Just wanted to share my experience and warning with everyone about Spigen and their warranty practices.
Like many people when I bought my S4 I wanted to put a decent case on it to keep it from getting mangled. So I started out mistakenly buying what appeared to be a slim armor on Ebay. Once I got it, I realized it was likely a fake and Spigen confirmed it. Over the course of dealing with their rep I decided they seemed like a pretty decent company so I ordered a Glas.tr then a week or so later placed and order for a Neo Hybrid through their Amazon store using some bitcoins I had laying around and used the bitspend service to complete the purchase. I got the case, it was legit (with serial # that verifies) and everything seemed fine.
A couple weeks back I noticed my Neo had cracked around the usb port so I took a pic (large image http://pcsites.com/DSCN5201.JPG ) and hit up Spigen on Facebook to see what they had to say. Their rep told me to contact support and that they would send me a reinforced unit (so yes obviously based on this and the number of similar complaints they redesigned the ring on they Neo Hybrid blury pic showing the new ring http://pcsites.com/updated.jpg next to the old silver ring ). So I dropped support a ticket with my product and serial. They got back to me a couple days later. Their response was basically "whats your order #?" If you didnt order our product directly from us, contact who you ordered it from because we cant help you. I responded back and explained to them how I had procured my Neo, including a screen shot of the order confirmation from bitspend. They contacted me back and told me that that had taken my order # from the screen shot and an Amazon rep would be in touch with me. I contacted them back and explained again that I was just the person receiving the item from Amazon so if they told amazon to look it up by order # and contact the person whose order number it was then I wouldn't be hearing from Amazon. I did wait a few days though. Then basically I gave up, responded back and told them I would buy another product.
So just FYI. Just because they brag about a warranty, and they have 'serial' numbers to prove authenticity, don't expect them to stand behind their product necessarily. The tl;dr version of my ticket can be seen here ( http://pcsites.com/spigen2.jpg )
BTW the blue ring in the photo is one I bought when I got tired of waiting for Spigen to be a stand up company to stand behind their product and handle the replacement regardless of whom the item was purchased from. I doubt I will ever purchase from them again considering this service.
I bought one of these. Biggest waste of 30 bucks I've ever spent on a case. Not only does it feel cheap it is flimsy as hell.
They literally put less than a dollar in materials into these cases. And the trim that goes around it is beyond flimsy. It's easy to break just trying to put the case on or take it off.
Sweet looking case, but just a straight rip off. I've bought 2 dollar throw away cases that are better built and durable.

Seems like you bought it at the wrong time, the updated version with the reinforced cutouts came out a while ago. Mines holding up fine but the headphone jack cutout scares me.
I don't agree with Spigen's warranty or lack thereof support, but lol for members to say their materials are cheap is non sense, and I'm just amazed so many people are breaking these things, I change my battery daily which means I have the case off/on once a day and have never had an issue, hell my wife even grabbed the band while I had it off to clean some lint out of the tpu, and she was twisting and flexing it and it survived........

This is why I buy from the company versus another vendor. Many companies have issues granting warranties on product purchased from another vendor.

And hardly ever removed my Neo intentionally. It did however occasionally pull off a corner in my pocket. The materials are, what the materials are. In my book, they are likely using what their testing has shown to be the best compromise between profitability and long life. Thats why when it seemed obvious that they wouldn't help me with the warranty claim I bought a replacement ring until such time as I can find a better case. I am a bit picky and dont want something that adds a ton of bulk or a material that drags and pulls going into out of the pocket like some cheap silicon based tpu do.

thats odd, mine is quite tight and has never come close to just pulling a corner out of the case
I would guess the outer is pc-abs and inner a good grade of Poly-u.

Same here, mines pretty tight on my S4 and haven't any corners pull off.

