Hello ..
Straight to the point, how can I convert my NTFS micro SD to FAT32 while the SD card is in the phone.. Since I don't have a reader for it..
And my laptop is currently broken so
I'm left with desktop which does not have a reader for micro SD ..
So is there a way to format it to FAT32? Or on Android?

The NTFS format SDcard is not able to mounted , but it's still recognized by android. You should be able to format it by the classic way. In the setting menu ,storage ,and there should be the option to format the sdcard.
I once format my sdcard to NTFS format , and my phone directly gave me the message to format the sdcard after boot.
Solved my problem by using AParted app from Play Store..
Unmount sdcard in settings - storage
Then used the app to make 1 partition with maximum storage allowed and made it FAT32 ..
(Saying this just in case someone ever needed it)

I'm using Foldermount from the playstore.
You can copy the content of programm u need on the SD card, create the same folder structure on the internal storage, and create a link between the 2 with it.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.devasque.fmount
Root required.

Directory Bind is what youre looking for. Its hasnt got a great gui and can be a bit hard, but it lets you link whole folders on the sd.
As an example for games you could link your obb folder totally on the sd.

Also you can swipe memories if you want which also good..

Why not just use the external2internal mod to swap your external memory with your internal? I have been using it for months, and it works perfect for me:

As you can see, my 64gb micro SD is being read as my internal memory, and vice versa. A must have for me, as I have over 25gb of games alone.
You can find it in the development section. As that thread is full of confusing people, you can also PM me your email address and I can send the one file you have to flash in recovery.
Keep in mind that the mod works best with Perseus or Neak kernel.

Hi all!!! Ok, so I have a 32 gig micro SD card in my m8 but when I try to download something to it let's say a torrent file or album zip it won't download until I switch the designated folder to internal and when I transfer music to my SD card it won't play in any of my music apps. It tells me it "can't play this type of file" It does store my photos very well. I'm just wondering if anyone has had this problem before? Is my Sd card corrupt? Is my Sd card outdated or something?? lol thank you guys

Do you have a link to the kernel thread? It sounds like you are running one that doesn't remove the SD write protection from stock. Without that removed, apps can only access specific folders on the card and they have to be coded within the app to allow it. Think sandboxed mode.
The easiest way I know to check the SD card is connect it to the computer with a card reader. Most likely it will be ExFAT, but 32GB and under can still be FAT32.

No I don't. I'm using the stock kernel used in the Rom. Maybe a different kernel will help? Worth a try.

If you didn't change the kernel, try that. The write protection is a built in feature of KitKat designed to limit how much of your data an app can access.

Using the xda app.
Well lets come to your problen.
Ok i see that there is nothing as this option in sence 7.
I want to sak that.
When you install an app (not from play store) then the device asks where to install it.
If no.
Then you have to fix sd card write permission manually
Goto system/etc/permission and in permission.xml file chamge this.
Under these heddings Write external storage and all external.media storage
Add lines with media_rw as tje lines in the files under those heddings.
And reboot
