No problems with gmail, maps, market for me. Just a slightly better wifi signal so far....
of course,i am base a custom rom for myself to flash

Wow, now we jump from the latest 2.14 to 2.26. That's quite a huge jump. I'm wondering what is really new, and how much problems were in between that let HTC make such a huge step before releasing another version. Also why does it follow so closely to 2.10...2.14 (which seem to be more or less all the same, localized versions).
I'd not touch this now, it's like you install an early release of Windows . Or this may already be SP1 for the 2.10 series hehehe

I recently upgraded to Slim 5.1.1 alpha build, and I see that the ringtones and notification sounds that are unique to Slim 5.0 are missing from there. I really liked them so I wanted to ask if anyone can upload them here? I thought I could get them from the rom's zip but it seems I can't.

I really hate telegram for I never use it aside from downloading content that devs made available only there (that's right OP). Furthermore you cannot activate the app without sms (costs money) when you get a new device or you're a flashaholic like me who clean flashes ROMs often (I'm not the only one). Aside these it would be a nice kernel only if the zip was made available on different file sharing portals.