Mine lasted about 3 months and then one of the "bars" surrounding the USB snapped and then the other one gave a week later. The new reinforced USB port looks a lot more promising but the original will inevitably break. I did not take it off that often. :/

I just got in touch with them through the Help Desk because a friend of mine purchased one case for me while visiting Seattle and now I opened it and found out I got the one with the weak frame.
I told them that regardless who's selling the item, they are the manufacturers and is their fault and their duty to take care of them. Also, the case was purchased in August, long after they introduced the new frame, which means that they should've requested re-sellers to send back defective inventory in order to proceed to a substitution, to avoid customers from purchasing old and weak items from stores.
I hope they understand this and finally change their policy when it comes to customer service... Right now I'm in Spain and I can't really deal with the store in Seattle...
Cheaply made
I ordered my Spigen Neo-Hybrid from Spigen directly, before the S4 actually even hit the stores. I got it weeks into having my phone and was sorely disappointed in the quality of the case. I got the silver one, and it fits so very loosely, it ALWAYS comes out of the case, when I carry it in my pocket.
While it's very sleek and thin, it does add a lot of bulk to the width of the device. I don't trust that it will protect my phone at all, and find it a waste of my money. I will certainly never order from them again.
I recently found a fake Ned Hybrid, and it's a shame to see, that the quality and fit surpasses that so-called certified warrantied case.
Just an FYI, the DO NOT support their product if purchased through another vendor (including amazon) and it's only a 90 warranty. In order to have warranty coverage you MUST buy from their website. I like their screen protectors but won't spend more than $5 or $6 for them because of the crappy warranty coverage. I have a Neo Hybrid and the back is pulling away from the phone. I'll use it until I find another case I like. I might just go back to Seido or otterbox, much better warranties and the material never warped for me.

This is why many people are resorting to using Aliexpress and picking up multiple fakes. At least with the fakes if something happens you are out $7 instead of $20 or $50.
In the mean time my $7 Armorview case is holding up just dandy.

you're lucky I ordered 2 through them and they never arrived. Aliexpress kept telling me to wait until the delivery date before opening a dispute and when I did it auto accepted the order and I can't do anything about it now. I'm talking with my bank about doing a back charge to Aliexpress. Long story short, I was burned and I'm a little pissy.

Look in the armor slimview thread for some trusted sellers. Wading in without knowing trusted sellers can get you burned. Ebay is another choice as well; I prefer them for faster shipping and more buyer protection. For instance, I ordered from these guys and my case has held up very well, and they are a US seller. Be aware they are fakes, but they came from the improved run.

I ordered using a trusted link and many people had ordered from. I'm just an unlucky schmuck that got burned. I'll order another one again, probably off of eBay and one from the states because PayPal doesn't cover most international purchases.

And also I notice this minor "design flaw" in the TPU slevee, exactly where the headphones goes, it seams like the tpu and the hard shell doesn't align very good, even without the phone.. So anyone else is like this. ?
Sure this is not a big problem.. however I though it was going to be almost perfect like the one I have for my GS2...

I bought the Neo Hybrid about month and a half to 2 months ago straight from Spigens site and this is what mine looks like. Yours does look "reinforced" compared to mine but I'm not sure which is which really.

Yeah it looks like mine is the "reinforced" one, lets wait to see if someone can confirm.. But yours looks like mine on the headphone hole ? that little gap between the hard shell and the tpu..

Hi guys,
Wanted to post a review for another Noreve case, the first review being the one I did for the Nexus 7 case, which can be found here
I'd like to first mention that my case arrived before my phone did (anyone surprised?), however I was able to test this out on a friends N4.
As always, packaging from Noreve is top notch.

