Cruzerlite Bugdroid & Open Experiance case Comparison with other cases - Galaxy S 4 Accessories

I have two Cruzerlite cases and i know some people who would like to know what they look comparing them to others.
So the cases shown are the Bugdroid and Open Experiance from Cruzerlite. The Samsung S View cover, Otterbox Commuter and the Ringke Slim case.
Each case has its purpose the Ringke slim keeps your phone slim but offers very little protection while the Commuter offers the best protection but it's bulky. Then you have the S View cover which is great but expensive if you get the original and still only offers a small protection.
While the two Cruzerlite case offer slim profiles they do have better protection then most cases. With good cutouts and great desings.
I use the otterbox mainly when I know others will be using my phone to take pictures and when going outdoors. While the Cruzerlite cases are my everyday cases along with the s view case.

Are u using a tampered glass protector with the cruzerlite case ??
em using a commuter it fits with the protector ... wanna know abt cruserlite !!

It should, I don't have a temper glass protector but I do have a regular screen protector. If your otterbox works then the cruzerlite cases should too.

i hav a tpu case much like the cruzerlite ...
that doesnt work ...
i loved to use it for normal days but mostly i used the commuter... now i just use the commuter and its bulky when just sitting at home ....
so asking if any1 has used cruzerlite with a 0.4mm protector !

I know a lot use the cruzerlite case with the wireless charging official back cover which is bigger and makes the phone bigger so I would think it would work. But hopefully someone with it will answer you.

screen and case recommendations

Just bought an N4. There are a lot of comments here about various screen and body protectors. I prefer the Otterbox Commuter for my phones, but they don't make one for the N4. I'm considering the Rearth Ringke SLIM case and the Halo HD or Spigen SGP Ultra Crystal. Does this case look good on the N4? Does it offer good protection?
http://www.amazon.com/LF-White-Prem...e=UTF8&qid=1367761966&sr=8-8&keywords=nexus+4
http://www.amazon.com/Halo-Screen-P...e=UTF8&qid=1367761966&sr=8-6&keywords=nexus+4
http://www.amazon.com/SPIGEN-SGP-SG...id=1367763690&sr=1-11&keywords=nexus+4+screen
The SLIM cases will offer some minimal protection against bumps and dings on the back, sides and corners but the top and botton on the phone are left exposed. These cases are made for those who want minimal bulk not maximum protection. I have the black and white and they look good on the Nexus 4.
I don't use screen protectors as I never get a clean install and my OCD gets the better of me but when I did Spigen and BSE were my choices.
Because the N4 is glass all around, isn't more protection better? What's the equivalent of the Commuter series? Have you had any problems with scratches and dings with your SLIM case?

The case offers more protection than a bare phone and being my phone is just a week old and I am careful with it so far so good. I also have a couple of cruzerlite TPU cases if I want a little more protection.
Get a bumper. The back is too sexy to be hidden under a case. Bumpers provide sufficient protection to prevent the back from cracking.

Hmm there are only two choices to choose from.
1) Official LG Bumper: https://play.google.com/store/devic...ExMSwiZGV2aWNlLW5leHVzXzRfYnVtcGVyX2JsYWNrIl0.
I personally have this. It has its pros and cons.
Some of its pros are that... the buttons are AMAZING to use. It will make your normal buttons feel so much better because it has a "click" to it where other cases do not. Some of the cons are that it does slightly make your phone bulkier, and that there is a possible design flaw where the usb cracks. Google does refunds if this happens.
Alternatively, if its too pricey. You can give a try for one of the replicas which are of the same quality (XDA accessories has a whole thread on this).
http://www.amazon.com/Google-Bumper...Sleeve/dp/B00C7RTSQ6/ref=pd_rhf_gw_p_t_1_DQZC multiple colors.
2) Poetic Bumper http://www.amazon.com/Poetic-Border...qid=1367771724&sr=1-1&keywords=poetic+nexus+4
Pros: Not as bulky as LG bumper
Cons: might not be as pretty as the official one, no click on buttons.
Both are great at great prices (especially the replica for the lg bumper). Its hard to decipher accessories because you never get an opportunity to try them out in person before buying. You can check out videos on YouTube, I'm sure there are a bunch of reviews out there.
The mercury TPU case.

Trident Cyclops vs UAG

does anyone have experience with these 2 cases? i'm looking for a medium duty case that will keep the phone as slim as possible. main concern is drop protection. both seem to be about the same size. i like the built in screen protector of the cyclops. but curious about the build quality. uag has a good following and seems to be built well.
Purchased 2 uag cases. Very snug fitting. Through up against wall a couple times (flinging sheets) and no damage has occurred. The camera cutout on both of mine are a little off. But the case feels great in the hand and is very slim.

i suggest the Speck Candyshell for those needs. I have a Candyshell and a UAG that I go back and forth between.
The cyclops looks huge/bulky like an Otterbox case.

Slim case?

I need a very slim case. One that doesn't add much bulk, I already have tempered glass installed on it. Not too worried about protection. Slimmer/thinner than the spigen, Diztronic. Thank you in advance..

