Hey guys,
here my story:
i was using my htc on stock first, bought a MHL adapter and it worked as well as i hoped. now, after flashing many roms and stopped with cyanogenmod 10.1 i was trying to use the MHL adapter again, and it does not work. there is no signal for working in any way. is the cyanogenmod not compatible with MHL or is there any other problem?

Hey all. Quick question. I got an adapter to go from mini usb to headphones. Its the offical htc 4 in 1. Now I got it working on the 4.5 build from haykuro but it doesn't seem to recognize headphones. Anyone else have this issue with 5.02g as well with the 4 in 1 adapter? Thanks.

as the topic says, its about my DUAL SIM adapter! I just got my NS today, root etc. worked fine. I already read before that the stock 2.3 doesnt have a SimToolkit, so I installed Modaco's ROM, which from the info has a working STK.
Anyway, after setting everything up I wanted to use my adapter but the phone is telling me all the time there is NO SIMCARD, I used this adapter with my Galaxy S, and just tested it with an old HTC and Nokia, both work fine!?
So what do you guys think, is it hardware related?? I hope not! Its a damn 65 euro G-Telware adapter which worked fine with other phones and now this ... damn.
If its not, then is there a software solution? Or someone of you has the same issue???

Can someone verify this? I am running an official cm10 nightly and i tried using MHL on my One S the other day and it did not work. So i was wondering if MHL doesnt work on cm10 roms?
If so, what roms support MHL and how can i verify this before installing the rom? Is there a way? Does cm10.1 support MHL?

Running "Dark Jelly S" build 12 and having the same problem.
TrickDroid supports it. It's Sense based though.

CM generaly have poor MHL support for various phones. I just tried my MHL andapter runing luxandroidROM on villec2. Compared to GS2 it has better screen fit, nicer colors, but I notice a framerate drop in sense home and other apps. Videos run smooth. How about others that use MHL?
I am looking to replace my work laptop with a tablet and I love the Note 10.1 but lack of wired ethernet drivers is killing it for me. I have to be able to troubleshoot wired networks for customers. Anyone know if a developer has included the ethernet drivers in a custom ROM maybe? From my understanding its just a matter of it being included in the build somehow and it just wasnt included in stock.
I can look into it for my kernel- the "Pegasus" brand of USB Ethernet drivers is fairly common.
Problem is, I think you'll also need Framework support but we don't have the TW source.

same needs....i would need it to perform some Pentests against internal web applications that are only accessable via LAN....

I have had success with Mokee on xiaomi mipad 4 — ethernet worked without any extra fiddling. But it bootlooped when trying to install to another device.
The xiaomi.eu ROM also has working ethernet drivers working ootb with two different usb adapters that i tried.
Lets hope the posters are still here after eight years and mokee do have a rom for Note 10.1
I just recently utilized the HDMI port on my A510 tab.
And my TV's screen seems to lose and acquire the HDMI source every second. Has anyone experienced this?
The TV and the cable works with my Optimus 2X by the way. That's why I'm thinking it's an A510 issue.
I'm wondering if all this is because of my stock rooted 4.1.2 rom. And I'm wondering if switching to the latest AOKP or CM11 can fix this.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
