My Galaxy Note 10.1 with stock rom (rooted) does not have any "Accessory --> Audio output mode", can anyone confirm if this option is available on Custom Roms?

Hello,I was using DreamW-CM7.2 Based V7.1 SummerEdion 21/06/2012 ROM on my Samsung Galaxy Mini,and I really liked the audio enhancement in it,but the ROM was laggy so I returned to stock ROM (no disrespect for the developers), so I want to ask can someone post the apps which were used in that ROM to enhance the audio quality or some additional tweaks/hints to do that I would really appreciate that
Plz someone re-make JB 4.2 CM kernel and port it the Voodoo sound 10.
Since i was the owner of Samsung Galaxy 3 and now i'm installed it the CM 7.2.0 RC3 modded by kyrillos with beats audio port. its sound is excellent. So i have now Samsung Galaxy tab 2 P3100 in India and want that kind of custom ROM which have such good kind of kernel with excellent sound quality.
Samsung Galaxy S+ (I9001) has a audio-jack that can also be switched as a S-Video output.
I installed Cyanogenmod 10 and have not seen anything to switch this S-Video capability.
I searched the forum but was unsuccessful in finding that could work.
Do you have an advice for choosing a right ROM for enabling S-Video through audi-jack?
