ap froze the phone, had to battery pull. Getting a lot of keyboard lag. Rom ran great when it first installed, but now the keyboard lag won't go away even after reboot. Having a hard time getting google sync on 4g, sometimes does sometimes doesn't, wifi is working fine.
Overall very nice rom especially considering no tweaks really done, runs very well.

Is this ROM getting more updates?
Sent from my LG-P999 using xda premium
If you take a look at CM's site, you'll see that their development hasn't advanced any, as far as what's been released, since May 11th. So, I'm sure that once CM releases an update, Euroskank will update based off new source code.

Work around for proper signal bars.
EpicRIL extends SamsungRIL and just transforms some incoming data fro\m the modem so AOSP signal strength can portray it correctly. See commit by Uberpinguin here
what's with the change in 6/24 on the hold back to kill current app bit? I see it in the change log, but it either doesn't work, or i have to hold it for 30 sec for it to actually kill the current app.

Things I have noticed in nightly 6-24 vs beta 4....
My recent calls list comes up much faster. The entire system seems more responsive, especially when transitioning between homescreens.
Everything else was already working great for me.

So... Are these builds continuously building on the official release - fixing or adding to that build? I ask because the official release is working so good but these builds might make it even better!
TIA,

As devs add code to git hub it is automatically built into the nightly by a build server with no interaction from the devs. We as users of the nightlys help make it better by reporting bugs as they happen. Bugs will happen as the code added is often untested because it is so new. If you don't want any new bugs, use CM7 stable.

This is my first of, I hope, many themes for the GS3. This was tested and based on CleanROM 2.5. If you try it on any other ROM based on the G7 modems, let me know. If you do try it and it borks your phone, though, I'm not responsible. And in general, I'm not responsible for anything that you do to your device. The app icons that you see are from a paid Apex theme in the PlayStore. Just search for Black Go Apex Theme Pro. I'll be making some of my own eventually.
Please do not use any of my work included in this theme without permission first. This stuff takes time, and I would be happy to help you if you just ask first.
Works On:
CleanROM 2.5
What's Themed:
SystemUI.apk
framework-res.apk
SecSettings.apk
lidroid-res.apk
To Be Done:
Tons of more images that I want to change in framework and systemui as this is just the first release. Anything that is not ICS blue will be that way soon enough. Not a big fan of touchwiz blue
Various other apks
All I ask is for thanks if you like my themes. If you want to donate to me, save your money and donate to Scott, thisiskindacrap, who MIKE D, or rcw95 on my behalf. That's where I'd use the money anyway for all of the help they give me.
Changelog:
10.08.Rebuilt
Rebuilt by thisiskindacrap to get rid of crashing (THANK YOU SO MUCH!)
10.02
Fixed (I hope) issues with SystemUI crashing
A couple more image changes
09.28
Initial Release
Thanks
-Huge thanks to Scrosler for the awesome ROM
-Thanks to thisiskindacrap for his mods that Scott uses that I have changed around for my themes.
-Thanks to who MIKE D for all of his theme help
-Thanks to rcw95 for helping me find some images and for helping figure out the crash issues.
-Thanks also to shawnten, taihard, and jmill75 for testing for me
Installation Instructions
-Download (if on mobile, make sure you choose "Request Desktop Site")
-Place on ext SD
-Reboot to recovery
-Perform nandroid (not required, but a good idea)
-Wipe cache and dalvik cache
-Flash zip
-Reboot
-Enjoy

Theme Wallpapers
These will be organized better or posted in a whole new thread if I start making wallpapers again. You can find some of my old ones in the Rezound or Nexus forums. I'll make some for this phone eventually. Also, make sure you download the wallpaper by clicking the little green download button on the top right corner, don't just save the image. These are made at the correct resolution and will be too small if you just save the image.

This is great. I'm personally not a fan of opaque themes alas AOSP TYPE. I like vibrant color themes. Like (mixer theme) de for cm10 for example.
This is good development nonetheless

Im a sucker for minimalism and clean designs and this definately fits the bill.
Im lovin the white on blue, screams ICS bussiness. The toggles look fantastic.

Hmm. You sure you're running 2.5? Only time I had that last night was when I was pushing onto 2.1 to test it out on that version. Nandroid back and try it again or make sure you're on 2.5 with the new modem.

