Sorry, I closed this thread. Best ROM, kernel, pretty much anything threads are strongly discouraged on xda. This is because the "best" ROM depends on you and how you use your device. What is best for you is frequently not the best for some one else. Read a few ROM threads and start flashing ROMs...it can be really fun

Dear developers,
previously i was using Micromax a75. thats have so many custom roms. now i purchased A92 . there are no custom roms???
now a days 3 ROMS available. but those are not stable. S4 ported for for a92 and legoice these both roms are unstable and consuming lots of ram. another one is MIUI Rom it looks nice but neither i restore my IMEI nor install any app. please develop a ROM having lots of free RAM, stable and butterly smooth.
waiting for a amazing ROM .

Dear Members,
Presently Iam suing the Samflre v5.1 from so many days and it is very good and smooth. But I want to change the ROM for some reasons. tried Samflare v6.3 but camera not working.
Please suggest me the best, smooth, bug free ROM for my Micromax A116. I dont have the much knowledge on these for do the experiments with ROM. So that requesting you the existing users. Thanks to all in advance!!!

Micromax not given kitkat update to turbo but have released nearly same configuration phone nitro with 4..4.2......... Custom roms for canvas turbo on xda are not fully functional as i tested all and all lack in performance. only difference in turbo and nitro are front flash and little difference in processor speed.. So please try to port nitro rom on turbo which would be fully functional.. I will be waiting for testing Thank you.

There is no device specific forum on xda.

No i dont want roms for nitro .. I want rom for canvas turbo... N due to few varying hardware specification i cannot directly flash rom of nitro.. So i requesy senior developer to modify it for canvas turbo as near about 8 friends of mine having turbo want to have completely working kitkat n i think little modification in nitro stock rom will get us fully functional kitkat for turbo.. . Hi,
I want to install a custom rom on my canvas magnus. So far i dont found any stable or source custom rom with which i can flash my phone.
I have seen some custom rom in the phone specific section but they all are not source custom rom for my phone. Can anyone please share their experience of flashing their phone with the unsupported rom.
And what are the worst cases after flashing my phone with non source custom rom?

Worst Case Scenario of flashing the Rom for Another Device would result in your device being completely unusable including Brick.

Will micromax a117 will get any stable custom kernels...
Since the phone lacks custom kernels..
Cant the developer make kernels??
I asked this question because there are many kitakat rom for micromax a117 but all of them has a battery drain issue....
I would like to know if any developer is able to creat a kernel for our lovely device.
