Hello,
First im going to teach you how to flash your phone using SP Flash tools.
How to flash it:
- Open the SP Flash Tool

- Load the scatter file from the ROM Folder
- Press Firmware -> Upgrade
- Plug your phone through USB with it powered off
- Wait until the bars progress end and.
- When it finishes a green popup will appear.

I bought one of these for "fun" just to see what its like
can i ask what version of android is the update you have listed above and how do i know i have the right goophone for it?
also how do i see what version im currently on?
currently its android 4.2.2
board = mbk72_wet_jb3
hardware = mt6572
Kernel 3.4.5
any chance of KitKat in the future

Backing up your ONN V9 ONLY
First to make a backup of your ONN V9 ONLY you can use this tutorial: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=38337401#post38337401
Some thing to note, if you can't seem to get the SP Flash Tool to detect your phone it maybe that you don't have the right preloader drivers. To install them you can use this tutorial: http://www.china-devices.com/Thread-Tutorial-How-to-Take-Your-MT6582-phone-into-META-mode
Rooting your ONN V9 ONLY
If you're done with the first step of backing up your V9 ONLY you can also add root. To root it you can use the MTK Droid Tools and click the root button.
For me it didn't work at first. I used an other method: I flashed the superuser.zip using the CWM recovery. After that I used MTK Droid Tools to update the SuperSU and it worked

SM-G900H Clone Null IMEI, ROM, CWM Recovery

Hi.
I have a BIG problem in my hands, ok but i smile anyway .
O spent a lot of days looking for a solution to fix my Null IMEI but no chance.
The phone is a CLONE Samsung S5 SM-G900H with real MT6572 (MT6589 is fake), we can see on image the MTK Droid tools diagnost.

Well, i flash one Rom before a backup de NVRAM and i lost the "/efs" directory so, i don't have the ".nv_data.bak e .nv_data.bak.md5" files.
Anyone can say me where can i find the solution? I tried almost everything, the IMEI can't be written always.
I guess i need the original Ubifis ROM for this phone, to restore "/efs" directory or the NVRAM/IMEI backup for this one.
I tried flash some Roms but no one works because of blocks, partitions or something.
Some correct ROM to flash with SP Flash, already rooted with CWM Recovery and /efs is the perfection .

Im getting bootloop after the update !
ive downloaded the stock rom from http://en.miui.com/download-263.html here . Now I need to install it, I've tried it using MiFlash tool. But it doesn't work.. Someone please help.

Use the fastboot version of MIUI on MiFlash or if coming from custom rom. The zip file is only for the updater app/mi recovery.
If you are getting any error codes please share for troubleshooting purposes.

Using fastboot image from the Xiaomi website is the best and recommended.....,Don't use the Recovery ROM (Full ROM) if you are coming back from a custom ROM.....

GTX Jaculus Unisoc T618 tablet

Hi All,
As usual, I put myself in trouble by purchasing something nobody knows and looking for help. I got a tablet containing Unisoc T618 chip but it seems like it is rebranded I can't find who the manufacturer is and if it is possible to flash a new ROM that can enable phone functions. The link to some details of the tablet is here GTX Jaculus. It is in Turkish but specs are obvious. Is there anybody that can help me identify who the manufactırer is and if it is possible to enable VoLTE on this device? I want to receive calls and be able to use my SIM card to call others. Currently, only the data plan works.
