Another miui 2.4.20 port for huawei u8100/10/20 based on takisbeskos miui rom and jailorai's update30.
I've ported the Galaxy mini miui rom to U8100/10/20. This is the initial release however i encountered no problem in the rom so far.
Everything like wifi, themes work like a charm.
I've used a new miui launcher so the lockscreen is automatically adjusted to ldpi.

use menu/theme to apply themes not theme maker; locksceen automatically resized,
no wifi problem
using morelocale2 additional languages can be added.

also i prepared another fix for odexing the rom: it's totally optional, the patch will odex your rom which will make miui gain a bit of speed.

Need time for testing
1. You need to fix grid, icons text is under icons lower level.
2. Need to install Full Screen Caller ID if you need to see who is calling.
3. Need to translate UI (I don't understand Chinese)
4. Starting Wifi cause bootloop with my U8120

thnx for the feedback...
1. this is because of launcher, since it automatically adjust the icons for the screen resolution... no big problem btw...
2. after some calls, the info bubbles will dissappear and one can clearly see who is calling...
3. choose an english based theme from online themes, that's it...
4. i've checked it with my u8110, there was no bootloop with wifi is on... may be just for u8120? or did u o.c. the cpu? sometimes cpu o.c.'ing can cause bootloop...

may be this is because of u8120; my device is u8110; i shared the rom one day before i share here in our Turkish forums of u8110 users and none of us has this issue...
i've added this issue as a known bug to the first post.

i will release a new version of this rom in a few days.. now i'm testing it...
i am not sure of the launcher tho. may be i will release it with the former launcher since mihome 1.5.1 consumes resources a bit more... may be i'll release with both launchers so the user can choose the one which suits him more...

If I push accounts & sync I get FC. All other looks good. There are some things to fix for vision of MIUI but not a big problem.

let me check that error, for the visual problems -icon texts not seen etc.- use the older launcher... it doesn't have that problem...
i didn't have that error @paristatis... accounts & sync runs normally... no fc whatever...
can you do it like that: with root explorer, run /system/apk/accountandsettings.apk ; re-install it.. then try to enter account & sync...

NOTICE:
If you experience lags in incoming calls:
in cpu settings choose the profile "lag free", with a very small loss of battery life, you'll have dissapearance of that lag...

Good rom just does not work mobile internet.

there is no problem with mobile internet even 3g works without any problem, you should check your local internet settings...

1. Install whitexp's kernel (1.3.3) (via ODIN)

2. Set the max frequency to 832 Mhz
3. Min frequency to 312Mhz or 624Mhz
4. Governor to : bcm21553

Gapps
Int2ext Now added in Device setting .
Install instructions:
Download the rom and gapps and place it in sdcard
Wipe everything
Now flash Rom and Reboot
After first boot go into recovery again and flash gapps
Redoot .
Done!
Now make Sd-ext and you can use int2ext toggle from device setting.
Upgrading from previous weekly of CyanogenMod 11:
Boot into Recovery
Flash CM11 zip
Reboot
NOTE :-
It's entirely possible that features not used by me are broken, but overall the device should be usable. You have been warned.
Before using ART, you have to install some reverse-mount script like int2ext!

SuperWipe: When installing a new ROM, it is usually better to do a factory reset. In case you like to live dangerously, and spam threads with its consequences, stop reading this now.
So, made some modifications to the existing superwipe.zip, adding support for:
inbuilt journaling disabling (assuming you have an ext4 file system)
inbuilt NAND recovery

Note: A factory reset would work just as fine

Review time:
1. rom is smoother than 10.2 builds
2. havn't faced any freeze or lags in rom
3. better ram consumption
4.battery backup is better than before
5.no any wifi issues
you can feel over all smoothness and performance in rom

Anyone else facing issues with google account? Because it's giving error while logging in to google account .. So it's just me or .... And moreover I flashed any 4.4 first time today and it is much more smoother than 4.3 but can't use it without google account? So any fix for this?

Its probably u. Make some more space in system partition by removing some apps like apollo, media files from zip and then do clean flash. And use stripped one gapps(u can find it in other thread)

No they will work actually armv6 sources are optimized for legacy device like ours

Can't booting because you are a noob. This rom is working flawlessly.

Camera not working
Camera app opens but with black screen, no picture at all. I tried also Open Camera and it doesn't work either. Other than that rom is very smooth.

Camera is working for me. Try a clean flash. And flash superwipe before flashing. And which recovery are you used ?

Is OC or Non OC? I cant find the option in installer?

Dont flash this with twrp. Use yannou's recovery.
Disabling journaling not important.

1. I saw in screenshots that u have on battery icon the battery percent, how to activate it ?
2. If I want to install the OC 878mhz kernel...I have to make the 3rd partition on sd card? (...that partition for cache)? If yes what is the order of partitions? (sd, sd-ext, sd-cache)? And sd-ext and sd-cache needs to be ext4?

Percent battery not included in this rom. That screenshots are other roms screenshots.
You can install directly the OC kernel. No need to make a partition.

Here is a very light CM11 build for Htc explorer. This rom is including some apps from DM11 (Delicious Mountains 11 ) Rom. And using ABS tweak engine. This rom as stable as Stock rom. Will take updates later. Thanks to all pico developers before me. This Project is my last work for pico. :crying:

I got the TWRP from its official site.
Flashed the rom half an hour ago, so far so good !
There is no boot animation though, that kinda scared me

Now I'll restore my TB backup and tell

After restoring my TB backup, my pico is very much unusable !
I cant even unlock it !

Bro do not Use Titanium backup. It makes lag for our Device. Try installing apps Manually.

well, I reflashed and this time I selected only a few imp apps in TB backup restore. Now after a day or so, device is very much usable ! so yay !
And, the Gapps (Play store) were not working so I flashed opengapps instead (open_gapps-arm-4.4-pico)
Maybe that did it !
BTW: I'm unable to restore my call logs and messages from TB Backup, do you know any solution for that ?
