Data not working with 4.3 ROMS.I tried all available 4.3 ROMS.I am currently on liquid 2.9.Any thoughts??

I have data on my 4.3 install. running elcipse with BMS 4.3 kernel.
There seems to be a issue with no data or signal when flashing the new kernel but the fix worked perfect. just to reflash all 3 with no boot in between and every thing is awesome.
Yes..I have problem with Every 4.3 ROMs and data is enabled.I am using default kernel that comes with ROMS.No problem for data in 4.2.2 ROMs.Thanks

I'm running Illusion v2.5. Data works on it just fine.
Try this:
Go into settings, mobile networks, make sure subscription is set to SIM. After that open the phone, type *#*#4636#*#* make sure it's set to LTE/CDMA/AUTO
Reboot phone and all should be well.

I've noticed that some Roms, for some unknown reason, will change those settings for some reason...
I had a similar issue with the one I'm on currently (MIUI v5)

If ur asking cause phone might mess up and u need to send in for warrenty. All I have are 3 flash files to go back to stock with root. I use the rogers stock version 2 files . then i use root explorer to delete su busy box and some other file I can't remember. But it works

I have a galaxy tab 7 inch 3100.
As i live in China this is where i bought it. However here it does not come with playstore, just a really limited Samsung apps. I loaded a version from Anzhi but it crashes almost instantly - screen comes up then straight down again. I've tried some other versions, cache clearing and factory resets but to no avail. As such i can not really get hold of any useful apps (anzhi is chinese and i am not).
Anyone got any ideas on how to get playstore working?

Uninstall updates,
Froce stop it from setting,

Even thought your not on a custom rom or maybe you are. Try downloading gapps it worked for me on another rom which didn't have the play store or gmail by default

I always wondered if that would work. I had a trio stealth that didin't come with Google play, just amazon. I ended up flashing cm 9( this was about a year ago). I ended up bricking it when I tried flashing a firmware with a big enough system partition for cm 10 to fit. A wrong touch screen driver got flashed and none of the fixes would work. Anyways, I often think back that maybe I should of tried just flashing gapps. Anyways..... lol

I meant on the firmware that came with the tab, I flashed a custom ROM a few actually until I bricked it. Yeah gapps worked with the custom ROMs, but never tried on any official firmware. Like the op I tried various apk s, with no luck. On the bright side, I learned a lot by experimenting on that cheap tab. Lol... note: don't by anything from mach speed tech.

Yea u r rite....doh dis tab has a lot of potential....I m runnin sungsonic hd wit oc kernel by psn and it works great wit games and batery life :good:

Well the rom work great but due to the wifi low signal strength i flash back a 4.1.2 rom, this is a very good work i going to wait for the next build and see what happens....

I get the same thing with quickpic.
Also auto briteness isn't working. Will get some logs up in the dev thread.
Thank you guys for giving us beanstalk! The ROM is great so far we already know WiFi isn't as strong but feels like it's stronger after running it for a bit. Camera does fc but was able to view photos in gallery. I noticed the torch doesn't work and that includes the flash when taking photos I'm sure you guys were aware. Anyway its my DD, beanstalk is sick! Don't think twice just flash it :thumbup:

So, I know that if you flash CWM 10.2 you won't be able to flash anything that isn't 10.2, but what if I restore a backup will it 'restore' regular CWM orrr.. ?

No you are wrong, i flash beanstalk and i decided to go back to 4.1.2 i flash a jellybean 4.1.2 via CWM and everything is working fine...

I can confirm fast burst camera works fine.
With the gallery or 3rd party gallery rebooting the phone. I had to hide my videos (mp4s). After hiding them from the media scan it works fine.

Interesting, I'm about to re-flash the new build that he posted this morning, and then I'll try that. I never had issues with the gallery and I'm assuming that's because I didn't have any videos? Anyways, Thanks!
Finally had some time to flash. Did a complete wipe and empty internal/external SD cards.
No issues at all besides camera not working. Any other camera app works fine (snapchat, instagram, facebook)
WiFi works great. Cell data works great.
Looking forward to a plain CM 10.2 ROM

I'm usually running CM 10.1. However, I have to travel frequently in my work...if I really need GPS I'll flash CM 9 and occasionally I'll go back to GB (or Valhalla Black) if I feel that I'll need wi-fi calling. Is it necessary to flash the Gapps for that particular ROM every time I switch? All my stuff is backed up on Titanium so would restoring be just as good?

If you make a nandroid in cwm of cm9 then you can have it all set up the way you want it and just restore it whenever you need to. Same with cm10.1. Otherwise you'd be without a play store if you didn't flash gapps.

I tried installing the Hellkat http goo.im devs helldevs skyrocket hellkat Hellkat-20140309-skyrocket.zip using TWRP. It failed, so tried clockworkmod. It worked after 3 attempts.
When I go to settings > Interface, "Unfortunately settings has stopped". Something wrong with this build?
Where can I find more information about issues with each build, so I can then select one of the stable ones? Also, what version of gapps should be used with this rom build? The links show 2013 builds. Are they still valid?
I had similar problems in that area also. Didn't nail it down but I'm running Blue Lightning without any problems. Gapps-KK-2014-0113. Using Closed w/Xblast.OC at Interactive & Deadline. Will check back to Hellkat soon for more diagnosis.
