Hi guys, I have a lumia 710 with a custom rom, and now I'm selling it, and I want to put the official ROM again, I found some tutorials showing how to do with navifirm 1.7 and with nokia care suite, but both give me errors when trying to connect to the server with the ROMs...
can someone please help?

you can do all job without navifirm with NCS, just you must know Product Code to download right firmware

After Nokia Suite installs, copy and replace the usergroupsconfiguration.cfg file to Crogram Files (x86)NokiaNokia Care SuiteProduct Support Tool For Store 5.0 if you’re running a 64-bit version of Windows. Or Crogram FilesNokiaNokia Care SuiteProduct Support Tool For Store 5.0 if on 32-bit.
1. Open Nokia Suite. And select ‘Product Support Tool For Store 5.0′
2. When prompted, select ‘CareSuite External’ then hit ‘Sign-in’ button.
3. From the Menu, select Tools, then ‘Firmware Download’
4. Now enter the product code of your device, hit ‘Check Online’ button, to check the latest firmware version of your product code.
5. Then ‘tick’ ‘Optional Content Files and ‘Download’ to save your firmware.
6. Wait a few minutes for your files to download
7. You may now manually flash your Nokia device with the firmware you just downloaded.
- Your firmware should be stored in the C:\ProgramData\Nokia\Packages\Products folder of your hard drive.

But now I'm curious, the lumia 710 have lots of product codes, from different dealers, since I'm alreadly with a custom ROM, I can chose any product code I want, it just need to be the right RM-XXX firmware?

you can use any product code... just rename name of product code in downloaded files to match current product code on phone

I am in the UK and I have found the relevant software for my device; and downloaded it. How do I flash it though? Is there a key sequence I need to do on the phone to allow the phone to flash the software? My phone is rooted and running a custom rom, but I want to remove the root and return it to stock.

Hi,
I bought my Lumia outside India and unable to get the Nokia Music unlimted for India. So I tricked by flashing with India Variant and it is working good. But I am not able to find the latest firmware in Navifirm to flash. I flashed and tested only with 7.5.
Mode: Lumia 800 - RM801
I Need 7.8 India Variant for Cyan - 059M144

I am with doubts on the installation of new firmware of lumia 920. I live in Brazil and I want knowledge if applicatory navfirm functions in my region. firmware that I am using is the 1232.5957.1308.0002 and my operator in Brazil is here Claro.