I just ordered a few cases so I will let you know when they come in. I am/was looking for the same.
JC
I ordered 2 of those 0.3mm Chineese cases at 1 dollar. If you do not want those look at Incipio/Spigen/Ringke Slim or Case Mate barely there

Here is what I use. I don't think you can get any slimmer than this.
[]Rinkge Slim Case S5
I also got the Rinkge slim case linked above. So far, so good. It adds very little bulk. I almost bought the Diztronic slim TPU case similar to what I used for 2 years on my S3, but decided against it because of how it looked. The Diztronic protected my old phone from many a fall and withstood the wear and tear of daily use. Heck, I'm selling my S3 with the Diztronic as an added feature. Before making my final decision I was torn between the Rinkge and the Spigen Slim Utra Fit case. I never tested the Spigen, but a friend had the Rinkge case and I liked what I saw. Nothing to say about protection and durability yet as I only have the case for two weeks. Would like to hear from folks that bought the Spigen Slim Ultra Fit case to compare notes.
I just got in a slim armor and a neo hybrid.
Both are great cases, neither overly bulky.
I honestly prefer the slim armor. The neo is just a thin plastic frame, outside edge coverage only, around a thin tpu skin direct to the phone.
The slim armor is marginally more bulky, yet it seems much more durable and protective.
The bonus of both cases is they are a super perfect fit and EASY to get in and out of the pocket of even tightish jeans. The buttons and charging port are easy access (better on the slim armor) and the case wont try to come off when you take it out of your pocket.
These things are a laser tight fit. I was going to go trident for my case as I did with my epic 4g touch....... but I don't think I need to yet.

I have the Ringke, it's ok but it has 0 sex appeal(our phone needs it, because ew). I can't deal with the Spigen, I can't believe they put 'Auto Focus' below the lense. It bothers me greatly. It's not a lauded feature so I don't need some cheese wording below my camera.
This case on Amazon has fair reviews, about to order it myself.

Anybody have the ringke slim dot view case that can speak on if it retains the blue dye from Blue jeans? Thinking about getting the white one but worried about it turning another color.
If anyone has pics that would be great.
I bought the Spigen Ultra Fit Black and I using tempered glass the phone looks great. I am happy with it. See the photos

Hey Guys,
After a long time with iPhone 5 i decide to Move to android and to buy Note 4, so i I ordered the note few days ago and now i have to choose which case i will buy. now i have 4 options of cases and i will glad if you will help me to choose.
its very important for me the case will be good for drops and shock and will fit nice on the note 4 and to have access to all buttons and to the fingerprint scanner and with the screen glass protector fit well. one more important thing is that the cover does not scratch the phone.
in short the the case have to be a great one
well here is my options,
i tried to put links and its gave me an error beacuse im a new user.
1. Spigen Slim Armor ( 1 Layer ) - spigen.com/galaxy-note-4-case-slim-armor.html
2. Incipio Dualpro ( 1 Layer ) - incipio.com/cases/samsung-smartphone-cases/samsung-galaxy-note-4-cases/samsung-galaxy-note-4-dualpro-case.html
3. Case-Mate Naked Tough ( 1 Layer ) - case-mate.com/Samsung-Galaxy-Note-4-Cases/Case-Mate-Samsung-Galaxy-Note-4-Naked-Tough-Cases.asp
4. Otterbox Symmetry ( 2 Layers ) - otterbox.com/Symmetry-Series-Case-for-Samsung-Galaxy-Note-4/sam28-galaxy-note-4,default,pd.html
which case do you recommend?
thank you very much for your help!
i would get the iblason armorbox + samsung wireless charging cover. they work great and no need for wired charging. the iblason also makes the phone water resistant for light rain.

we dont have in our country Tech21 cases and many more cases :/ well i have to choose one, or incpicio dualpro or spigen slim armor. i got my note today
If you want your phone in a case that's slim, easy to hold and offer decent protection choose the Verus Thor. If you want more protection and a badass looking case choose the UAG case. If I were to chose on your list, I'd pick the Otterbox Symmetry looks okay and for sure it offers good protection too and I will also stay away from Spigen cases, there's a lot of reports that their cases causes scratches on the chamfered edges of our Note 4.

can you give me links from amazon to the verus thor and Uag cases? i will order them soon. i dont have those cases in my country. the otterbox symmetery is not an option no more
but its will take a time until i get them,
good to know about the spigen cases so i think i will go with the incipio dual pro case what do you say?

thank you!
Guys finally i bought a case, i chose Otterbox Symmetry. what you say about this case?
It's a great looking case with above average protection no doubt. The only thing that turned me off from the symmetry case when I had tried it on in store was the fact that the volume/power buttons were difficult to press. If it weren't for that I would have bought the symmetry then and there. Are the buttons hard to press on yours?

yes you right about the volume/power buttons but you get use to it.

best case + screen protector?

what are the top options for case + screen p rotectors? i just dont want scratches on my case or screen and to prevent damage from falling. without making it too big/heavy, though.
and whats a good option for the car mount?
thanks!
On my S6 I am currently using an Otterbox Commuter series + Araree Tempered Glass protector. Both works well with no halos. If the Otterbox branded tempered glass is available in my country I would have chosen this instead of Araree.
Otterbox Commuter
Otterbox Commuter is my favorite.
How about Spigen?
Spigen is a good brand.
Spigen and Caseology make the best looking cases. Spigen has a very slim profile. Caseology, slightly thicker profile and very robust. Both quality premium products.
Using caseology. It's good for the price. Bought mine for 16 bucks and looks really good. Only downside would be how hard it is to take the case off. It's a very tight fit.

The commuter shell is Citron Green and only available at Verizon "Smart Stores" where they sell mix & match Otterbox cases.
Even Otterbox does not offer the Citron Green shell on their site.
They come in packages like this:
Do you carry a s6 or edge?
Spigen and otterbox would be a nice choice, yet if you're also fancy genuine leather case, then icarer case would be another solution,:
