Devs need a help in this as i cannot use my cell apart from txting and calling, frustrated. By the waye DArk MAgic is super rom other than lags i faced.:silly:

tried with memory test in sptools nand flash not detecting
flashed jb 4.1.1 stock via sp tools.... flashing upto 92 % and fails, did memory test saying nand flash not detected, is that external memory card or something related to my cache not wiping. waiting for reply DEVs:fingers-crossed:

showing TYPE PASSWORD TO DECRYPT THE STORAGE
guys still issue not solved. flashed the stock ICS rom via flash tools, run through 94% and fails. switched on the phone. But after logo showing as TYPE PASSWORD TO DECRYPT THE STORAGE

When you flashed stock JB & ICS via SP flash tool did you remove Memory & Sim cards?
If not than pls flash it again without Memory & Sim card
And if ur succesful in doing it but still find issues in restoring the Nand backup thn I believe there's a problem with ur Memory card (Corrupted) & for that you should copy the Nand backup image on a different memory card & thn try restoring it

[Q] No way out of Bootloop + 'can't open /sdcard/update.zip (bad)' error

Ok..so I've been using HTC explorer for 2-3 months and everything was going fine but the low internal memory kept bugging me so I rooted the phone (i delayed rooting because it voids warranty..)..I deleted the pre installed apps and all other unnecessary crap..but the internal memory was still low so I went for factory reset..:|..and thats how you get into bootloop but searching for solutions..i found that my problem can be solved by flashing new rom..so I downloaded 1 and flashed it (yes i followed all the steps like creating ext4 partition and wiping cache etc).. but suddenly 'can't open /sdcard/*rom*.zip (bad)' popped up..so I went through the forums but didn't found any approved solution but suggestions like re downloading the rom..or checking if signature verification is off or flashing any other rom..i tried all of them..i retried re downloading the rom..I tried flashing cm 9..explode^1..Jaggyrom..even the stock rom but nothing positive happened..I am clueless..Please Help...
What recovery did you flashed, another thing, try with another sd card, or repartiotion this one through recovery after that get some rom on it. If you have a card reader, check if the card is ok.
And don't rename zip's live them with their original names.

i flashed with A310e recovery...and the card is fine..I read somewhere to format the card with sdformatter and flash the rom from there and create the partition after the rom has booted..so i am trying that..I'll update you..thnx for reply btw.. :highfive:
Try installing CM10 Beta 2 on a clean, unformatted sd.
If that doesn't work, change your recovery.
Working fine
everything's alrite now..the thing that was causing the problem was the partitioned sd card...I removed partition and then flashed it and everything went well...

[Q] SdCard not mounting in GB :(

I was using 2.3.3 official Stock Rom but suddenly moved to CM10.1.5 & 10.1.6 and used the partitioned sdcard there to use Link2SD. But drainage battery on wifi problem compelled me to come back with GB. I noticed that the GB, when come back from cm 10, starts giving error " SDcard removed. Insert new one" . If we leave the cellphone as it is for an hour or two, card automatically mounted.
Problem is - there's no problem with sdcard and phone. Sdcard working fine on CM 9 & 10 and mounted normally on startup. But it failed to detect by CM 7.2 and in stock, mounted with some delay. If I use the same SDCARD with other android devices with GB , it works perfectly and working perfectly with Recovery as well as on PC. Getting error with 2.3.3 - 2.3.7. When tried other sdcard of same capacityon GB, GB detects other sdcards, but not mine :crying:
I tried formatting with single partition in every format type but all in vain. I did everything but it is not mounting normally on startup with GB (stock and CM 7.2).... I used both KDZ and Recovery Flash method for GB, still Sdcard not mounting. There's nothing wrong with hardware ...what to do? Is there any script that is flashed with 10.0 & 10.1 which troubles my android device to mount my sdcard on GB during startup? In storage it always shows " Total Size - Unavailable" :crying:
There's no reason to make the phone or sdcard throw coz there's no fault in them ...fault is with any script that is not updated with flash or kdz....
*Capacity of my sdcard - 16GB

Your description of problem is complicated.. its mounting after an hour or two after booting. Right?
Try reformatting the sdcard within the recovery ..not with the partition tool ..
And check the format of the primary partition. It should be FAT32 .

p5110 no write access on internal sd

Hi all ! I have a bit of a problem...My internal sd is kinda blocked in a "read" state. Neither the (rooted) system, me, odin, nor windows can write or delete anything. When I flash a new rom or a new recovery, it looks like it succeed, but when the tablet restarts it's at the same state as it was at a t instant. This means I'm blocked on Philz 6.0.x and Slimkat with a few apps and pictures. As the system can't write, the tablet freezes and reboots after a few minutes of usage. I've tried tens of methods trying to reinitialize the rom or flashing a new rom, I've even tried a Nand erase all, flashing a pit file, but whatever I do, it's stuck on the same rom with the same apps. Wipes are shown as successful but actually wipe nothing... It looks like the internal sd is dead. Note that I've formated and pulled out the external sd so the problem doesn't come from it. Has anyone faced once such an issue ?
Sorry for my english...

"Damaged Phone storage" notification - How to repair it?

I have got notification on my mobile "Damaged Phone storage". The problem is the internal storage, which can not be physicaly repleced with other one.
After connecting the mobile to PC everything is working. There are all files on the card, it is possible to copie new files on it, an from it, etc. The problem with the storage is only on Android. Of course I tried to format it on adroid.
I try to solve this problem the whole week, and have no more idea how to do this
I made all possible action form Recovery. I tried to change the vold.fstab file in system, which is not possible 4.4.2
I flashed the mobile via SP Flash Tool several time, and it still does not work. Unfortunately I have not the oryginal ROM, only the backup from my mobile. My mobile is Chinese Alps A9+ built on MTK 6582. I even tried to change the primary partition from this topis: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2455850 , but no matter how big the size of storage is, on PC it is working on Adroid it does not.
So, have you the Custom ROM for Alps A9+ (MTK6582) - (The only one i can find on the internet does not work "A-9+_141014_backup_150326-103833")
or maybe you know the other proceder how to fix it
I tried to flash new rom, but they still do not work properly. Each time was end up with the same notification "Damaged SD Card" or "Damage Phone storage"
I made Memory Test via SP Flash Tool and the Test has finished with two errors:
NAND Flash wos not detected!
and
UFS was not detected!
What exactly do they mean?

how to repartition the internal storage (storage partition bricked)

Hey! Today I made a clean installation of the newest Android N build 2.33 via flashtool. As usual I wiped everything and before flashing the ftf I wiped everything via TWRP which was on the old Marshmallow build installed. After installing nougat I flashed a patched kernel and booted directly into the twrp recovery before the first boot! there I wasnt able to find my internal storage partition! In the file manager there was suddenly no sdcard0, only sdcard1 which is the external sd card. So headed to the wiping options and wanted to wipe the internal storage but I only got a red error log line saying something with "-o". Then I plugged the Z5 into my computer for transfering the deodex patch while the phone was in recovery and the cmputer detected a 8.4GB internal storage partition, but normally it should be 22GB useable storage! how can I fix this?!?! I can boot up the xperia though!
sorry about any writing mistakes I use my laptop for 1 year now but I still hate the steelseries keyboard, sometimes the space bar isn't working and I have to apply more pressure than I want to during smooth writing....
