I think it has, language should not be Rom-dependent, but bear in mind that you won't need to flash the whole rom but just the patched boot.img provided in the archive. I tell you to download the whole UK rom because SP Flash Tools needs all rom files in the same folder even if you flash only one file, otherwise flashing won't start.

How to install CWM on Z110 ?
i got singature failed when installing from recovery mode
and get Fails Flash from "SP Flash Tool"
*Solved : use the stock scatters for sp flash tool . and worked prefectly *
another problems : cant select the option at CWM , menu button for down and option button for up , it can't select the menu

I use Vol+ for up and Vol- for down, power button for choosing option.

I appreciate the tutorial very much and I've been searching for how to root my acer and I'm very happy I finally found this tutorial but I have a problem; the CWM link isn't working,what can I do?

I would need to port a touch version, tried with CWMR 6 Touch but recovery.img was too big.

None are working but I got CWM from their website...but then I have a problem with the flashing,when I hold volume +,the process doesn't finish until the end and disconnects my device.What do I do?

That's very strange, if you give me your email address I can try to send you the file.
P.s. There is no official CWM relase for the Acer Z110, so don't flash files downloaded from their website.

{OEM}[ROM][TUTORIAL] Micromax Funbook Original Livesuit Image LEAKED !!

UPDATE : just a quicknote, i just found out that this img file makes the /system partition of 503Mb instead of 251Mb as other img for MOMO9 or older tablets, So in order to have a bigger partition, one can flash this, then install anyother rom, for instance, cyanogenmod 9/10 full version instead of lite. Presenting a leaked version of ORIGINAL MICROMAX FUNBOOK livesuit image for P300 Model (from MM SC ). If you want to revert back to original rom, worry not, no need to copy that backup file & restore using CWM recovery. Some of us were even having trouble to revert back to original with cwm backups ( failed to restore /system error!). so here is it the answer to getting back to the factory state of our tablet.
Procedure:-

Congratulations on getting 100% original software installed on your rom. Go & claim your warranty if you want ( tho MM suck at it to the core )
POST INSTALL NOTES
Once you have flashed this image, you will find yourself with following specifications :-
Baseband 1.2
Build Number 97F1-D1-H2-MMX.20120914
If at this point you want to get another rom installed or you have to get root, install superuser & get clockworkmod recovery the old methods does not hold any good. You have to follow this procedure to get root & install cmw recovery. THIS METHOD IS SAME AS FOR ALL ROMS WITH BASEBAND 1.2

Getting the power of ROOT
Now the easiest way to get root is to use UnlockRoot software which works as a charm with our funbook device. Just connect usb cable, enable debugging & press unlock on the software. Then after the tab is restarted (by the software) you get root & superuser installed.
Getting CMW recovery on the tab
Once rooted we need to install ES File Explorer on our tab. Once installed, Go to settings, in root options tick the all boxes
Make sure superuser prompts, hence verifying successful installation of superuser. If not GET SUPERUSER UP & RUNNING FIRST.
Then navigate to the root folder by pressing back key. Stop where it says press back again to exit. ( in address bar the address will be / )
Next there will be a folder named Dev(/). long press on this folder & scroll down to set properties. Then click change, check all the boxes are ticked
Repeat the above steps with data folder (/), block folder (/dev/block), nandg file (/dev/block/nandg)
Finally all the complex part is behind us, to ultimately install the CMW recovery now, just use your old cmw recovery script for ICS, run it & done, it will be installed. Reboot & check pressing the volume down key + menu key & power key.

its not related but i thought u guys can help..i flashed a wrong zip on my fb and now when i tirn it on..it shows only white screen and then flashes white screen...i tried flashing livesiute img available at xda...but my pc wont detect my tab...im soo in middle of crisis..my 6k has gone waste...pls simeone..if can help me...i will be highly grateful and if my tabs works again..i will share poece of cake..(by recharging ur sim with some fair balance)as a token of gratitude. ...if someone living in delhi..can flash and make my tab work.,i will pay him a visit and 300 bucks...pls help me....cuz my handicapped brother uses this tab and im not financially good to purchase him another..

oh really sorry for such late reply ... but have you tried installing another copy (fresh copy) of livesuit from the internet ? have you properly connected the tablet by pressing the vol - & options button simultaneously & hitting the power key 10 times ???
i have tried almost all those firmwares out there for funbook or momo9 ... i have faced this issue many times but you might not be pressing the button configuration accurately ... rest assured your tab is fine & 6k is not a waste as u might think !!! GOOD LUCK & report back if you still face problems, i'll help you step by step if needed !

