Hi guys,
I am here with test build of CM9. The build was actually developed by nolinuxnoparty. but he has his account currently closed up so he couldnt post the thread. I have taken his prior permission to maintain the thread.
CyanogenMod 9 is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
Code:
#include
/*
* Your warranty is now void.

* I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
* do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
* before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
* you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
*
* Submitting bug reports on nightly builds is the leading
* cause of male impotence.

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.

Well Percy is already working on CM9.Any special reason for creating a new thread?
Why don't you coop with Percy rather than do it alone._.?

Hopefully u can port all my changes on BroadcomCM organisation. Percy will do it soon, but as wer are openspurced. We have many things working on CM9 for cooperve (bcm21553) like layout, WIFI, calls, 3g Bluetooth and re-made device tree from scratch amd not taking a look at whitexp's ones. Hope Y users will have bug-less CM9 than now.

can you post changelogs???
Why not test it before releasing? No one wants deliberate hard bricks coz of blind builds.
And a working list should have at least have a feature mentioning that it boots.
As if you will develop this better than percy_g2...
I've seen your works.. Most were ports... Team up with BCMteam and help it speed up !!
Changelogs or i will report to who gave you prior permission ?
Advice :- stop wasting goo.im server bandwidth

DESCRIPTION:
This is my own build of Team Kang's AOKP, ported to the SGS4G and running the Aries kernel and device tree (Release 4). This is my first build of anything ever (I am completely 100% new to Android ROM development/porting), but I figured I would just jump into the deep end of the pool and tackle an AOKP source build.
This ROM is built from the AOKP JB-MR1 source on GitHub, pulled on June 26, 2013.
FEATURES:
See AOKP Feature List.
NO MODIFICATIONS, this build is to be as pure AOKP as possible.
CURRENTLY NOT WORKING:
Device options (SGS4G Settings)
GPS (see Aries Kernel)
TV-Out (see Aries Kernel)
Wifi-Calling (see Aries Kernel)
If you find any other issues, please post here with a logcat.
SCREENSHOTS / OTHER INFO:
Please visit the AOKP website for more information.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON AN MTD ROM (eg. CM7, CM9) or any ICS/JB ROM
2. Reboot to CWM or TWRP recovery
3. Factory Reset / Wipe Data
4. Format /system
5. Flash .ZIP
6. Reboot into ROM
7. Reboot to Recovery
8. Flash GAPPS for JB (optional but recommended)
9. Reboot into ROM

Currently, the source is not easily buildable. I am working with a local version of the repository and have not committed changes to the repo (I have never worked with git before so this is all new to me).

CHANGELOG:

First Release Build
- Fixed ROM Control and Permissions
- Added SwagPapers (wallpapers)
06/28/2013 - Pre-Release
----------------------------------------
First Build
- ROM Control, Device Settings, and Permissions borked
- inherits Aries kernel problems (GPS, TV Out, etc.)
good job!
I'm glad you managed to fix the problems you had! .
Also thanks for the source link! Don't forget to get a manifest file working for others to be able to build your rom easily. The easier it is, the more help you'll get .
If you need help making the manifest file be sure to PM me. I've sent you a friend request.
Thanks FB, I'm hoping to make the GitHub repository completely buildable by tomorrow.

Good news, I think I have pinpointed the major problem with the PR1 build. In order to fix problems in the first build, I left some of the dependencies on CM 10.1 config files. I just pointed them all to AOKP config files, and I'm building now.
New build is up (R1)!!!! This build fixes ROM Control and Permissions in settings. Only thing left to do is fix Device Settings and fix the source repo.
here's a mirror for you.

What is NamelessROM?
NamelessROM Gerrit Review
What is NamelessROM ?
Simple - NamelessROM is opportunity.
An opportunity to have a voice to the development team of the after-market firmware that you run on your device.
The main goal of NamelessROM is to provide quality development for android devices, phones and tablets alike.
NamelessROM developers are available nearly 24/7 and respond to bug reports and feature requests almost instantly.
This availability will allow you, the end-user, to have direct input into exactly what features and functions are included on the firmware that YOU run.
NamelessROM maintains features and functions of several well-known open-source, AOSP-based ROMs, as well as many features of our own.
See the screenshots in the 3rd post, and visit our website for more detailed information.
NamelessROM = endless possibilities. Unless you have an iPhone, then you're out of luck.