Upon opening the box, you are greeted with a bright red pouch in which the actual case itself comes in. I don't know who's idea this was, but it was a good one. Definitely the nicest packaging job I've seen for a case, bar none.
After taking the actual case out of the box, you are greeted by the unmistakable smell of high quality leather. Don't be surprised if you find yourself sniffing your case! The finish on this particular case is from the Illumination series, which comes in black (onyx), or maia (gold) or platinum. This is the case in the Onyx finish. The Illumination series has a very smooth, polished leather, making it shiny and easy to clean. Finger prints are not an issue with the case, which is a plus.
Note the hole for the LED indicator on the front. It's perfect, and a very classy touch. I am glad they haven't overlooked that.
And here is a detailed look of the inside of the case.
Here is a close up of the stitching,
Here is a view of the back of the case, and also another close up of the stitching :
Another nice addition Noreve always incorporates into their cases is the speaker grill, to keep dust out of the case.
A view from the left,
And a view from the right,
The case gives you easy access to all the ports you need, and the cutouts for the camera are flawlessly done. It feels great in the hand, doesn't add too much bulk, and would easily protect the phone from most major falls. I can't see fluids doing any damage to the phone with the case on either, unless you submerge it in water, which I'm pretty sure none of us would do
The first case I got from Noreve was the N7 case, and I still absolutely love it. It made me like my device even more, and top of that, it just looks ten times better now. Even after months of use, the smell of leather still faintly greets me each and every time. I wanted to give another Noreve product a try, and this one hits the ball out of the park for me as well. Excellent craftsmanship throughout, and equally excellent customer service, which to me is extremely important. It unfortunately seems to be a rarity these days, but the people at Noreve are extremely friendly and helpful.
The price for this case in standard black is 46 Euros, with free shipping anywhere in the world with DHL. I received this case in 2 business days, which was lightning fast, despite not being located in France. The prices change with their finishing options and belt clip options, as they offer belt clips in plastic as well as metal, or in my case, no belt clip at all.
Some would say that that's a bit expensive for a case, and I disagree. I'm of the mind that if you're going to buy something, buy it once and don't worry about it. You get what you pay for. I remember paying $45 for an Otterbox Defender case, and the plastic casing broke after 7 months, rendering the case completely useless. That Otterbox was nothing but plastic and silicon anyway, and in my opinion did not warranty the price tag. With Noreve, you get a premium, hand crafted leather case, so I think it's well worth it. Personally I've wasted too much money in the past on crummy cases. Never again.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this case, and would rate it a solid 5 out o 5.
Thank you for reading! Here is a direct link to their Nexus 4 product page.
If I were to spend 60€ on a case I would definitely consider this one, looks extrimely classy and well made, but the protection provided is probably good but not great and the flip front is not practical imo. It's really really fancy and good looking, but also expansive, and the fact that the case for the N7 has the same price as the one for the N4 is a bit of a mockery.
I just got mine today. It's the "Sable Vintage" one though, which made it a bit more expensive since it's a 'custom order' or something. I love the look of this case. It's so refined-looking and professional, and looks like it will do a lot to prevent damage to your phone with its metal frame. The vintage style is also a good choice if the case might be suffering from some abuse like mine will; any scratches the case might suffer will only add to the worn look of the case, and will only make it look more vintage, fitting the style's name perfectly.
Nice! Would love to see a few pictures of that finish.
Nice review. Worth every penny IMHO.
(I too would like to see a picture of the vintage version...)
the case looks, nice. but i'd rather see it on the phone. thanks tho
Will update once my phone arrives. Thanks for reading guys :good:

Can't speak for the OP @ynrozturk, but mine is still awesome.
3 points:
1 - most importantly it feels 100% protected. No screen protector so I get the benefit of smoothness during use. But screen is totally protected with case....
2 - case still looks, feels and functions like it did on day one.
3 - it does add thickness to the phone as a whole. That doesn't bother me, as I'll trade that for the protection. However it may some people....

The 20th day is 2/28 so I'll send an email to check the status and will post updates when I get it in.

I received an email with this in it: 'Your case is actually under production. We must ship it beginning of week 10.'
I'm not sure what this means. I'm 4 weeks since my order but I guess if they're a small company hand-making things in France I'm not going to give them too hard a time.

I can really blame them. Even Google had underestimated how many people would be interested in their product.

I'm in Paris, but it is not a delivery problem, so I could be in Australia as well and they would have said the same.
I guess the better option is not to buy a custom one. Moreover they had offered me to send me one of the the standard ones (which they have in stock apparently) or wait for the one I have ordered. I chose to wait.
While waiting I'm using a cheap TPU case, with the XtremeGuard screen protector (which looks awful, but protects it).

