Wifi problem on ics

When my tab screen switches off my wifi connection gets lost ... and when i turn screen on it reconnectes ... and this annoying my download ...
This always happens unless pluged in or the music player is playing
Pls help me with this ...

Make sure in wifi advance setting 'keep on wifi during sleep' is 'always'

Chill man...this is issue on ics... even me hav same problem...sometimes network not in range, its funny bcoz i sat beside routher thou..

Frnds, I am still to find the resolution of this problem. After upgrading to ICS my GT6200 connects to wifi initially but it disconnects soon & keep searching....I tried everything without fix...
Please help in case someone has permanent solution for this issue.

Hm, i am using ics and never had such problem. I did set "keep on wi-fi during sleep" to always and i connected to wi-fi at home and in public places and it never had such a problem.
I found wi-fi in cm10 much less stable.

I am using P6200DDLP3, build IMM76D.DDLP5 & already selected always connected option..

I did not have this issue on Honeycomb, but got it with the official ICS update. That's why I flashed Paranoidandroid, but I still get the same issue.

I wrote that it happened to lots of people after ics update...i did not ever have this problem after ics update...now i have LQ7...

Is it possible that old samsung keyboard ECR-K10 will work with new galaxy tab 2 7.0? This is important for me, because I can buy this keyboard for half price of new model keyboard

U can have a try it store maybe? I bought bluetooth keyboard + case (made by Samsung) and it's holding my sis Tab 2 10.1 just perfect and it was made for first Tab

I have the Samsung keyboard for my previous Galaxy Tab 10.1. It's not recognized when I plug it in to my Galaxy Tab 2 10.1.

anyway we tried to make miui and have failed but if there was good amount devs at that time i thint we will be able to do that !!!

Is there any miui based tablet in the market or for any tablet miui is already ported ?If the answer is no, then not possible for our tab . For porting a rom , the configuration of base rom and rom to be ported should be as close as possible.

kindle fire has the same screen resoultion same chipset same screen same gpu same front cam same almost every thing exccept the sound and mice !!!!

Yes, you need to be rooted. And it seems the Bluetooth stack implementation by Samsung doesn't work. It works like a charm on my GTab 7'7 under TWJB, and work my LG GPad 8'3

yes, i do also think that slimrom is perfect...it has absolute no bug on my galaxy Note, and the functionality has been raisen to 200%.
I always say, if samsung stock had the quality that the slimrom has, then we'll not see any other handys Slimrom has exact the things that samsung dont has.
