Can you change the command for this? I tried to change the hi galaxy on a different apk, but it force closes everytime

If you get the network error uninstall reboot and then reinstall. It works for me but cant understand certain words.

Its working for me but when I double press the home button it doesn't activate it or will this not work on our phone

It's an app that was specifically for the Samsung galaxy SIII, but we are able to port to our phones now that we have the ics based roms. Is basically like Siri for Android

well I saw that you can download a hacked .APK for S voice that will work on any ICS phone, so I downloaded the .APK to use on my S2 w/ ICS on it. Now when I go to install it I get a message that says "Application not installed", can any one help me fix this so I can install it? I have seen people on youtube doing it with the S2 so I know it should work on my S2.

You should go to the Samsung galaxy s2 forums. But it may be a problem with the build.prop, I've seen threads where people have had to edit it

with the version i posted here, you don't have to mod the build.prop at all. if you would have read the op, you would have known this.

Didn't work for me it FC's as soon as I say "Hi Galaxy"

doesn't fc, but the main button freezes right after first command, then I have to kill it to fix it. The other buttons work like help and disable voice response. Also, the only command that seemed to work was "Hi Galaxy". Then it said hi. Other commands I tried included "call mom", and the response I got was "calling mom" and then freeze. The back button clears the messages on the board, but functions are useless.

link is fixed. thanks for bumping and pointing it out. my url shortener crapped out on me and had to start from scratch. slowly getting all the links fixed one by one.

yea, if you had also read the op, it states that i didn't make this or mod it. i'm not a dev, so i can't help by fixing it. i just know it works on my phone.

Wolfpack had it right. I "played with fire" but no harm done. Flashed the second link and it works properly. I find the popup useful for Facebook or Twitter news article links.

I just extracted the file from the Synergy JB ROM and installed it on CleanROM n have had no issues at all

EDIT: Nevermind I found it and for some reason the xda link wasn't working before and now it is.

You don't need to struggle with apps. Just open regular browser and open "www.google.com'' and from the menu button, "add shortcut to home screen"
Everytime click on this bookmark it will ask to open with popup and will automatically open google. thats how I use it.

OK so I flashed it and installed the invoker app and I can't get it to work. I cleared defaults of my browser but it doesn't show up in the popup menu to select which application I want to use. Does this only work on TW roms? I am on ParanoidAndroid 2.51.

Just works on tw roms......

Hey there I recently rooted my gs3 and was wondering if I can delete all the widgets as I do not use any of them..
1 more thing.. can anyone tell me the best site to find new roms as this is the 1st time I have rooted and I am looking for a good rom but dont know were to look

Real easy question about custom app drawer

I am using a custom app drawer for my GN2 but whenever close app drawer it shows up in recent apps. Is there any way that it doesn't show up in recent apps? ...... any other app which can set this for only app drawer not for other apps?:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

This is not at all a question restricted to gn2 I think it's a general question. Plz let me know if know something rather than suggesting where to post the thread I'll really as appreciate that........ if it's a wrong thread forum mod must have moved it before.

Try to change it in the drawer settings.If there is no option for changing it,then well any body can't help

Well, the custom app drawer is in itself another app that has to be opened. Since it's separate from the launcher it will appear in the multitasking screen. I don't think there's any way to prevent that.

the app drawer is an app so there are ways but you need to tell the developer

it might sound stupid but i have to ask this: i am using buzz launcher and its stock app drawer is horrible can i include the custom appdrawer(i m using right know) in buzz launcher and replace its stock............u seems to be a intelligent dev so tell me if its possible?
