Just wondering how to do a screenshot or capture a pic of a screen on a miui rom?
Well I figured how to do a screenshot on miui but when trying to do it it does not work. I cannot locate the screenshot as well when doing it everything freezes up till I push the power button and then push it again to wake it up. But still no screen shot.

I don't think they work on that rom. When I used that rom I tried multiple times to take screen shots with various apps and nothing worked they all came out black.

Depends on which MIUI I guess. I've only ever used Richie's but screenshots worked fine for me via the toggle menu in the notification bar until his most recent release.

Volume down and menu will give you a screenshot or the easier way is from the dropdown screenshot toggle.
Screenshot should be in sdcard/miui/screen_cap
I've never had any issues with this function so something else/bad miui port must be causing it.

Yea I tryed the volume down/menu and the toggle way but no good. I must have that version of the rom where it dident work. But I like the rom for the most part.

Our miui devs dont seem to use there own work cause they just port and put in tweaks they know of... and put out. It kinda sucks cause o2x people actually have devs modding and adding in features. And ya Richie's is mentioned a lot that his screenshot is borked.

Searched Google for "miui screenshot", the first result fixed my problem. I've gone through three different screenshot apps before I found that MIUI had it built in.

Holding the home button and volume down rocker on G2x with miui rom worked for me.
Hi guys I was hoping that a developer can work on getting the miui lockscreen tourch mod for jb tw roms. This is when you press and hold the home button the flashlight goes on. I had miui on my dinc and that mod was awesome but I really like touchwiz and it would be great to get that mod ported over. I remember seeing something like this being posted before but couldn't find it anymore and I didnt know if it was actually done.

Hey guys,
Im looking at setting the Data Usage Limit and Warning. Is the only way to adjust these numbers via the "wheel" by swiping up and or down to increment the numbers? Currently my warning limit is 2.5 Gigs.. Id like to set it at 5.5 but i will literally have to swipe hours.. okay well not literally.. but it will take a lot of swiping.. I cannot seem to move the orange warning bar or the red limit bar by any other means than by accessing the wheel.

Hey JD1639,
Current ROM: 10-20130120-HIGHTLY-skyrocket.
long press does not seem to be effective for moving the sliders. by tapping the number of GB on the left side gives me access to the number wheel like i mentioned before but its very tedious. Maybe its an issue with this current version of the nightly. I can always try to revert to see if my results change.
I assume its working for you... what ROM are you currently loaded on?

Currently on vincom's superlite. Works there and embryo 6.1 so it's probably the rom your on

Want to make my note 10.1 louder while using AOKP ROM.I done it when on stock by adjusting the values using es explorer but how do I do it on AOKP.?Volume + doesn't really work now I'm on AOKP jb..

Didn't think it was that hard of question seeing as a lot of people on here are developers and build there own ROMs.plus AOKP has been around for years so thought this would of been solved many times by now??Not sure about that app I know volume รท does ( bit hit and miss though)plus it really dulls the sound and any equalizer u try to use to even it back out including its own just makes the app stop and you lose the boost.I'll have a look at the app you mentioned and get back with an out come.Hopefully some developer can come up with some main volume hack like on Samsung stock ROMs.

Thanks but noozxoide just fcs with aokp for some reason? I have now given up and gone back to stock.hopfull a main software hack will be found or created in the future.
