I have modded the stock google quick search widget for HDPI devices
may also work on mdpi and xhdpi- not tested tough

Instruction
--> Just Install it as normal .apk
--> If you want the original widget, just go to Settings>app>Google Search>Uninstall Update
Look in Attachment for Download
IF you still get WHITE widget after installing DARK try the DARK Widget for MDPI

What device do you use .is it HDPI or MDPI ?

I am not sure if it works on MDPI, because i dont have a mdpi device and could not test on it

Thanks works great on my Ldpi phone Galaxy pocket I know it says HDPI only but i managed it to work on my 2.3.6 Gingerbread phone i wanted the dark version but when i install the dark version it appears still to be white idk why. but its okay since i was searching this for a long time Thanks!!!
Btw. I installed it with System App installer. just search it on google and their is an thread on Xda. you probably know that
Now my Galaxy Pocket looks more like an Xperia Z Ultra just smaller version !!

2. extract zip. (I'm not sure if you can flash this file..)

4. Install WidgetPicker.apk (so that all the widgets will work)
5. install the rest of widgets! Its a pretty cool launcher, i liked messing oround with it.. smooth and fast. but i still prefer go launcher

Download link works. Try refreshing page or wut i like to do is hold download button and click open new window. That way should work to!

Install Guide:
- Download the Launcher and copy to your phone!
- PLEASE DOWNLOAD OTHER LAUNCHER FROM PLAY STORE FORST JUST IN CASE!!!
- Go to root explorer and go to /system/app Then remove touchwiz30launcher.apk!
- If you have a Odexed Phone than also remove Touchwiz30launcher.odex
- Now go to /sdcard and move the touchwiz30launcher.apk to /system/app!
- Then click the home button and choose samsung home!

I always loved the ICS/KitKat TouchWiz, so I wanted to make a theme that will make our devices a lot more similar to an insanely upgraded Galaxy S4.
I made this theme for my devices (an S6E+ and an S7), but I'm pretty sure this will also work with other devices (you only have to choose the correct package according to your device screen).
A theme based on the "Lollipop" version (S5) is under development aswell!
