First use a GB rom and install and you sould have the phone live again.
Then try to found a Stock rom GB flashable and with recovery install rom .
To update to ICS its easy to use the LG tools and let them work for you..:victory:

What rom did you flash? I mean I understand it is gingerbread but was it the stock one .kdz files or was it a custom rom? plus if it was custom rom did you first install the baseband as it was instructed in the rom's OP ( think all roms op have the advice about flashing baseband before installing rom if you are coming directly from Froyo). Which kind of model do you have? Is it a p920 or a p925? More info is required in order to get some help... Anyway look on the guide about flashing .kdz files and use that to return to Froyo or flash gingerbread as a KDZ which installs baseband automatically. PS if your failed install is cyanogenmod don't return to froyo this way. There is a guide on how to revert to froyo from cyanogenmod somewhere...

ohhh. ok first of all you needed to flash the baseband first. there should be directions as to how to do that in kng3d thread along with link to the baseband. second I am not sure if the rom will work as it is supposed to seeing it is made for p920 and not thrill. Still it may. I havent done any research over the matter though. May have connection isues. But flashing baseband is essential for gb to work. Maybe at the thrill forums they have more info. Try looking there first.

Custom Recovery flashed, but not working

I recently rooted my LG Optimus one (2.3.3) using the superoneclick method. I then installed ROM manager and flashed the custom recovery successfully. After that, when I chose to boot into recovery, the device booted into standard recovery and formatted my phone. This has been happening ever since and I am unable to boot into custom recovery and am ending up formatting my phone again and again.
Also, when I flashed the custom recovery, ROM manager flashed CWM 5.0.2.0 (LGE optimus one (Old baseband)), but I have been told that my phone has the new BB as it is running stock 2.3.3. Please help me regarding this issue.
Also, I am unaware if this the right place to post this question. could the mods please move it to the right section if I am wrong ?
Thank You

try this the safest method

Thank you. I'll try this. In order to run CM 10, is it necessary for my recovery to be from CWM? or is it possible to run CM 10 with an AmonRa recovery installed ?

[Q] Restoring stock recovery via adb

Hi,
We have a big trouble with my friend's Optimus 3D. We had flashed cwm after that we flashed pacman 4.2.2 afterall it doesnt recognize internal sdcard and we dont have external one. I would like to flash it to stock ics but the debug mode doesnt work properly so lg's update software gives an error while looking for phone's environment. But i realised that i can control the phone through adb while cwm recovery is open. Is there anyway to flash stock recovery via adb? If yes where can i find the stock recovery?
Thank you
Not sure if you can do that by ADB, maybe so. But, there is a flashable ICS .zip here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=39130435
You'll need to do 1-3, if you can borrow a micro sd, and if cwm sees it.
Another option is to flash ICS via LG Flash Tool. Drivers are unsigned, so setup is fiddly. But once you do that it's easy as pie. If you do 1-3 here you will have stock ICS, but rooted with custom recovery:

If you can ask at bernie's Pacman thread,
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=38428702
I think you need another version of Pacman, can't remember; I have not messed with JB because I want to keep 3D function.

[Q] Trouble with my LG...

Hey there. I have a big problem with my LG P920. I've rooted it, and flashed CWM With Rom Manager on it. When I made a backup, I have some problems as it has got stuck on the LG Logo on start up. I fixed it anyhow, so I tried installing the Rom now. When I rebooted into CWM Recovery, it gets stuck at the LG Logo again.. Any tips ? Thanks !
(wanted to flash ICS! )
are you on GB or ICS in any case you probably need WKparts bootloader so go and install that first if you want to flash ICS from GB do you need to follow this Guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FqC5qw6WRaY&feature=youtube_gdata_player
Im on Android 2.3.3 or something haha.
Edit : That Guide doesnt work for me as "Ports" aren't showing up for me at Device Manager.
