This is app is the ultimate SpyCamera, Audio and Video Recorder!
What it is really innovative is that there is no need to turn your screen on to use it, just let it active and it will be ready for you when you need it!!! It is activated with the device hardware buttons such as Volume UP/DOWN, Play, Camera, etc...

All free functions are working fine as far as I can see, I'm glad to see you considered my request for a full stealth mode :thumbup:
I would like to check the extended options as well, make an educated guess what could be my Gmail addy..

Edit: the New version doesn't replace/update the old neither it's migrating the pictures taken, could be improved..

Fixed! Those that couldn't activate the Pro features, try again, you should be able to do it now...
New version uploaded with front camera support and some fixes.

Are you using the apk published here or the one in the play store? If you are using the apk, it should say something like "This is a test purchase and your won't be charged"

Nevermind, after clicking payment option it told me the test thing, got it, Thx, will report about the functionality.
Okay, two things, I don't have a play button and it seems motion trigger is not working, will you implement motion recording to create such a or several motions to be used?
Like shake up/down for audio and shake left/right for video?
Tilt forward and backward... endless possibilities...

Awkward problem
Great tool! Guys I got problem for which I can't actually think of solution. I got android phone my girlfriend got a Symbian phone. I need to spy for example on her Whatsapp, Viber, FB messages. It's kind of serious and i will appreciate anyone who can help. This is of grave importance to me. Thanks in advance.

Sorry man to hear that. I wouldn't know how to do it under symbian, but you can always go for the Social way...
Or better use SpyKit motion detector and catch em ****ing on your bedroom!

Flashlight Notifier is a simple application that allows you to use your camera LED as a notification LED! Can be used with ANY application!
I have only been able to test this on a small handful of handsets so if it doesn't work for you don't fret!, give me a small reply in this thread and i will do what i can to get your device supported!

i have been waiting for such an App ever since i got my i9100 where i started missing the notification LED from my G1
this it 100times better
/edit i didn´t know the app from rdude but it has only limited application supported. This app even does WhatsApp, E-Mail clients and whatever i want

Correct, in the future i plan to add support for calls specifically(to flash as calls come in), but specific support for other applications will not be pursued as I believe the current system is sufficient.
I am always open to ideas tho!

Correct, this works of system notifications(anyone that is displayed in the notification bar). So any application with a status bar notification is supported.

Sad to hear that, i have a LG Nitro HD and it does work with it. I can try and alter the way the flash is initiated(because it is know to be spotty between devices). When i have something i will send it to you .

I have just uploaded a new version to market, please try it and see if it works for you.
Is it possible or is it already in the donate version, options for setting light intensity so not to be so bright? It would be great to set it on low, so you can see it pulse and not blinding you by flashing at full power intensity.

I have looked into this because yes it can be EXTREMELY bright. I have not found a way to control the brightness yet but i am actively look into this. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Suggestion: Time settings. So this thing doesnt wake people up when they get a junk email at 3AM.

Wow i have never noticed this, i will have to determine why, even with the WHOLE list in memory it should not be that high, it is possible if you alternate between show system & not that the memory is not being cleared. Ether way i will fix this because that is quite ridiculous lol.

That is actually my exact next feature to add on my list! As for Galaxy Nexus I do not know if i will be able to or not, but i definitely will work towards it though. I get my GN in some time next week i should know pretty soon after that . Right now i believe its an issue with ICS but i should get it worked out.

Awesome app. My only suggestion would be to have the option to filter the results through something like tinyurl. That way, the people you send the links to can't see the search in the link. I'm not even sure if something like this would be possible. Very cool app.

Thanks for implementing the custom widget frame! works great now. I liked being able to set a past doodle as the widget. Maybe a search function to be able to find and set a really old one instead of just the 10 or so past ones that show up would be really cool. I dont know if it would be possible but it would also be pretty cool to see the animations in the widget too. just throwing that out there. Thanks for the great application.

Just trying to open the app today and it wont go past the 'Connecting to Google' opening screen. Wifi and 4G rebooted and tried both again with same result
[EDIT] I touched the screen that says 'Connecting to Google', it then passes that screen and says Get Doodle Failed. Its set on United States.

