Bootloader ReLocked, can't Unlock - HTC One S

I tried to SuperCID my HTC One S S4. I worked till there. I have now SuperCID BUT I ReLocked my Bootloader for s-off. Because I have now a new CID I got a new Unlock_code from HTCDev. If i try to Flash it via. Fastboot it success, but when I hit "yes" the Phone is still in "Relocked" mode. The Phone can't boot, because of boot.img and recovery.img which are custom and I forgot to change.
Is there anyway to get the Unlock_code.bin to work?
Thanks for every Respeonse I get.

why on earth you want to do unlock after SOFF ???
once you do unlock over SOFF ..if you relock you will have relocked rather than locked ..which you dont want that
if you are having trouble using fastboot flash commands (having error remote not allowed)
then you can just flash the juopunutbear HBOOT
here get the pyramid ICS one from this link
and flash the hboot using these commands one by one
fastboot erase cache (if failed ignore it)
fastboot oem rebootRUU (black screen with silver HTC)
fastboot flash zip jb_hboot.zip (ignore the progess bar on the screen)
fastboot reboot-bootloader
thats all ..you will have a complete unlocked hboot (pink *juopunutbear*)
then you can use the fastboot flash commands as usual

[Q] HTC ChaCha relocked and can't unlock again

Hi, a newbie here and I hope someone can help me.
Htc cha cha.
Used HtcDev Unlock methode to unlock phone but somehow it relocked
I am trying to unlock again as htcdev says by when I put in the command "fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin" it comes up with <waiting for device>.
I think my pc is not connecting to the chacha for it to receive the command. I tried to reinstall HBoot but I don't think you can after you unlock.
Please advise, I hope there is something I can do to unlock.
Sorry, if I have posted in the wrong section.
Did you boot into fastboot (Bootloader) when you ran the "fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin" command?

fix bootloops, bricks, sd card mount errors (solved)

* How To Root, Update Firmware, & Flash A Custom ROM
*
--> Unlock your device
Step1. download and use this program to unlock your bootloader http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1604677
Step2. SuperCID your phone so you can S-OFF and so you can also write the T-MOB010 CID if you are on a different carrier and want to run this ROM. You will need to be CID T-MOB010 if you want to run the firmware.zip Follow this to SuperCID http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...1#post26516911
Step3. After you have sucessfully unlocked your bootloader and SuperCID you can either S-OFF your phone or Not, it is up to you. I would recommend you achieve S-OFF so you can flash radios, kernels, and boot.img's. Follow this to achieve S-OFF http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2155135
If everything went well you should be able to reboot into bootloader using the All In One Tool and in the top left your bootloader should say Unlocked, S-OFF, CID-1111111
--> Writing T-MOB010 CID
If you did everything right then your all set. Next you will want to run the fastboot command " fastboot oem writecid T-MOB010 " and reboot into bootloader again. Now in the top left it should say CID-T-MOB010. If you have made it this far you are doing great. Now we are going to run the firmware.zip package to ensure everything works without a problem.
--> Flashing the firmware.zip
You must know how to adb fastboot with command promt windows only
Download this :
https://db.tt/XhPpOiVS
Now if you are coming from STOCK OEM LOCKED T-MOBILE PHONE that already has Andorid 4.1.1 Jelly Bean on it then you do not need to do this step. You must be CID T-MOB010 to flash this or S-OFF CID 11111111
1. fastboot oem lock
2. fastboot erase cache
3. fastboot oem rebootRUU
4. fastboot flash zip firmware.zip, and you might get an error
5. fastboot flash zip firmware.zip again and it should pass and install a bunch of files should take about 2 minutes.
6. the phone does NOT reboot on its own so #7
7. fastboot reboot or fastboot reboot-bootloader
--> UNLOCKING BOOTLOADER AGAIN
Now we need to unlock the bootloader again so just do step 1 again but you will already have the Unlock_code.bin from the first time you unlocked you phone so no need to get another one from HTC but if for some funny reason it doesn't work you will need to just resubmit for a new one.
--> CUSTOM RECOVERY
After doing all the above steps you will need to install the custom recover. You will need to use TWRP 2.3.3 to insure no problems. Here is the link to download it http://techerrata.com/file/twrp2/vil....3.0-ville.img after you download it go to the DIR where you have the HTC One S All-In-One Toolkit v3.5 extracted. example: C:\Users\yourusername\Downloads\One_S_All-In-One_Kit_v3.5\One_S_All-In-One_Kit_v3.5\Data\Recoveries and in the Recoveries folder rename the downloaded twrp2.3.3.img to TWRPS4.img and replace the one that is in the folder and then proceed to install the recovery.
--> Intermission
Your current phone status
Bootloader = Unlocked
S-OFF
HBOOT = 2.15
CID = T-MOB010
Custom Recovery = TWRP 2.3.3
You are now ready to flash any Jelly beam ROM.

Won't accept flashing RUU

Hello! I have this phone and it had unlocked bootloader so i flashed custom recovery to install stock rom. But it didn't boot even after flashing zip from CM. So i decided to flash stock RUU. I managed to get cid from unbootable phone by using "getvar cid" so i downloaded RUU with proper cid. This RUU flashes fine until it comes to the end- and that is represented as error 152.
When i unplug the cable, phone shows that partition "USERDATA" failed, and when i reboot the phone, i have black screen with HTC shown, with 4 triangles at the corners.
I tried to unlock bootloader to flash recovery again, but it does nothing when i use unlocktoken obtained from HTCDev. I also tried using rom.zip from RUU to flash through fastboot, but it doesn't help.
is there any hope for this phone ? thanks in advance.

[Completed] HTC one m9 restore. Re-unlock command reports success, but phone stays RELOCKED.

I am trying to restore my stock ROM so I can do a carrier reset. (I use ting and my phone was sprint).
I am using ubuntu but have a windows install as well.
I Unlocked the bootloader with htcdev, installed TWRP, and rooted with SuperSU, and flashed the ARHD 20.0 rom because sprintzone makes me angry. It read that it is actually a GSM rom and I have a CDMA sim card so I won't be using that anymore.
Current predicament:
RELOCKED
S-ON
RECOVERY MODE fails with "failed to boot to recovery mode"
phone will not boot to system, just goes straight to bootloader. Download mode works.
I want to fix recovery mode but I can't do it because the bootloader is locked.
MAIN PROBLEM: fastboot flash unlocktoken unlock_code.bin reports success, but the phone immediately reboots bootloader with RELOCKED, so I cannot flash any recovery image. I also cannot turn S-OFF because I cannot boot into system or gain access through recovery mode to install the sunshine app.
I have gathered that I need to flash an RUU image, but I can't do that because my MID and CID are not supported (according to other threads) and S-OFF.
I tried to install the RUU anyway with:
fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash zip 0PJAIMG.zip ##(sprint version)
but it threw: Invalid sparse file format at header magi fastboot: /libsparse/sparse.c:144: write_all_blocks: Assertion 'pad >= 0' failed. so no luck.
Is there another way I can restore manually from fastboot without an RUU? I couldn't find a system.img or bootloader.img or anything like that. Will it work if I go buy an external SD card and but the RUU on that? or maybe someone knows what is wrong with the unlock process.

Greetings and welcome to assist. Have you tried using sp flashtools instead to see if that works ? I think you may be better asking in the m9 forums here
https://forum.xda-developers.com/one-m9/help
hopefully one of the experts has come across this before
Good Luck
