Op says version v2 but download link is already v3 .
Is there a way to get sense tv back? I noticed in the op it clearly states that sense tv is removed, however I find that to be an extremely useful app, just wondering if I were to install this Rom how would I go about getting that apk? Or can I just extract from another Rom and put it in system, would that work? Thanks

U have to take it from a stock Rom . Maybe next version I will include it but didn't find any obvious use of this feature

for % battery,you can use the installed MIUI.settings.apk (from miui-brainmaster nexus-s)
go in miui.control/battery options/battery indicator style/flag "percentage" and voila'!!

Yeah, if the developer portal for rom manager wants to work with me again (crashes soo quick with google chrome ) it'll be on ROM Manager.
For now just use MultiUpload.
And i'm looking for more stuff to delete and make the rom even lighther.

I usually download the rom onto a PC. Open up the rom zip and delete the apps I don't want installed during the flashing process.

I heard HTC has some huge files on the stock for their speach recognition and car thingy. And he's probably removed the videos that play when you click the weather, which are pretty huge as well. Didn't flash the rom but that's probably a big part of the reason why it's so small.

Same here. If I have BlinkFeed I may as well use the feed. Include the topics and I'm all over this. It's really fast and lightweight

The title says "Redesigned Sense". Can I ask if this has been redisigned by the dev or its actually a HTC redesign? Also, what has actually been redesigned?

I think the redesigned sense which is 5.5 is not out yet it may ship with the retail ota.

Redesigned only shortcuts and wallpaper by me. In latest one max leaks, sense 5.5 has quick settings with reorder button we want sense 5.5 with 4.3 ota update but I think we won't have the sense 5.5 with first 4.3 update.

then you should rename it to themed or whatever but redesigned is a bit missleading.
You should add credits soon to your first post.
For example to @ZeroInfinity , I hope you asked for permission first as well.

Mail app not include. But some people want the mail. I will add in next update
