[Q] My phone worked in DE, SE, UK, but not BG - T-Mobile LG G2x

I'm not into wireless technology, but my g2x would have signal with a:
1.german sim card in Germany
2.swedish sim card in Sweden
3.english sim card in UK
but it didn't work with a bulgarian sim card in Bulgaria. And by looking at the frequencies supported, I am confused. Can someone explain it to me?
G2X:
2G Network GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
3G Network HSDPA 1700 / 2100
BG operators:
1 Mtel GSM-900/1800 (GPRS, EDGE)
2100 MHz UMTS, HSDPA, HSPA+
LTE 5.4 [22] (May 2013)
2 GLOBUL GSM-900/1800 (GPRS, EDGE)
2100 MHz UMTS, HSDPA, HSUPA
3 VIVACOM
(Formerly vivatel) GSM-900/1800 (GPRS, EDGE)
2100 MHz UMTS, HSDPA, HSPA+
LTE (testing)

[Q] Samsung Galaxy s2 hd lte (SHV E120S) 3g does not work!!!!!!!!

Hello guys!
I just brought my Galaxy s2 hd lte which is known as SHV-E120s similar to att galxy s2 skyrocket in ATT.
It is unlock .
when i put my simcard, i always get G which is GPRS. This is so slow and it makes me crazy.
Thus, i look over google and find what my support 3g band which was.
2G Network: GSM 850/ 900 /1800/ 1900
3G Network: HSDPA 850/ 900/ 1900 /2100
HSDPA 900/ 2100
4G Network: LTE 800/ 1800 /2600
Also I look over T-mobile 3G frequency over google and found that
850MHz: GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSPA : 2G/3G
1900 MHz: GSM/GPRS/EDGE: 2G
1700/2100 MHz: UMTS/HSPA/HSPA+: 3G/4G
1900 MHz: UMTS/HSPA/HSPA+: 3g/4G
1700 / 2100 Mhz: LTE
Acoording to this chart. i know that i cannot use LTE.
However, i believe, it will support 3G which i have HSDPA 1900 and 2100 Mhz.
Based on m assumption, because of t mobile use weird signal AWS? thats why my phone does not work 3g?
i really want to solution for it. THE GSRM IS SO SLOW THAT I CANNOT EVEN POSE THINGS ON MY FACEBOOK.....
thank you.

UP !!!
Have exactly the same problem .... any solution to this ????
No it is not similar you're in the wrong subsection. Rocket HD is different. Also make sure your phone is unlocked and u need a different radio compatible with the T-Mobile frequencies

uk network frequencies

hi i'm uk based and on o2 network.
i read o2 uses bandwith
900 MHz GSM/GPRS/EDGE
1,800 MHz GSM/GPRS/EDGE
900 MHz UMTS/HSDPA/HSPA+
2,100 MHz UMTS/HSDPA/HSPA+
phone i have just now most of time i see "H" sign and internet speed is fine.
new phone i look to buy is from china (jiayu g3 or g4) and works on
g3:
Network Band: GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz & WCDMA 850/2100MHz
Data Technology: GPRS, EDGE, HSDPA, HSPA+, 3G
g4:
Band 2G: GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz
3G: WCDMA 2100MHz
will it be on "H" here in the uk if i use o2 network?
i dont want to buy this phone and then is slow speeds 2g and 3g

Does the relay have a 900 mhz band for 3g ?

Does the relay have a 900 mhz band for 3g ?
In my country we don't use 850 mhz for hdpda (3g), the droid 4 uses this band (but is more expenive) , but how about the relay 4g ?
wikipedia isn't straight:
UMTS bands I (UMTS 2100), II (1900), IV (1700/2100/AWS), and V (850) are supported
and
3G UMTS/HSPA+ – 850, 900, 1,700, 1,900, 2,100 MHz

It doesn't look like the relay supports 900mhz 3g. You would be probably limited to 2g EDGE on 900mhz.

Proximus deploys both band 1 and band 8: http://www.wireless.att.com/travelguide/coverage/coverage_details.jsp?CIDL=56&MNC=CING
I always thought most places if there's band 8 there's band 1, rarely seen band 8 alone.

[Q]. Need to know Model vs 3g bands used

I have been looking in many different places and could not get a decisive result towards which E8 model has which frequecy bands, especially concerning the 3G bands.
I hope one could give us a conclusive answer to this.
I myself have an M8sw chinese dual sim E8, and I still cant tell this answer wether I have
850, 1900, 2100 or
900, 1900, 2100 or
850, 900, 2100 or
850, 900, 1900, 2100
And I could not find one conclusive answer to this.
Please if someone can link each model to its bands, I would be extremely greatful.

Radio / Bands support in Europe?

hey guys,
i can't really find any information if the Mi4C will work out of the box in europe. i'm in austria on a drei (three) network.
i've read stuff about LTE/4G not being supported in europe but thats dismissable for me. but will normal phonecalls and connectivity up to hsdpa+ work in europe?
thanks in advance
According to gsmarena
NETWORK
Technology GSM / HSPA / LTE
2G bands GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 - SIM 1 & SIM 2
3G bands HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100
TD-SCDMA
4G bands LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 7(2600), 38(2600), 39(1900), 40(2300), 41(2500)
Speed HSPA, LTE Cat4 150/50 Mbps
GPRS Yes
EDGE Yes

So check your bands with this
Three (3) only works with bands 2600 and 1900 so they'll both work in the Mi4C. The only band that won't work is the 20 (800 mHz)
I posted some guides on how to unlock LTE bands in here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-4c/general/unlocking-lte-bands-t3215763
Hopefully those instructions work for someone to unlock B20. Let me know if it works!