I ordered a Spigen Neo Hybrid case from a seller on Ebay from the US. I thought everything would be an authentic spigen case but when i received the case today, i was wrong. please refer to the pictures as I describe why it is fake so that you too do not get scammed.
1 - the packaging is incorrect. The original one does not look like this and is not in green.
2 - it does not come with the jelly bean buttons
3 - does not come with the authentication certificate so that you know it is a real one
4 - the power and volume buttons are on the TPU part of the case, then just spray painted the buttons with silver while the original spigen neo hybrid has holes for the power and volume buttons on the TPU part and the actual button is on the bumper part which makes the feel of it more clicky and better.
5 - the engraving on the side of the bumper does not say neo hybrid but NED HYBRID!!!!! are u effin serious!?!?! that right there was a dead give away.
sooo please make sure you check to see if the case has any of these that i mentioned so that you too do not get scammed. these cases are not cheap so you need to make sure you get a genuine part directly from spigen or their dealers. I have already set up a claim with ebay and will set a dispute with paypal, hopefully i get my refund sooner than later... thanks!
Did you read the description? Sometimes they explicitly mention that it is not a genuine sgp product in the description.

Here are some rules on ebay..
If the price looks to good to be true it most likely is, you get what you pay for. This is what happens when people try to be cheap and not buy direct. Spigen has a store on ebay that is official.
98% of brand name cell phone cases on ebay are not official.
If you paid close to reg price why didn't you just go to spigen direct? Were you that hard up for a few bucks?
I have a fake otterbox defender i paid about $25 for for my S3, however i didnt get pissed after buying it and you know why? I paid HALF what a real one cost and for the most part its the same damn thing, it It protects my phone just as well
Oh and PS if you message the seller and show him the things that you know make it a fake, and say you are calling spigen to verify authenticity , 9 times out of 10 they will offer a full refund without even shipping the item back

Although I can't clarify for the OP. I also received the exact item he received. Some more notes:
- The counterfeit item is much thicker. Having now compared them. When I received my NED HYBRID, I was like "this is premium? I paid $25 for this?" Quality is very inferior in the knock-off.
- The packaging will have a model# for an S3 in white. They don't change the SKU's on the counterfeit.
- The 3d Authentication Sticker says "Official SGPSTORE.COM Product" - the real one says Official SPIGEN Product or something.
I think they may have recycled the plastic cases from a previous batch (factory left overs) and made up a new slip?
My seller was sino-wireless .

I bought it on Ebay for near retail price at $25 because it was sold out at the time. I actively chose one that said it was authentic SPIGEN, made in Korea, and priced accordingly. If I wanted the chinese one, I would have paid $9 for it.
Hehe on the 2nd picture, the one of the silver frame it says ned hybrid , not neo hybrid.

i did tell the seller and opened a case with ebay but he is only offering a partial refund of 15 from the price of the phone which was 20 which is bs, i got this because it stated authentic and you are not able to falsely advertise on ebay, i know still some people do, but ebay protects you anyway if such a thing happens. the sellers feedback was also 100 so i felt good about it, and it was from US n not international.
please ! report these dicks to spigen !

LOLz on the NED Hybrid I think that was the dead ringer for me.
have to say it "you get what you pay for"
I'm sure you paid far less than the $31.99 they charging on the site, that would have been a obvious sign for me.
I had a 7.99 off card they gave me from one of their promos, got the Ultra Crystal SP and Aluminum buttons half off, was a good enough deal for me, just ordered directly off their site with free shipping like I have many times in the past.
well the neo hybrid case isn't worth anywhere near 30 dollars
sad to see you paid 25 for a fake
this is why i never really take my chances with ebay.
id rather buy direct from people and know its authentic then take a chance n get ripped off.
i ordered the neo hybrid satin silver and its well worth the 30 i paid
Just yesterday I received a Spigen case for my new S4. Inside the case was a little card which mentioned authenticating my Spigen product. I thought to myself, "How arrogant of them to think that somebody would want to copy their cell phone case" and ignored it.
Well, I guess the joke is on me! Fortunately I just now ran the authentication on my case, and it's legit (whew!).
Thanks for this report, perhaps it will save somebody some grief. I had no idea such a thing was a problem....
Ordered a fake from China in red for 12 bucks.
I know what I'm getting at that price. Anything half price of the general set price is always a knock off.
Not spending 30 bucks for this plastic case.

