Traveling to Europe (Greece and Italy) in a couple weeks, and looking for the best travel apps for my G2x. Any suggestions for guides, audio tours, restaurant reviews, general travel, etc? Also trying to find a gps/map that can download info in advance, since I'm not planning on having a data connection.

I've had a look at most of the free city guides and they are generally pretty average, large 200meg downloads, bad maps and lots of bloat. However i am sure there are some gems out there. However since you are not going to have data some of these guides, (pocket , mtravel etc could be usefull)
As a previous poster mentioned trip advisor is the king of the hill for places to visit etc. An up and comer is stay.com which lets you create a customised guide and download it to your phone including an offline map.
If you decide to get a country specific sim for data vi highly recomend Öffi - Public Transport Buddy for public transport around europe
and kayak or tripit to manage your iteniery

Haha - this thread got bumped from several months ago, I've already done my trip (it was amazing) and ended up being very surprised by the availability of free wifi. Didn't end up needing any apps really, although there was one that had the marine forecast for the Mediterranean which was helpful since we were sailing.

Cool IQ test, I really like that you have some variety of question types rather than only one kind of question And it's great that there is an easy AND hard mode!

As Mensa is a registered trademark/servicemark around the world of Mensa, the high IQ society, what exactly is your affiliation and/or operating agreement with them in order to not be yanked out of the Play Store with one trademark/copyright infringement report over the name Mensa and use of their logo?
Also what happened to the old version of this that was promoted here that had the same name and a Play link with several reviews (which this one doesn't have)

I already change the icon and also the name of the app to avoid problems with the copyright.
I also didn't know, that there is somebody, who already developed the app with this idea. But you asked me for the differences:
- more riddles
- leaderboards implemented
- clean UI (at least for me)
- also compatible for tablets also (I tried that similar app and test it)
- and maybe even more... (don't know)

One day I remembered a game i used to play, called "Uplink" It was an amazing game! I loved the concept and thought maybe i will find something like it for android!
Unfortunately not!. So i decided to build one my self! but with the current technologies and that internet is avaialble to everyone, i thought "Why not to make it an MMO"

Although the game is still in progress, There are already thousands of active players and growing, its a great community with chat rooms!

This is a hacking simulation game.
Once finished you will be able to:
- Upgrade hardware and software (Ready)

Permissions:

Hello, i am a hacker game affectionate, and uplink, that was an awesome game... I can consider myself a seasoned player in hacking games and have been playing them on Android for about a year now.
What you're doing is commendable, it is starting to feel like Uplink and on top of that you're an incredibly hard working developer. You sure deserve all the help the community can give.
