Hi guys i need help from you, im so frustrated, here is the situation i was updating my HTC phone trough my pc but by mistake they disconect my phone and now doesnt start and no reacction when i conect the phone to the wall charger, and when i conect it to my pc seems that it wants to recognize it but nothing it just make the sound that i plug the phone but nothing the phone is hard bricked or what can i do :'(
So it disconnected while running an RUU? That can be very bad. Does it show up as anything in my computer or device manager, maybe QHSUDB_DLOAD?

the pc kind of recognize it but it shows nothing i havent seen in the device manager? is it true that you can fix it with ubuntu?!
There is a chance you could bring it back to life, there is an Evita unbricking thread here. Try that, but if you can't get past the enumerating partitions stage it's a lost cause.

Would some one help me to solve my problem, I tried to download new Rom by USB cable, suddenly it comes a Picture said Computer Can Not Connect the Phone.
I do not know what I did wrong, can someone tell me how to Un-lock the phone.

try reinstalling your usb drivers then reconnect the phone and let it go through the process of hd detection until it finalizes. here are the usb drivers for your device:

Never had a problem before, but now when i plug my phone into usb, it shows power, but no hardware recognition from the computer. Using CM7 but i flashed back to stock to try and get the computer to want to see the device, with no luck.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated

So I wanted to try to root my htc desire but before I can even start...my laptop won't recognize my phone. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling the drivers, changing the "connect to pc" status on my phone and tried all the option. I made sure usb debugging was on. When I connect my phone to my laptop, my phone charges just fine, but its not recognized as a device. I'm not really sure what to do anymore so if you can please provide suggestions to help me out, that would be helpful. As a last resort, I might just try to do a factory reset on my phone and try, but I really don't want to do that if there are any other solutions to this problem. Thanks!
Can anyone please help. im stuck in a difficult problem. I cant enter recovery, my phone just loops, and i cant connect it to my pc. Just getting USB device not recognized. The last usb device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it. I dont know how to add a new software or restore a backup, and i got a seious battery drain issue. Hope someone can help me. Im on Slim X rom on a E6653.
Download a MM, LP or Nougat firmware.
Let the phone charge and go to flashtool
Load the firmware you downloaded check all the wipe section case and put your phone on flashmode (vol - and stick USB cable while maintaining vol -)
Let flashtool do it's work and once done it should be OK
I have tried that, but my computer cant fin my phone, so i cant use flashtool
I found out of it. Had a faulty usb cord. Im happy again.

hello im new to the forums and i hope im posting in the right place, yesterday i was charging my phone overnight and in the morning the screen was frozen so i restarted only to find my phone won't pass the sony screen so i tried to hard reset via twrp but the cache won't unmount so i tried emma to flash my phone, but sometime after it started my phone disconnected from my pc without any reason, the flash failed and my phone got bricked i don't know what to do now my pc won't recognize my phone and disconnect and connects at random, i changed cable so i think that's not the problem if anyone can help me i would be really grateful