I got taken to and filed a "Counterfeit" claim with paypal and demanded a refund and prepaid mailer. I refused to pay to ship counterfeit merchandise. Got my refund in 20 minutes of opening claim.

yea, if got scammed as well, same case. but i keep it. it is a good scam with high quality, for half the price
I also got same product from ebay. But it's very nice quality for half price. I am happy with this deal.
I actually bought a fake from eBay thinking the bumper would at least be interchangeable with the authentic ones.
Also, another thing they do is put MEGR instead of MEGA on the back where it says the cameras MP.
Sent from my Ancient Atrix 4G.
My seller is requesting *I* send the case back to him so he can process a refund. I told him I was already in contact with Spigen (which I did file with them) and they want the case, so if he wants it back he has to provide a mailer/refund quick or it's going to them as evidence.
We'll see how he responds.
As I said. It's one thing to sale China clones that are obvious knock-offs at $9. But to package them and sale them as authentic at retail prices is downright fraud. My seller was US based and also had 100% feedback at the time. It hurts the brand. If I didn't know better, I would think "wow Spigen really sucks". Now that I have an authentic one to compare to, I know that the quality is far superior to the knock-off.

Even if you're satisfied for half-price and going to keep it, I recommend you put a neutral (doesn't hurt them) feedback stating that it isn't authentic. When I buy stuff on Ebay, I look for feedback in the neutral/negative categories to see if the seller is selling counterfeits. It helps others.
I disagree.
Neutral IS a negative in ebays eyes. .
If you are truly happy with the amount paid and the quality you got leave it at positive.
If your buying items brand new at half price and think they are authentic, then you are a fool.
The guy that paid almost full retail was taken advantage of. But sending the product to the actual company and dealing with reporting them and making threats and all this crap is just a waste, it's just makes you look petty. No offense.
Open a claim with eBay and let them take care of it.

Hi, I've had a Black Commuter that I bought on Sprint and it's a great case so I ordered a White Commuter on ebay for $20, because it looks really great on the White S4. Sprint doesn't have this color option available. Well it came yesterday but I notice it feels a little different than the other I have. I've inspected the 2 boxes, cases and there are some small differences. The buttons are stiffer, the edges of the black hard shell are more rounded than the white one. The silicone case finishes are not perfectly on the white one. Also the Rubberized back doesn't feel the same. Their both made in China. Another thing I notice is the engraving on the white one doesn't have the punctuation on the site direction. Here are some pics of the differences. Could it be a Counterfeit? Anyone with this case in white that could verify this things????
Thanks,
Kelvin
They should all have the same box. Probably fake albeit a good one.

Yes I think the quality overall is good. Buttons feel a little stiffer though.
I was recently at my local swapmeet and their was a stand advertising otterbox cases, I asked the guy if he had anything for the galaxy s4 and he pulled out a huge box full of otterbox defender and commuter cases. The package for the commuter looked like the one in your pictures and also did not have the barcode/upc label. I have a commuter I purchased from bestbuy and the packaging lookes like yours from sprint, I asked him the prices and he told me $25 for the defender and $15 for the commuter. I couldnt believe it, so I asked if I could open the defender package and when I did the first thing I noticed was the built in screen protector had fallen off and also the case was really bad in quality with alot of ruff edges and the inside otterbox label was somewhat off. I came to conclusion that the cases were fake =-/

on the flip side,id say for the average day use it would do just as well for protection probally wouldnt last as long but would still protect against average drops i think. no one would know the diff but u probably.
I actually recently bought a green otterbox commuter on ebay from a high rating seller for about $23. The box it came in seemed legit. First thing the black paint lining the camera wasn't even with the green. Lines were clearly not straight. The inside of the tpu looked marked up but that didn't bother cause the phone sat in it but the camera thing did . also all my chargers would not fit good on the top part of the charger. I had to trim down all my chargers. I contacted the seller and he apologized and I got a new case. The second case green was slightly darker and the grey silicone was slightly lighter and the the charging port looked the same but obviously sat differently cause all my chargers fit with out issues on the second case. I think the first one was a good fake or just bad production batches that still get sold wholesale cause they both had their patent marks but fit and looked slightly different.