6. Now click on "Download". Warning message will occur, but ignore that and click Yes.
7. You will see in the status bar below "Searching", now connect your phone via the USB cable.
8. Wait for the process to finish and then you will get a window showing green circle.

1. Download Mobile Uncle Tools from here app and install it and provide superuser permissions when prompted
2. Now keep the recovery.img provided in the cwm+scatter.rar or Twrp_2.4.4.0.rar file into the root of your sdcard
3. Now select "Recovery update" option
4. Click yes if prompted . This will install cwm on your device
5. Now switch off your Phone and press Power+Volume Up button to enter recovery
6. If anything goes wrong i am posting stock recovery as well
7. Flash stock Recovery if anything goes wrong

Try flashing using second method i.e. mobile uncle tools method and report me if it still persist . The recovery is Power+volume UP

the first method(sp flashtool never works) and flashing via mobile uncle tools completes but phone doesnt boot in recovery so could you please say or post here the source from where you have got the recovery so that i can find the solution for my problem

Try this mobile uncle tool apk . The latest version gave me some problems at the start too . i have posted this in the main thread . i will post the pics of cwm on celkon a98 as soon as my friend gives me .

[Celkon A200] Jelly Bean update using Star Mobile Astra Firmware and rooting

Try this at your own risk. I am not a developer, so I can't help you if you brick your phone
All the Credit goes to the original developers in the links shared below.
I found a guide on the net for upgrading Star Mobile Astra to Jelly Bean 4.1.1 with Kernel 3.4.0 and tried it successfully to get JB on my Celkon A200. I have also replaced the recovery image and put TWRP recovery image before flashing.

improvements that I noticed after the update are there.
- Considerable improvement in performance
- GPS connection time has improved drastically (connected within a minute where as it used to take >5 mins)
- WiFi connection time improved slightly
- FW upgrade using Wireless option added (There was one minor update which V24 got downloaded. As I had changed the recovery image the upgrade did not happen) [EDIT: It worked with stock recovery image]
Cons
- As expected your phone becomes Starmobile ASTRA, not Celkon anymore
- Status bar cannot be pulled down unless the screen is unlocked
- Few Bloatware targeted to Philippines market
How To:
Follows the steps explained here: http://www.techbloggerzone.com/2013/06/how-to-update-starmobile-astra-to-android-4-1-jelly-bean.html, if you don't want to change the default recovery image.
(There is slight chance that using ASTRA recovery image MAY brick your device, but I have also used ASTRA recovery image also successfully on Celkon A200).
Replacing recovery image to TWRP
1) Download TWRP rcovery image from http://content.wuala.com/contents/ja...3.2.3.img?dl=1
2) Download Starmobile Astra Jellybean files from https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B1tFliTP64sUSHhDWEp2NWw1TjA/edit?pli=1 (it is ~530Mb)
3) Download and unzip the SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1304.0.119 from the downloaded file from Step 2. In the extracted folder go to...\SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1304.0.119\V23\image folder and delete recovery.img file. Copy recoveryTW2.3.2.3.img file from the earlier download. Double click on Checksum_generate.exe to update the checksum. Now you have TWRP in your JB flash file.
Flashing Jellybean ROM
Now follow the instruction exactly as provided here http://www.techbloggerzone.com/2013/06/how-to-update-starmobile-astra-to-android-4-1-jelly-bean.html and your Celkon A200 is updated to Jelly Bean and you have a Starmobile ASTRA phone working for you.
Rooting Guide for ASTRA Jelly Bean
Download these 2 zip files supersu apk.zip (http://d-h.st/SPA ) and su_bin.zip*(http://d-h.st/kMS ).
Copy it on your SDcard
Reboot to TWRP (volumeup + power button)
Install > zip file from sdcard > choose zip from sdcard > Select supersu_apk.zip and su_bin.zip
Install
Reboot and your phone now is rooted.

Do you have the original IMEI number with you? Did it change after flashing? I think you may be able to flash the original IMEI number wth Flash tool. Haven't tried it so far...

I don't know. Because there is a specific scatter file for your particular model of phone.

PS: Can someone please explain to me how to get TWRP on the Blackview E7? I tried the latest flash tools and a recovery "meant" for my phone but no success. The green circle appears as tho it is flashed but nothing changed. Thank you in advance

My cell phone is the Blackview e7s.... and I did not find his customized ROM so I can root, and I can not use the room of E7 because of the chip error or say it is for me to do recovery using the boot up
And version of my phone is MT6580

I am sorry but that is a different phone from the same company. There are other threads for how to root that phone. I can't help but suggested you google and find out.