I guess I could say it's maybe a little squished? It's definitely smaller than the other icons. Perhaps if it's possible to make it a little bigger, and move the data indicator triangles to the side instead of underneath? Just my opinion, you are the expert sir...

I'm not really into kernel editing yet. I have plans to build with carvsdrivers marla kernel. I haven't asked him yet but I'm sure he would be cool with it.
Would anyone be willing to make a bootanimation for me?? It would just be a clean and simple animation. I think I have a name ready for the rom but am open to more suggestions.

I've made a few before. What do you have in mind?

aokp unofficial?
Is this going to be in place of the unofficial aokp port you did for our skyrocket? The aokp Rom you put up is by far the best I have used. If this will use aokp as the base I'll be a tester. Lastly will this be a slimmer Rom or a feature filled one? Keep up the great work you give noobs like me a reason to try harder.
Whichever way he goes, you can guarantee it will be a DD. Love all that you have brought to us Toyes. As well as all the other great devs and helpful members we have here. Thanks for making my rocket the envy.

Mind reader....
Seriously Toyes, if you keep readin my mind as to what i would put in my own rom i think i'm going to start to get worried. Honestly i am getting into making/tweaking roms because of this community. I honestly know nothing about writing code or anything like it but i am trying my best to learn. I have not or will not ask any stupid noob questions, i understand what the internet is really for (not porn) but it's pursuits like this that make me want to join the fray! Thank you Toyes keep up the epic work! :good:
Thought about troubling you to add some audio goodies, but it looks like you already have it covered l haven't been this excited about an upcoming ROM in a long time!

I can't post on the dev thread so I'll ask here, is there ribbons on this Rom? I used to never use them but now I'm addicted to using them. Thanks in advance. I'm downloading asap.

Im thinking not as its slim based and ribbons is an aokp feature. In the process of downloading now.

I had a weird thought, you need a custom battery icon. Like an arrow inside a circle pointing at the current percentile. That would quite frankly be epic. So far no problems on the ROM. Have yet to test calls, needing phone right now so the Sim is on my captivate while I am on call. I will try stuff and see what happens. You rock toyes

This is a self-compiled kang of CM12 with cherry picks from CyanogenMod’s Gerrit Instance, most comparable to a CM nightly build. You need not apply if you’re not comfortable with testing out new and possibly broken features. All credit goes to cyanogen, #teamdouche and the coders who submit to Gerrit. Thank you to @RyanMacG for providing Euroskank hosting.

Haha....I fixed it. That was a bad copypasta job on my part. Thanks for pointing it out!
Do me a favor and edit your post so the OP isn't quoted/duplicated......just makes it look clunky. Thanks in advance.
I simply moved to this thread from HERE to start fresh with 10.2. We've been using this build for a while, now. It's solid. Flash away!!!
Awesome! Thanks @makelegs!

Anyone noticing that the Back key doesn't work in the latest (8-8) nightly? The navbar one and using LMT, neither one works. The 8-08 build on my toro is working fine though.
Edit: NM, it seems that it was somehow related to freezing the AOSP keyboard with TiBu, but not having set up Swiftkey yet. Once I set up Swiftkey, everything was back to normal. Odd.
Awesome, thanks for this buddy!

I'm pretty sure that's broken. It is on my other tablet, at least.
Some weird stuff i noticed. @makelegs
Ya...I haven't flashed it yet. That is probably the reorganize options commit. It's been updated about 27 times this morning alone. Expect more change in that respect, in the near term.

PSA: The new GAPPS is now linked on Euroskank. For those still wondering which version to use, that's what I just flashed.

Hi, I got a FC when I try to enter in "FN buttons" within Settings. I know Settings are in WIP but just wondering if it's a known problem.
Thanks.

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you're describing....but I would assume that any Settings related fc is likely the result of the reorganize commit which is more of a WIP than usual. I haven't personally found it too irritating, but I haven't had much time to play in settings on anything, lately.
If that pick is harshing anyone's gig, lemme know, and I can drop a single build without it for folks to use for setup purposes, because I'm not sure how long that cherry will take for them to dial it in, and of course I'm gonna keep picking it. That's what I do!
Just lemme know.

For me it isn't a problem, I love to test every build, just wondering because if it wasn't a known bug, in the next build it can be fixed

No problem mate. Picks are alright as long as the rom boots, lol.
Anyway, can you tell me what blobs you are using? I built from Google's binaries and the rom doesn't boot
