.. AND ONE WORD IT IS FLAWLESS ..
INITIALLY I WAS THINKING LIKE ACCORDING TO THE COST, THE QUALITY MIGHT DIFFER BUT ITS NOT THE CASE ...
THERE ARE ONLY TWO VARIANTS AVAILABLE
i) ORIGINAL (OG) U WILL GET THAT IN SERVICE CENTER'S AND FROM THE RETAILERS
and ii) COMPATIBLE , AVAILABLE IN LOCAL MARKETS

dont get confused bro... u have broken ur Digitizer and u have to ask for "a110 Digitizer" simple as tht
The "Digitizer" on a touch-screen phone is the layer above the LCD glass that senses your touch
for ur understanding this is the back side part of my old broken digitizer with a IC and cable(connector) on the top,which s visible in this pic.....
so if there is no cable thn it is not digitizer

I once again would like to say that my touch is very very fine all over the phone. Only a small crack on the glass. Looking for your immediate reply.

Gotta replace it by this weekend as i didn't have time. Anyways i was waiting for your confirmation. So i didn't buy it on that day. The service charge you mentioned was Rs.100/-. Is it the same everywhere or only the party you said? Some are saying Rs.150 upto Rs.250/-.

The one for which i have posted image is that the digitizer glass that is coated using nano technology and some other technologies mentioned in the description. Thats why i posted that image for your confirmation.

Dude i went to the shop you said..The name is cell care right ? I bought for Rs.500/- They tried to fix it and they have been unable to fix it still now. When the panel is open the touch is working and when the panel is closed and after putting screws the touch is not working ! Dunno whats gonna happen ! I need to spend again to buy a digitizer i think !!

No dude i bought it from the shop and went to a cellphone repair shop to fix it. They fixed it when the panel board is open the touch is working and when the panel board is closed and screwed touch doesn't work. Cellphone repair guy is saying the digitizer is the problem but the shop guy is not ready to take it back and says it is working only. Now i stand helpless and dunno what to do!

How? Being in reply mode (not quick reply at the end of page) there is a button in "Additional Options" saying "Manage Attachments" - guess You'd find out how it works..

me too pre, wrong section coz mine is Uni but im a native of Bulacan as well, no choice again red .
to myxXx, have you tried to check greenhills for knocked out units? there are stalls over there selling parts of xda or busted unit for parts? if to no avail, try to call dopod service center at 7283388 and hopefully they might give you a better answer to your queries, as in where and how much, like what i did before when i needed my xda IIi back cover to be replaced. luckily, someone called me thereafter and presto.. the rest is history.
the above info, notwithstanding, i strongly suggest that you pm red and let him do the rest

There is a member named "artic", he sells parts and accessories for all kinds of pda phones. last time i checked available brand new xda2 housing at 1800-2000. You can pick it up at any LRT/MRT station that you both agree upon or he can mail it to you. there is also a member named "kulas_sap" who repairs pda phones. my xda2 had a broken charging slot and I could not have it repaired anywhere for 2 years until I got in touch with them. he charges cheap and may guarantee.

for brand new housing will cost u around less that 1k class A but for original housing u can order at airfagev.com just look for arctic, i have also an xda housing 2nd hand and im seliing it for 250php only i used this before, good replacement for ur housing instead of buying a new one
Hey there everyone, my name is Mark Kennard (or as most people know me, Hill Beast). I am a developer for the Galaxy 3, and have been on the XDA for over a year now and after a person (bscraze) who used to use my works on his Galaxy 3 called me over the the SL forums, I was informed that a developer (Fuss was on his way out). It's always sad to see a developer go, but I will try my best to fill his shoes.
I have asked him if he could send me the device and he is fine with this, all I need to do now is arrange some shipping costs to send the device to New Zealand.
As you can tell from the fact that I am a recognised developer (not bragging, just pointing out), I'm not here to steal somebodys money or phone. I already have a Galaxy S2 so it's not like I will be just taking the device and running off. That would be stupid and I'd probably lose my RD status. Instead all I wish is for anyone who can, please chip in a little bit of money for donations towards getting the device to New Zealand.
I already have debugging equipment from my Galaxy 3 (it uses the same USB switch chip and therefore the same external UART system), and even if that doesn't work, I am experienced with soldering and micro electronics so I can open the device up and pull the UART out of the device that way, all I need now is the device on my desk.

$69 for fedex and $13 for DHL.fedex is expensive.go for DHl instead.but i think you should wait for dhiru's and everyone else's response

I have spoken to Dhiru and I think he wants me to help out.
I think we'll set the pool for shipping costs at $30NZD to be on the safe side.

It's a USB cable that comes out of the phone and connects to my Arduino, and has a bunch of jumpers on the end to define what mode it should be in.

AliExpress is just fine. You probably won't find the highest quality on there, but I own a lot of stuff ordered from aliexpress, because in switzerland we have limited stuff for android and it's very expensive.

I order stuff all the time from aliexpress. I own a little repair shop and we order both parts and accessories through the site. It's basically a Chinese Amazon. Tons of different vendors. Luckily, the couple issues we had with the wrong orders or what not have been taken care of as quickly as possible.
Today i kept my Z3 under water for 4 seconds and removed it from the water.. And realized that my touch isn't responding and can't do any activity in it.
I don't know really what to do now.!
And i can see a bit water entered in it(above home button)
Please anyone help me A.S.A.P

Send it to sony repair centar, they will replace or repair for no cost.
I went today.. But he's telling me to pay half amount and have a new piece..
Coz it cannot be repaired..