Focal is a fully featured camera app looking to provide the most features on the most phones possible, including device-specific features on some devices.
This app is the official release from the ex-CyanogenMod app.
It features:
- A photo and video mode, supporting many features (burst mode, timer mode, scene mode, shutter speed on Sony devices, ...)
- A panorama mode, currently semi-broken
- A PicSphere mode, open-source replacement of Google's PhotoSphere, to do 360° sphere shots
- A review drawer, by sliding from the top of the screen (in portrait). It shows your latest pictures.
In photo mode, you also have access to a few tools, such as automatic picture enhancement (auto-awesome), or a rule of thirds overlay. On some devices, settings such as Color adjustment, HDR and a manual light measure point are also available. Double tapping the screen will put your in quick shot mode, where tapping the screen anywhere will take a picture.
In video mode, high-framerate video is also possible.
Tips:
- You can slide a widget's left handle to the right to close it
- You can swipe twice to temporarily hide open widgets, and swipe back to recover them

Notes:
- This app targets mostly phones, but should mostly work on tablets.
- It is fully open source (GPL), and the sources can be downloaded at https://github.com/xplodwild/android_packages_apps_Focal
- It is a BETA, which means you might encounter bugs and crashes. I'm mostly working on newer devices (Galaxy S3 and +), so older devices might encounter more issues than recent ones.
- I do this in my free time, and this is a free software. Instead of rating 1 star because there is a bug, you should do a constructive comment, or raise the issue to me on twitter, @XpLoDWilD. Or even better, fork the project and fix the problem
- Even if some parts of the app sucks for now, they'll improve over time.

Fellow XDA users: Most of you here use custom ROMs. It means you know a bit about Android, and how useful it is to submit logs. Either you can submit a logcat here, or at least please report the crash using the "Report" button, so I can see it on my Play Store console. WIthout that, I can't fix your bug. Thanks!

sadly it wont work for me,i can open the app,than comes forceclose from focal and than from playstore too.
tested on lg l5 with pacman 4.3(official),maybe its because i have mdpi.

Logcats, as always - or at least report the issue so I get the crash message on my Play Store console.
any chance we could get an APK? apparently my s2 is not compatible.

You need to run at least Android 4.2.
Works great for me so far. I had a hacked version from the cm nightly previously running on aokp nightly. This new one works so much better. No issues so far. Thanks for putting this on the play store although you should make it a couple bucks

I'm planning on having a second Donate version - but I'll only put it up once I'm sure there are no major problem.

oh okay, it has 4.12.
I see images are still rotated and it defaults to tiny resolution, but I can not wait for this to get the bugs out. Shame about the drama but look at the bright side, more people will search for the app and know of its existence because of it

i cant send crash to console,because after focal crashs and i press on the report button the playstore app crashs too,have attached a log.

Hello fellow Android users, I've decided to start on another highly requested application. This time it is Kik Messenger, if you haven't noticed already.
What's so different about this version? Well I have actually changed the stockish look of Kik Messenger and have added elegancy and styles that correspond like the iOS7 Kik Messenger does.
This is far better looking than the normal Android one. If you would like to know what exactly has been changed, check the "Changelog" section.

How to install - Please note, upon installation you will lose all of your conversations that you've had with people.
I suggest taking screenshots? I will integrate a conversation backup feature in a future release if possible.
1. Firstly, download the preferred version (Latest version recommended).
2. Transfer the file to you device (If downloaded from desktop).
3. Uninstall current Kik Messenger.
4. Install my version of Kik Messenger.
5. Set it up, and enjoy.

I got nothing in logs, I cleared data from settings n it worked but however there were no changes, UI is same as stock but "Extras" feature was added to setting, It's basically because u need to work on hdpi folder png's too, Anyways I will have a eye on ur thread n wait for hdpi version

Loving the lay out great job OP, but only problem is that I can't access the left menu with the options as in the above post. Using a galaxy s4 (i9505) with davndh's Google edition rom. Any solutions? Thanks

The menu is still acessable. Just slide from the left where the small pane used to be. It'll work

No i will not abandon this project, if there were issues on this i would update it constantly but i dont see any bugs. But i will release a new update soon with some changed and fixes for the side drawer.
