I REALLY want this phone. But I refuse to give up the functionality I get with MightyText on my Galaxy S2. I can't seem to find anything similar for Windows Phones. It appears that there is no program access to SMS at all. Is this actually the case or is it official? Does anyone know of any way at all to make this work?

I know, an iPhone thread on XDA. But yeah, I'm just wondering is there a way to do this? I got an iPhone 4S for quite cheap so I decided to buy it so I have an SII and iP4S now so I'm just looking for a way to get my SMS from my SII to the iP4S, is it possible? I tried searching for the answer, but didn't find anything concrete to know for sure. I know it's possible to import SMS from iOS to Android as I've done it before, but now it's the other way around I don't know. The iP4S is already jailbroken and I've found the SMS file (messages.db) so all I really need is a way of converting the Android SMS (.xml) to a (.db) file I assume?
I'm completely lost to be quite honest.
Any help will be appreciated, cheers.
I have the same prob.
I want to import from Nokia c3
I use desksms on my phone, which allows my tablet to receive my phone's text messages as google talk messages, you can reply and everything, and the people that you are texting see it just as though you texted from your phone. Although the user interface isn't very pretty (and I have no idea how it would look on ios) it suits my purposes, and maybe yours? It might be worth looking into at any rate, because the only thing you would have to install on the iphone is an im client that could handle gtalk.
Hi All,
dont know if there is anything out there, but im looking for an app or something that displays ammo, health, etc when playing PC games on my Windpad 7 (Gingerbread).
i know Logitech use software called GamePanel to have it running on their G19 and G15 keyboards, it displays the above plus much more.
is there anything else remotely close to this???

I'm looking for the same thing. I can't even find any reference to anyone working on it.
About the closest I've come to something that "might work"(haven't attempted yet) is that apparently the logitech gamepanel has an "emulator" plugin that will allow you to display it on screen, and then there are a couple of paid apps to use your phone as a second monitor, so you could move the emulated gamepanel onto the phone screen.
if you've had any better luck I'd love to hear it. I wish there were more forums and things about what to do with spare android phones.
Can we have this ported over to the TPT? What would we need other than the .apk file?
Tried it, wouldn't install.
I tried carrying over the libs and other data too with the .apk and nada.
Anyone else have any luck with trying to get this to work? I would really like to see this on our tablets. I think one of the issues is that the Snote app has the ability to split the screen so you can use a web browser.
True. The apps are modified by Samsung for the multiscreen function.
So we really don't stand a chance at getting this or any other app from the Note 10.1 to work on our devices.
Not if it's one of the multiscreen apps. FWIW, can't port NM to the Note, either.
What about trying to port over the multi screen? What controls that?
I have no idea, but hey, go for it.
It's hard to tell what makes what works, but I do know that the interface that Samsung uses is way different than Lenovo.
Agreed. Frankly, I'm not hopeful for the porting of native apps either direction.
I am looking for a cheap, preferably free, app to spy on my wife. I saw her doing something the other day and want to know what she was looking at while she was doing it. At this point I would be happy with a remote screen shot that emails a coupel times a day or something like that. I know she uses go sms for texting and that she uses facebook chat, saw her sliding something around on the phone and she said it was the new facebook chat. I don't use facebook because of somethings that have happened in the past. I canhave no idea what else she uses it's "none of my business" what she does on her phone. The ap must be hidden, the way I will be able to install it is her phone is rooted and keeps promting for an update, so I can install something while I'm doing the update, but nothing very extensive at all to set it up. I want screen shots becuse I don't know if she is video chating, or looking at stuff on the internet or what, so the safest way the find out is screenshots, like every minute or five. Key logger might come in handy too. I appretiate any help you give.

Did you ever find anything??? I’m looking for something similar
I sometime can't take my phone out, so I'm looking for any method that can use my tablet to remote my android.
For example, I can access the apps in my phone or write message.
AirDroid I'm now using can only do the latter one, but cannot use apps.
I searched something called "Bomgar" bomgar.com
But I'm not quite sure if it works on my SurfaceRT.
Or other methods may work?
Please, please help me.
