Hello,first of all,i wanna emphasize that i have seen lots of threads like this but none solved my "problem"
What i wanna do is swap my sd card with the usb storage.
I have a samsung galaxy s advance I9070
I have the stock rom gingerbread and its not rooted but i can do it if its needed.
Is there a possibility to swap the memory?
I wanna swap it because i want the apps/games and files to be installed directly to the sd card

you can use link2sd find it on Google play and you should be rooted first

sorry for my late answer,i had a problem with the root,unstable kernel and random reboots.
Well i tried link2sd but didnt work or at least i didnt know how to do it!

Hi, I've successfully rooted my phone (Thl v11) using Bin4ry and now I'd like to use my external SD card as internal memory. Unfortunately the internal memory of the phone is only a bunch of MB and I can't download app even if I will install them on the SD.
Is there anyone able to help me?
I found some guides on this forum about how to swap SD and internal memory but the ones I found were always dedicated to certain phones.
I noticed there are no posts about this Thl phone on this forum, but it's kinda cool and cheap.
Really hope someone can help me.

hi guys, you have to install link2sd first, so format your sd with 2 partitions, first one is a primary partition fat32 formatted, second one is a primary partition ext4 formatted (use a program on pc, i use gparted on linux). Now you can insert sd in android device and open link2sd, it asks you wich partition you want to use, choose ext4 so it says to restart device, restart and open link2sd, now you can link your apps (in configuration menu you can set autolink)

now i have a question for you, i try to use Bin4ry on a thl v11 but it doesn't work, are you sure it works correctly? do you try a test to confirm your root operation is done?

there are many apps in play store which just require root to move apps to sd card you can try that
you just have too be rooted buddy
also you can try link2sd

my brother this best acc to me and many others is link2sd rather than int2ext cos it does not cause as much lag in many apps installed as int2ext does
so i would say that u should go for link2sd

first make a partition in recovery then it will work

I've tested a lot tutorials to swap, I've done via script, but it did not work, I tried the 2 External and internal also failed.
Now I feel like an idiot for buying this phone.

There is a chinese procedure for that. They were successful on 16.0.A.0.47 version of Xperia C.

What I mean is different. If you have 16gb memory card, you will have 16gb internal storage in this way. Just do it as in the link. You can use google translate to understand that page.

Hello,
You may try partition your sd card and you can move your apps to sdcard in order to gain space on your internal storage.

Hello,
I don't think that's possible, unless you are running Marshmallow, since it has a basic functionality of swapping SD card as internal storage without root.

Yeah ... this phone doesn't have update for 6.0 and i didn't find any custom room with 6.0
I use an android phone running 4.2.1 before i started using the rom nexus 5 by exclavu which runs 4.4.2. But I recently discovered it was a lie because it still runs 4.2 and if i check i still see 4.4... Could it be that the rom is the problem or is there any fix? Also due to my phone's little storage, i partitioned my 16gb sd card and i started using link2sd and i enjoyed it but now some of my apps keep crashing and i dont know what to do... Please help!!:crying:

Hello,
Maybe the OP just changed it in build.prop hence It is still 4.2 but shows 4.4.
Also, some of apps dont work correctly when linked to SD Card, they need to be in internal storage itself.