Smooth and fast.
The only thing I don't like is the brightness slider. Can't disable it because I always slide the status bar to adjust brightness.
One more thing i wanna notice is the Network speed indicator. The first tick is just enabled to show speed as Kb/s, the second tick is show as KB/s.
Anyways thanks.

All of the sources can be publicly viewed through GitHub and you can stop by our public Gerrit to submit patches of any type.
Slim6 is the project name for SlimRoms based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and offers the following original features:
Slim6 is still in its early stages of development so if your favourite feature is not back yet, don’t worry more will be added with later releases.

[27th Jan] Future planned stuff:
uber kernel/TC and -o flag optimisation
[26th Jan] Mega and XDA Download links updated!
[26th Jan] @aaz03 since I feel this ROM is essentially stable, can I ask that you advice me on how to optimize it?
[25th Jan]
I will soon be moving this OP to changelog and include a legit OP here since I uploaded to G Drive already. Seems like I do not need to ask for permission, but I need to credit people? Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I'll be going ahead and crediting people while uploading my ROM.
----EDIT ABOVE----
So I didn't need to fix my graphics driver i used terminal lol but anyways I'm uploading my ROM to google drive, theres 2 zips ill upload both idk which works. Everyone please still help on who to look for permission to post ROM, I don't want to post ROM w/o permission. I also need testers.
----EDIT ABOVE----
SlimRom LP5.1.1 HELP NEEDED
So, I finished compiling the ROM (Proof in 2nd post or whatever) but as this is my first ROM I need some help.
1. Who do I contact for permission on posting the ROM?
2. As you can see the terminal looks wierd, that's because XServer and/or MDM died, I'll fix that myself since problem is due to VM config but for now I can't post the ROM since I can't access my files from terminal and move it to my native OS since I suck. (ANYONE CAN HELP WITH TERMINAL COMMANDS???)
3. What do I do for testing? I need my phone for daily driver, and I have no other backup/fallback phone. If I get stuck in bootloop I know how to recover but I do not know how to recover from bricks easily.
4. If there are any bugs at all I will not know how to solve it so I beg all devs looking at this page to like bookmark it or smth and help me, especially @aaz03 since you built slim for our phone before.
For the users who are waiting to test this ROM pls dont post lol, I am also very anxious to test.
I am sorry for this wierd ROM DevDB post but I assure you guys I won't stop attempting to make this work until I get pumped with too much schoolwork/MM is stable.
Thanks for your time in reading this post!
I see you managed certain things on your own. But anyway, I'd like to help as much as possible. If you want an "OK" to post the build I recommend to ask o their official g+ community https://plus.google.com/communities/104509876514579429216 or you take some inspiration from the SlimRom Builders collection http://forum.xda-developers.com/slimroms/general/rom-builders-collective-t2861778.
Just make sure that you give credit to people who have helped you and/or you borrowed stuff from. If you cherrypicked or "kanged" certain things ask for permission to use it and give credit as well.
As long as you can boot into download mode chances for bricking the device are small. I'm just talking about software bricks of course. Keep a stock ROM on your hard drive in case something is messed up and you cannot get your phone booting. If you're using adb make sure it works correctly first.
If you need anything I'm sure other peeps will help you of course. As for testing purposes share the link first in private with a handful of people who know what they are doing before you release it in public. The key features should definitely work (or as far as possible), adding features is something for the future when the ROM has less or no bugs. Adding features can break some things within the ROM.

Update: Most major features are working, I think this ROM should be categorized as stable...? I'll leave it as beta first.
good job...this was my favorite until it stopped at beta 0.9.
Installed and working very good.
is RRO Layers Theme supported?
Yes it's supported.
So, can anyone give an opinion on how the battery life? Random reboot or FC?
And by the way, is it okay to flash agni kernel?

No random reboot or FC, As for agni kernel try yourself should be okay.
Battery life? Well, its normal as with any other ROM. Please don't complain of bad battery on first day, because its like that for every ROM.
Still testing...i have problems with Layers , the themes seem to have wrong colors....and i have tried many.
Can you please look into it.
Agni kernel 5.9.7 smdk work fine.
The rom is very fast ad battery life is ok.No FC or random reboots.