Damn so Otterbox counterfeits are getting this good?? I still thought they came in a totally different box. There's this guy on Craigslist who is always selling defenders and commuters for $30 and $20 for the s4, s3, and iphones. Almost bought one.

Ok Thanks, The seller want me to send the case so he can inspect and then send another from the retail store that comes directly from Otterbox. Hey Cambotea, the boxes you receive had the UPC label?? Also were the edges of the hard shell well done (rounded not sharp like the white I received)??
They got defenders for about 13 bucks free shipping out of china on ebay.
Its the one with the belt clip.
Are the knockoffs any decent? I know it may have flaws but will it protect the same as the real if dropped?
I would think its the same material.
I need something with a belt clip for work and it need to be kinda protective. Im not going to play football with the thing.

Yup me too, o lt mine was the Glacier Defender. Its was so close, but there was a huge Gap between the polycarbonate and the outer layer when the case was on the device. Also a huge gap in the front between the polycarbonate and outer layer. The buttons were so soft, i couldnt even use em, and from the first Defender I bought, i k we they should at least click. When i compared the USC or SKU number to amazon and otterbox website, it wasn't even close. Contacted otterbox and they confirmed it was a fake thru Photos.
This was thru Ebay, returned it the next day and on friday, i still didn't ha e my refund of $26.50. Now, the seller said he didn't receive the case (which I knew was BS) Ebay said without proof that I sent it back, I'd be s**T out of luck, well stupid move by his part, cause I still had the receipt from USPS from when I shipped it back. Now this was on Saturday when I made a stink over all of this. Within an hour, I had a i start refund issued to my PayPal lol. I mean, I knew I was taking a risk of it Being a fake. I knew I would have to potentially send it back, but never thought it would be this difficult. I'll stick to my local stores for a pricey purchase on a case like this next timr

Hi, just a little update; the seller gave me a partial refund. I've bought another from Amazon. and yes the one bought from ebay was a Counterfeit. Now on this one, the edges are perfectly rounded, buttons are soft and now I have the the Otterbox Warranty. Here are the pics of the new one:

Ordered my SM-910C Note 4 on Friday. Bought overnight shipping. It will arrive sometime today. Looked hard at dozens of cases on eBay and a few on YouTube on Saturday. Even though this case looks chunky, the phone itself will probably feel huge in lady hands, so I bought it. The case shipped from Maryland and believe it or not, it arrived in my morning mail. Love this case. My fingers will have to stretch but it looks and feels like a tank ... I won't have to worry about whether or not it will protect my Note. Besides the size, just know, this case os HEAVY even without the phone in it. I don't care though. diane

I don't have the Verizon phone.
I'm also have two love mei cases from 2014,yeah it surely heavy even without the Note.Firstly have one from eBay,disappoint that the glass comes broken and wait the replacement glass from seller and it never comes until now,if someone of a same experience from eBay seller? Again ordered from lovemeicases.com and get the case shortly as order confirmed and have it for protection all the way, firstly I'm hanging between love mei and lunatik and now come to a conclusion that the love mei case is a reliable one indeed if you don't care too much the bulky, for the case don't effect the operation experience as expected, let alone the extreme protection performance, the only thing you may care is going to buy from verified seller, anyway, purchase from eBay seller is not a pretty experience indeed....good luck!
Received the official Samsung screen protectors today from Mobile fun. This package comes with two screen protectors which is nice. You can see more info in the YouTube video mobile fun made for this product.
Installation was pretty easy, I installed it in the bathroom with a hot shower running in hopes of limiting the amount of dust the could get trapped under the screen protector. I was pleased with the fit and finish, also impressed with the way the product is shapped to accommodate the edges. The feel is definitely not as smooth as glass but to me it's great none the less. The problem came when I put on my ringke clear soft case, the edges of the case ruled on the edges of the screen protector and makes it peal. Seems like I'm going to have to chose between the case or the screen protector which imo would eventually peal none the less. I really hate that samsung pushed this on people, ever since I cracked my s6 edge screen in my sleep 2 weeks after I got it, I said to my self never again and here I am with another edge. Don't get me wrong I think the edges makes the phone look beautiful but the fact that it's delicate and the lack of proper screen protection makes it hard to enjoy

