Hello, can someone tell me if it is possible to change the Phone Answer/Caller ID from the custom rom Viper 2.2?
I hate the htc thing, can you point me how to restore the android default or one similar to that?
Maybe something to do with the phone.apk ?

EDIT: tried to change the Phone.apk for the one that is in CM10 an CM10.1 but it force closes and don't detects the SIM CARD

Well I have a htc tattoo and now I want to install a custom rom to it....main reason is to make bluetooth work...so please suggest me
1)ROM with working bluetooth and camera(if v1.6) its fine....and also tell me
2)what's the best ROM for v2.2 cause i can still sacrifice my camera
3)does bluetooth work on v2.1 and v2.2??
finally...if I want to get back to my original tattoo rom...how do i do that? I mean is there any way to backup my rom and data as well....

I installed Cronos ROM Gingerbread for Magic, one version my phone has the call advance settings, the newest version does not have. (This will allow the vibrate when connect and some other settings)
Is there any solution or phone.apk to replace the orignal phone.apk to get the Advance setting? Or how can I port from the older version to get it into the newest version?

I have a HTC Sensation. And flashed Pyramid3D Rom With NoSense Script, because i dont like this HTC Sense Stuff at all. Now I like the phone but i have some problems.... I Want the stock android phone dialer and the stock android contact. I have read a lot and it seems that i have to install the phone dialer and the contacts application as apk, but i cant find them... can you please help me. thanks a lot
Hi, I have a strange problem that happend to me the first time.
Im installing quite a while custom rom's on diffrent devices,
but it appers that there is always something new you discover
So here's my problem..
I've installed MIUI v5 3.5.24 on my HTC ONE V

flashed kernel and all other stuff u needed.. but when i come
to the lock screen and requires the PIN code i insert it and the
phone restarts again and again the same process all over again.. without the SIM CARD
the rom works great..
SO DID I ANYTHING STUPID THAT DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY OR IT'S JUST A REGULAR BUG
AND CAN NOT BE FIXED???

i was wondering how hard would it be to port a 4.4.2 sense 5 rom to the infuse.....i want to try it myself but just to port seems like a crap ton of work has anyone else tried to do this? and also touchwiz rom 4.4.2 maybe?
