[Q] Custom Roms Needed for XOLO A1000

I wanted to install a custom rom like cyanogenmod in my Xolo A1000. I searched everywhere but not able to find any custom rom for it. Can anyone suggest any good custom rom for this.
And if no such custom rom is available then is there any rom which i can easily port to my device. Any rom for similar device?
Also i wanted to ask if i change my kernel will i be able to install any rom ? confused

I have Pantech SKY Vega LTE M IM-A810S with official JellyBean 4.1.2 Stock Rom, I want to root my phone and tried many tools like unlock root, super one click etc but unable to do so. Please help me and tell me which tool/method should I use to root my phone and get rid of the unnecessary korean apps.