I'm loving this SP too, though it's not compatible with all the cases available on the market, i had to change my Spigen Rugged Armor to the Thin Fit. Because the rugged armor pushes the edges of the SP out but the Thin Fit works well with it.

Well, I'm using the official LED Cover, so it should work for me.
Still waiting for my screen protector to be shipped.
Where is OEM available? Samsung US isn't even selling this yet.
Where did you guys get these? I see the Mobile Fun ones in the UK, but I am very skeptical that they are OEM, seeing as though the OEM Screen Protector hasn't been released yet.
Even stranger when you factor in the UK receiving OEM Screen protectors before the device even launches there?
I think it's genius how they created those niches in the corners to hold the curvature. Waiting for these to come to the states.
I don't really like it, it's a fingerprint magnet, it's film so it feels weird and unnatural compared to glass but theres no real alternatives so I'm stick with it until a proper tempered glass protector comes out.
Can someone who has the case tell us which edges of the protective film suffered when a case was applied ? why not to trim/ cut the film slightly using a sharp razor in order to prevent any peeling on the edges?

Just ordered the official Samsung clear case, hopefully Samsung tested both products together. I'll report the outcome when I get it

Thanks man, I just ordered. It says "In Stock Tomorrow", but my shipping date shows as Monday 8/29 - any experience with this? I just don't want to wait around for 3 weeks for Screen Protectors.
Anyway, if they mess up my order, I'm holding you personally responsible! just kidding man.
I still have my doubts, but I'd prefer an exact OEM replica over the garbage I've tried so far, any day.
I have a Spigen Neo Hybrid Crystal case (Champagne Gold), so I shouldn't have any case issues. I guess we shall see!!
Thanks again, and please let me know your interpretation of their item in stock tomorrow/shipping Monday (today) message.

Who has actually purchased this from Mobile Fun US (preferably), and how long did it take to fulfill your order, what was your experience? Again, I don't want to wait on any more stuff (feels like I've been tracking packages for the past two weeks straight).
Any insight, shipping location, US warehouse details, timeliness, would all be appreciated.
I truly still cannot understand how some random obscure cell phone accessory distro has OEM Samsung screen protectors for the Note 7, when Samsung themselves (or any other major retailer in the continental United States) haven't started selling it yet (or even advertised it as an item coming soon). I ordered it anyway, but really not sure about this one )also OEM Samsung screen protectors are like $30 bucks minimum, this was what, like $20 after shipping and taxes??? Something seems sketchy.
Thanks in advance to anyone who shares their experience with me.

Don't hold your breath on availability from MobileFun.com.
On new OEM items, you'll notice more often than not the actual availability will get pushed back several times.
Best advice I can give is check the status several times a day, along with other sources.
They're a legitimate e-tailer, but, they stretch the truth on availability ETA's.
Additionally.....
I was just browsing their website, and they are offering products that Manufacturers do not even offer (as well as major retailers). How is this possible?
I am almost certain these are OEM Replicas, copied in China. Please prove to me that I am wrong, I've already gave them some money. I guess we will see how it goes.
Spigen hasn't put out their curved crystal yet, but this site has it? Definitely strange to me at least.

They've responsive & cooperative, but, they're "overly optimistic" on new mdse availability.
I got mine from an eBayer before he ran out of stock. (The $299.95 price some have reported is just a placeholder until he can get more).
I paid $17.99 for mine, might wanna contact (virtual-depot), see if he actually plans on restocking @ the original price.
