I don't think bcz its title say only for Samsung note 8.0....
colors can.....canvas 2

Dard4droid Canvas 4 has also Multi window feature just like note 2 ..... did you try that

I saw some floating apps and browser....Dont think its hard coded....Its some apps... Did u look at the ROM ? It even have a NFS Shift Trial ... 100+MB
