The intention behind this thread is that it be a one stop index for all of the latest ROMS, kernels and tools, as well as consolidating all the useful Guides and How-To's for the HTC One. This should hopefully stop you having to scroll through pages and pages of threads to try to find what you are looking for. Whilst I regularly visit the forum and do try to identify all updates, if you notice that I have missed out on an update or have incorrectly classified a ROM or if you have any suggestions to improve the thread please let me know.
This thread is a replacement to the original index thread started by PredatOr which has become inactive and outdated.

Why use torrents?
Well simply it saves developers either having to mirror there ROM's across a range of file sites in order to give a good download speed. You don't have to 'wait 60 seconds before downloading' and with a good amount of seeders you can get MUCH faster download speeds.

why u need a torrent for reaper/endy? u can download em officially with fullspeed from my sponsored fileserver.

indeed, didn't think of that advantage!
Sorry about the lack of seedbox the provider still hasnt got back to me :/
But should still be lots of seeds once the seedbox is running then I will do more ROM's!

Downloading them all now, purely so I can seed. Great idea for people who want to contribute to the community but aren't sure how they can help!
By the way Zac, I believe the title of this thread should be "ROMs" not "ROM's"

Ok the seedbox is up and running in the morning will make more torrents!

Maybe try clicking the Magnetic Link instead of the torrent, you can still use a torrent downloader such utorrent.

I use BolehVPN. But it's RM30 per month. Worth it though.
