Hi guys I have a little problem with my P5110. I was running CM10.2 nightlies for a while but it was too buggy. I wanted to revert back to 10.1.1 stable and did this without any wiping. As a result i got in a bootloop. I then tried to revert back to stock by flashing the samsung official rom and then kernel through Odin. However the tab still gets stuck in a bootloop.
What do I do now?
Thanks in advance!

Hello
I have read countless of threads on how to flash cyanogenmod 10.1 and other roms but I have only succeeded in flashing an official (stock) 4.1.1 firmware.
I have tried flashing with ODIN, heimdal, through CWM and with Rom Manager but with no success. My phone is rooted, that I could do. I first flashed the stock (newer) firmware, then I went on flashing clockworkmod touch and then I rooted the phone.
I want to try cyanogenmod 10.1 or other roms but I never succeed in flashing. It always gives me a kind of error and I can't understand why. Is it because the bootloader might be locked or something? I am not sure so could anyone please help me?
I have a samsung galaxy tab2 10.1 gt-p5100 tab
Thank you in advance!
Hi,
i got a GT-N8000 here and wanted to know (before i do anything) is it possible to backup the stock ROM, flash cyanogenmod and go back to stock ROM when needed in some way?
I would prefere to use CWM for flashing CM but with my phone (LG P880) it was not possbile to boot the stock ROM with a CWM bootloader. Is it also like this for the GT-N8000?
Thanks in advance.
Wrong question here?
So i've been running stable slimkat 9.0 (4.4.4) on my galaxy s3 and it has been working great. I want to upgrade it to lollipop but I've had trouble flashing any lollipop rom. CM12, AICP, OctOS, PacROM all fail to boot after I flash in recovery. The boot animation starts, and I get the screen that android apps are initializing. After it runs through the apps, the screen blacks out and the phone resets and the cycle continues.
I've had no issues flashing roms beforehand. I can go back to 4.4. and 4.3 ROMs both AOSP and Touchwiz without any problems. I've flashed with both clockwork mod and TWRP and the results are the same. I do a clean factory reset and wipe prior to flashing the rom and 5.1 gapps.
I have no idea why it won't boot up for me. Would appreciate any help!

Are you on the correct firmware? MF1? There is a flashable zip in the CM12.1 thread for it.
Updating the firmware did the trick, thanks! Was running on ML1 up til now. Glad my s3 can still keep up with the times
Hey guys. I have a Samsung Galaxy I9100 and without any experience I tries to upgrade my firmware to Lollipop today. It was a disaster. Now I'm stuck in Cyanogenmod 12.1 5.1.1 no installing GApps and no booting, no flashing rom. I cannot install any applications on my phone. I suppose I did something wrong about recovery, but not sure. For this issue, do you guys have anything to suggest? Thanks.

Download the firmware for your phone from sammobile.com and flash using the Odin app for windows using the instructions here.
From this flash custom recovery and try again to update to lollipop using Cyanogenmod files

Sounds like the emmc got write protected due to end of life bug.
Android andi has a write up about it on his github page.
