[Q] Flashing a stock rom over a custom one

Hello!
I have flashed this rom ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1912671 ) some days ago but now i want to flash the stock ICS rom.I only have to flash it via Odin , or i also have to wipe data/cache?
EDIT: I've seen the topic above.Sorry for this topic but it seems that i can't delete it (can't find the proper button)

Have u search or checked it in below thread..?? If u want to flash ics again then u can flash it using odin.

[Q] [GB] [LWW] [LOCKEDBOOTLOADER] Any MIUI rom for LWW??

So guys!!
I want any MIUI ROM that works on my LWW locked bootloader stock rom GB stock kernel.. can you guys suggest me some MIUI rom for my phone?? post links will do it.
im on xperia uxp nxt mod now. want to change to miui. i dont want to unlock my bootloader. so please suggest miui rom for locked bootloader! please u guys!!!

hey, LOL for the pic.. hehe anyway i just unlock my bootloader.. so now, suggest me a good and stable rom to flash on my phone now.. Give me some Iphone like rom.. suggest some please.. and a stable kernel ofcoz.
im on stock rom and stock kernel now, want to start flash some iphone like rom..
so pleaseeee suggestt !!!!!!

[Q] wi-fi error

hello to every body.
1 week ago i wanted to overclock my phone cpu and i didn't know any thing and i installed a version of kernel.
after that because my phone hanged a lot , i reset it to the factory and after that when i wanted turn my wi-fi on , i couldn't.

You must have installed some kernel which is not compatible with your current ROM.
try since other kernels
Or just flash another ROM to fix the problem

I can't install any custom ROM.In CWM and TWRP!
Always "error Status 7" , so i can use only stock ROM.

Try updating your twrp, current twrp is 2.7. Especially if flashing KK.

you flash before kernel for your rom, after flash rom

ROMs come with a kernel, no need to flash kernel unless you have issues, Developers use the best kernel for the ROM they make, you should only change it if you have a problem, otherwise run the ROM for a couple of days and test it out.

Error 7 is typical of an old recovery
Latest TWRP is 2.8.0.1, while your image shows 2.1

Oh Thank You But I changed the Rom and I installed Exodus Rom
It's Very Smooth And The Most People Recommend AK Kernel With Hem
Can You Please Tell Me The Right File For AK Kernel For This Rom Please ?

Make a backup via recovery thenn flash the file ak.311.op1.cm.zip from ak website

When it doesnt work restore your backup
