GAPPs are not included in the ROM.
First Installation:
1 - Check the MD5 make sure it downloaded correctly
2 - Backup Your ROM and APP (Recommended)
3 - Reboot to recovery
4 - Full Wipe (Recommended)
5 - Flash the ROM but not GAPPS!
6 - Flash My Sultan MIUI Kernel (Recommended)
7 - Reboot to the rom, choose your language.
8 - Reboot to recovery again, flash gapps.
9 - Reboot & enjoy a kick ass release!

Note: Due to time zone differential (GMT +7) OP updated sometimes get little delayed.
Note 2: Some themes (the most recent) require a Xiaomi account. Just create one and add it the same way you add your Google account. Pay attention to it tho, when you're adding the account, it will ask if you want to sync your data with Xiaomi, this might send a SMS which will cost you money. Simply de-activate the option and you'll be fine. And some themes required mobile/wifi connection as they required some checking mechanism.

Currently it doesn't support ota.

If you're S-ON try to flash the boot.img with fastboot. Or use sultan aosp kernel

The small file only included basic Google apps e.g. Play store
The big gapps include g+ maps etc. etc.

You can flash only the small Miuiandroid-gapps but remember after flash rom, reboot once and then flash gapps otherwise it will cause Home button not working

Yes, and if you flash the latest Sultan kernel which comes with aroma-installer, during the kernel installation, if you not sure about something, just left it by default
why anyone doesnt change the base to CM10.1 or CM10 (bruce)
they didnt have the video playback glitch problem.

miui4 is not finished yet. this rom is based on latest miui4 beta
for german language i cant say anything, miui-germany should do it next weeks..
I hope they finished it soon
maybe its time to move it into the development section
one question i would like to ask is that why does it say "2.1.13", isn't this one of the latest builds from MIUI GB? or am i wrong
the "version number" is the date of the release. so there are 2 builds then(ics and gb)

Here I present to you a Sense based MIUI V4 ROM that has been modified to be more MIUI and less Sense.

Disclamer
All the stuff all the other devs say about breaking/bricking/blowing up ect ect ect. That can not happen when you install this rom.
Now to the ROM
This ROM is based on the latest ROM from MIUIAndroid.com and a lot of help from HyperNonSense.
Whats changed to the origional:

* Removed useless HTC Bootanimation
* Removed HTC apps
* Replaced playstore APK with Phonesky.apk from the latest GAPPS
* Replaced HTC_IME with Latin_IME with dictionaries

* Removed Adobe flash player HTC Based stuff
* Removed Location database for HTC Weather
* Removed some sort of games based ETC files (had no idea what those are for, but they where big..)

That looks not much but it slimmed down the ROM over 100 MB and still everything works like it should. just think what it would load up and wont use... So the ROM feels faster.

Q: When will you update this Rom?
A: If MIUI Android releases a new version and the LangPack for the same version is out. And I have some spare time of course.
Q: What do you suggest when updating this rom?
A: Full wipe always. Then you have almost 0 problems. At least I don't.
Q: Is there an easy way to do a full wipe and restore setting and 3th party apps on MIUI?
A: Yes!! MIUI Backup, Use it, love it, marry it!!!! Just kidding but it is awesome!!
Q: Why is SuperSU not included from the start?
A: This ROM is MIUI so I keep it like that as much as possible. If you want SuperSU, flash the SuperSU pack from the ad-dons part.
Q: Is Beats included?
A: No, and it will never have.
Q: I still get some Chinese parts, how do I get rid of them?
A: Like most know MIUI is Chinese based, and to get rid of that someone has to translate it, and re-release the app or framework file first.
Q: I still see HTC looking stuff like the cursor in some apps and the popup boxes, Aint this MIUI?

A: Sure there is, I live in NL and I still change the file to NL servers for a faster fix using FasterGPS from the Play store.

Everything is like miui, home, widgets and rest. Only one thing from Sense is camera, in AOSP version you have AOSP camera and in sense version sense camera. Rest (except battery life and speed) is the same.

I like the Sense 4 cam more aswell, but that kinda needs a Sense 4 based rom. Cuss I myself got no idea what is needed to get the Sense 4 cam running.

For me battery. Hardware support like it should be.
And more sluggish. I don't really have that problem its nice and fast for me. Like the aosp rom.
And yes the HTC keyboard will come soon. I'll release an add on first but that won't have the dictionaries in. Only English. Need to compare 2 roms to find out what files I need to get it fully working.
And I'm stuck with my sensation for more then a year from now and I love miui so I'm not leaving this rom anytime soon

yea the battery on miuiandoid is amazing.. when my phone is 100% charged before work, i dont touch it for about 3-4 hours.. when i wake my phone, its still at 100% ... i get 12-15 hours easy on moderate to heavy use.
and yes, you can flash the camera mod -- i did. (replying to the guy that asked)

Like I said before, it works fine. Except for the no ring tone sound.
PS. No ringtone and after settling a day, data started dropping quite often.
Not quite stable enough for a keeper yet but great work so far.

You might try to select a data provider after install. Operating system wont find one automatically. I don't have WiFi so not sure.

Anyone lose auto rotate after install coming from sense 3.5

Any idea what would be making the Inspire pick up a weak wifi signal? It's fine on all other wireless devices, my router is putting out a strong signal, so it must be phone's wifi radio. It was never this weak before... 1-2 bars normally, bouncing around.. and I'm only six feet from the router. Any remedy for this?

desire hd and inspire 4g are both one of the two phones differ only sound was the MOD

This is my favorite so far however I have a few things to report.:
1. Longest battery life I've had on any rom thus far (for this device)
2. Once WiFi goes on, I've have not been able to get it to turn off in any way other than turning airplane on then back off.
3. Random reboots
4. [POSSIBLY HARDWARE ISSUE] "Sim card added: Restart your device to access the mobile network." messages popup up to 5 times a day. Pressing the back key gets rid of them without issue.
5. A notificiation for a full sim card also keeps appearing, telling me to delete messages from the sim. I tried using the app this notification led me to but there are no messages present.

Thanks for the heads up. So I have TWRP and the stock rooted deodex Rom. After I flash philz recovery, would I need to do a complete wipe (though i know it's recommended)?

Well if you have 4.4.2 kitkat firmware installed then flash philz latest recovery for our device and yes you need to do a full wipe because of it being a different Rom base.... trust me it's worth it.

Edit : also don't mess with screen dpi via our tweak app. As it hasn't been corrected for this phone yet

1. I tested with Philz latest Recovery
2. Must have kitkat firmware, hboot , radio.. can be found in fuu thread.
If you don't do that then there's your problem
