Guys I have Korean handset which have JB 4.1.9 I want to upgrade this version and also want to know about its root setting. It is Korean handset galaxy s 3 I want to remove Korean software from this and want to install other country android software it is also not giving me the boot/reboot option it's model is GT-19300 of galaxy s 3 .... tell me everything clearly....

Hi, i have galaxy beam ( GT-I8530 Android v-2.3.6 Baseband version I8530ZCLI1 Kernel 2.3.35.7-1195535 Gingerbread.zcli1) China version. Hello! I ve a Samsung Galaxy Duos GT-S6802..
But it dont have latest update from samsung due to the second sim present........
but the single sim variant Galaxy Ace 5830 which even has only 290mb of ram can be updated to Kitkat 4.4....
So my question is that whether i can Install SGA 5830's Firmware in my DuoS may be the Second Sim dont Work but I want to Do that....!!!
will it make my phone Unusable or hard bricked....
can i will be able to reflash my original Firmware ..

I have just bought a new Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus (Dual Sim) and i have rooted it with the boot.md5.tar file using odin. This method has totally stopped my accelerometer.
To resolve this problem i must download the official rom and i seach for that.
I found it but the problem is that my baseband version is I9060IXXU0AOB4 (i live in Morocco) and there is no rom like that. I write you to help me and tell me what is the best choise for me.
P.S :
My android version is 4.4.4.
I don't care if i lose root access the important is to repare my accelerometer.

It is a verizon set and i have certain restrictions like Hotspot. I have rooted my set. But i wanted to upgrade to Lollypop ROM without restrictions. I Need ROM which comes with the International Sets. Pl guide me to some step by step procedure .

AFAIK there is no official LP firmware available for your device.
So we are talking about a custom ROM.
There are some available for your device ... e.g. oct-l, or unofficial-pac, or dirty-unicorns, or CyanideL.
In the first post of the ROM threads you will find detailed installation instructions.

I have a galaxy s5 (sm g900f) which is from France. The mobile got unlocked but what happened is the OS has been changed from lollipop to Kitkat and the mobile has been rooted also and the IMEI also changed. Now I want to install the android 5 in my mobile. Can any one plz suggest official stock firm ware (android 5- lolipop). I tried to find out but can't choose the one which supports my mobile. Can any one help me out of this.
The build number was : KOT49H.G900FXXU1ANJ1 and
baseband version is : G900FXXU1ANJ1.
Just use Odin to flash the firmware of your choice.
Search on how to use it, download the appropriate firmware, and flash it onto your device.
After all of these steps, you should be at the Android version that you want.
P.S. You will most likely find the firmware you want at sammobile(at least that was what I was using with my s3)
