Atm no but you can copy the files over to /system/media/audio/ui

STOCK ROM QR VERSION
Coming soon. Had difficulties uploading
ONLY KNOWN ISSUE IS THAT IT HANGS AT THE LOCKSCREEN ON FIRST BOOT.
Workaround:
Keep phone on for a while than put it on sleep and than plug in the charger once the screen turns on it should bring lockscreen up about 5 sec later.
Brightness is also a obvious Bug but the thing that works for me is Juice Defender Beta.
Intructions:
1.Download Juice defender Beta from the Market (Its Free)
2.open the app and choose advanced options
3.go to controls and choose brightness
4. change the profiles to -60 25 80. In that order
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
NANDROID BEFORE FLASHING ANYTHING! IF YOU BRICK YOUR PHONE AND POINT AT ME I WILL LAUGH
Step 1: Root (OBVIOUSLY)
Step 2: Download the Rom and place it in your SDCARD
Step 3: Reboot into recovery (i Honestly Suggest AMON RA 2.3 since it never gave me flash problems)
Step 4: Wipe EVERYTHING 4X
Step 5: Boot into ROM (Give it a Minute) and use the Lockscreen workaround
Step 6: HAVE FUN!!
If you are unable to boot the ROM please dont post here before you have tried the above steps AT LEAST 3X
PLEASE POST ANY PROBLEMS YOU HAVE WITH THE ROM AND ANY REQUESTS YOU HAVE ALSO.

It’ll be built into the release. I’m working with a couple other people to get a few kinks worked out and see if we can get the latest gingerbread release to work.
Edit: do not apply lockscreens! Make sure you uncheck lockscreen when you apply a theme! If you look in the lewa rom thread there's a zip of mdpi lockdcreen themes. If you download those as specified, they'll show up under your themes.
I'll get those added to the op as soon as I can.

Let's hope we can update this! The UI is just horrible in my opinion! And it doesn't have most of the features in the newer MIUI builds..

Hi, I just flashed your ROM [beta4] to my sister's Hero yesterday, thank you so much for this! I love MIUI myself and now she does too. However, there is one issue I'm having. The themes still do not work in beta4. I unchecked the lockscreen, also rebooted, and the themes aren't applying still . Should I flash the .zip, or just wait for another fix?

Here is the step-by-step (on windows):
1. Extract the baksmali/smali tool to a new folder and put the framework.jar in same folder.
2. Run baksmali manager.bat.
3. Select framework.jar by pressing 4 -> 2 in main menu.
4. Press 1 to Baksmali the framework.jar.
5. Make it sure that new 'framework' folder is created and files inside it. (Don't close the baksmali manager window yet!)
6. Open the framework/android/widget/AbsListView.smali with notepad++.
7. Search for ".method private createScrollingCache"
(change red value to green value)

15. Drag and Drop the new classes.dex into framework.jar and replace the old one.
16. Put modified framework.jar to your phone's sdcard.
17. Copy that file to /system/framework and replace original one.
18. Give proper permissions (rw-r--r--) or (644) or (tick Read: owner, group, others / Write: owner)
19. Restart your phone and enjoy!!!

I want everything included in the package besides the navbar mod, please tell me it is able to be toggled, I am entirely against a second set of touch buttons.

Ok cool and another thing i noticed the mms app is the older version with the pop up that takes you the mms app instead of just popping up lol maybe you can update it the latest version with the fixes

Have you downgrade phone to ICS before MIUI install?
You can also try to disable sim PIN code and then install MIUI (I have disabled PIN and it always works)
Don't add xiaomi accound in first setup.
How to install:
1. Flash stock ICS
2. Go to settings/security and disable pin code
3. Go to cwm and flash rom!

I won't make separete build for older FXP
And so I test the rom! It's fu*king great!!! Good job! A little bit is laggy,but It has a lot of more settings then cm10! I really like screen button

Do you know any free service for upload files bigger than 200mb? mediafire has a limitation to 200mb so I can't upload there.

Availability and Compatibility

The theme stays compatible with new versions of TWRP until TWRP changelog says otherwise.
How to install:
Download the theme of your choice and rename it to "ui.zip".
On SD card (if device has internal and external storage, use the internal) open TWRP folder and create a folder called "theme", without capital letters.
Copy ui.zip to theme folder.
Restart to recovery.

@thewisenerd, great job on your scripts for porting. Gonna try it out just because I am curiouson how fast it can port lol. Retrospect to whether or not it works like mine I can say it most likely does not. The two projects are definitely different. I also use GraphicksMagick (GM) compiled for ARM to resize all the images accordingly. That binary is embedded in to the script.
The math I use is pretty simple and accurate. Say the theme is 720x1080 and your device is 480x800 for the sake of this demonstration. Both info is provided to the script as it will ask you for them. Then it will proceed to calculate as such:
An image of 64x130 from 720 to 480:
720÷64=11.25
480÷11.25=42.6666666667 (then round to the nearest integer) 43
1080÷130=8.30769230769
800÷8.30769230769=96.296296296.3 (round to the nearest integer) 96
Giving a successful port of 64x130 to 43x96. This same method is applied towards the ui as well since we know that 'x' is 'width' and 'y' is 'height' and so forth.

The size of the navbar buttons indicates you're using an early version of the theme, since the 2820 theme update they're smaller. Also, what resolution does your device have?

Just update the theme, there are 2860 compatible versions that have the slider placement fixed.
It would be too much to ask for porting to the LDPI do not know how this script, so I can only ask, please.

The only problem with this theme on LDPi is when screen lock is impossible to unlock and is impossible to swipe to confirm action.
