DESPERATE! Please help flash Xperia Ion LT 28at ATT Unlockd Rooted - General Questions and Answers

Hi,
So I purchased an xperia Ion LTE 28at ATT UNLOCKED and ROOTED (The seller already rooted it)
I have never flashed a smartphone before but I'm very good with computers. Can anybody give me a guide or steps on how I can flash my phone from ICS to JB (Doesn't matter which version)
Thank You So Much!

[Q] Custom ROM Compatibility

Is my Motorola Xoom Supported?
Hello, i am getting a motorola xoom 32GB wifi only UK model for christmas. Being me, im not planning to stay on stock for very long, in fact more like 10 mins
However, i have one bugging question before im confident enough to apply a rom and unlock the Bootloader.
Will my Xoom (being a UK model) support Tiamats roms? Ive heard conflicting reports saying yeah because its the same hardware and no because of the model, but i just need 1 definite anwser from a user whos tryed.
If its no, then will i have to get a US firmware for it? Is it even possible?
I have experience in android hacking and have done so with my Sony ericsson Xperia x10.
Thank you in advance for spending the time to write a post.

Working Xperia Ion root method?

Just got the phone and no method so far is working
Did you try using flashtool? It claims to support the ion

I'm also interested in this as I'll be upgrading to the Ion this week. Hopefully someone will post the unbranded OS files to flash the Ion and get rid of AT&T's junk soon

The international generic firmware had already been posted. That should remove all the AT&T junk as well as giving the generic looks/themes for the Ion
any success?

Is this guaranteed working? I just want to root. Don't want any custom ROM.

I am not sure will it let you to OTA but you should be able to flash it via odin.
Here is the link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1974114
But be careful it might mess with he radios and you have to flash it back to cricket.

Flashing rom question about MOTO RAZR MAXX XT910

My device is a HK version of XT910 and has flashed the device for the euro 4.1 rom.
Unfortunately it cannot search any 2g/3g signal and thus i wanna flash back the HK4.0 rom to repair the phone.
I heard it is not possible to do so as the bootloader has been upgraded which cannot be downgraded afterwards.
I know XDAs are one of the best developers for smartphone, so wanna find some support here.
Deep thanks if guidance can be provided for my case

need rom advice

Just bought a z3 but need some advice.
I bought the phone and it was originally on vodaphone but was unlocked via one of those phone repair shops. (im not on vodaphone)
Now here comes what the issue is. I dont like the stock voda apps and the fact they control upedates its still on 5.0.2 build: 23.1.a.1.28 for reference.
Now what is the generic uk ftf file I need to flash?
Will I lose drm keys if I flash a new ftf?
will the phone return to vodaphone only? (I am sure it Shouldn't but maybe someone knows otherwise?)
Also should i go to 5 than 5.1 or straight to 5.1 ftf?
Thanks for any help been awhile since I have installed any custom roms ir even rooted a phone really. Been running the xperia z stock for 6 months
Dw took the dive and went off what I used to know with some educated guessing and all is good
