Let's 8 bit Art is a Android app for artists, animators and game designers that can quickly and easily create 8-bit style raster images and animation.
Easy raster graphics editor optimized for work with small images in PNG, JPG, BMP and non-animated GIF formats with the ability to create animations and work with sprite-set (strip) in the format of PNG.

Transframers supports three different photo sources for image playing.
1. "Built-in": Demonstration photos provided by Transframer will be displayed.
2. "SD card": Please put image files in jpg format into any directory of your SD card.
3. “Picasa”: Please enter your Picasa account to browse and select photo albums.
Note:
1. Multiple folders can be selected in both SD card and Picasa web album.
2. Playback order can be changed to clockwise, counterclockwise or random in the "Photo and music order" under “Display settings.”
3. The image source will be automatically changed to “built-in” If the SD card or Picasa photo sources have file errors.
4. Picasa web album can be used only if the network connections are turned on. Users can choose different photo resolutions in "Display settings".
Transframers offers background music feature when playing the photos.
1. Please put music files in mp3 format to any directory of SD card.
2. Users can select multiple folders for music playing.
3. Playback order can be changed to clockwise, counterclockwise or random in the "Photo and music order" under “Display settings.”
4. Background music can be enabled or disabled in “Display settings” and music will also stop playing by un-selecting all the music folders.
Transframers provides 6 kinds of playback modes.
1. 3D effects are supported in calendar, digital clock, analog clock and slide show mode. The 3D mode can be switched on or off in "Display settings" if a 3D screen or glasses is available.
2. “Photo collage” modes can piece from 2 to 11 pictures together and users can select the corresponding photo collage frames from “Photo frame styles”.
Transframers offers 16 types of animation effects to enrich the pleasure in photo playing.
1. The speed, size and amount of the animation can be adjusted according to the device’s capability or user’s wish in the “Display settings”.
2. Any texts or symbols can be used for animation and users can choose their favorite color in “Custom text”.
3. Users can design their own icons and select different animation effects by putting the image files in png format into /sdcard/Transframer/animation/, and choose them from “Custom icon”. Users can also preview and apply the customized animation.
4. Animation effects can be enabled or disabled in "Display settings".
Transframers provides 22 different frame styles to enhance the user experience. Two of them can be fine tuned according to users’ needs.
1. Users can design their own frames and put the image files in png format into /sdcard/Transframer/frame/, then choose them from “Customized frame styles”.
2. Different kinds of photo collage frames can be selected according to the photo collage styles in “Playback mode”.
3. All photo frames can be enabled or disabled in "Display settings".
Transframers provides personalized settings so that users can modify the settings according to their desires.

I'd like to share with you my photo fx app: Mini Image Studio. This app is sort of like Instagram or Photo FX Plus, however my aim is to focus on different photo fx, like RGB color modification and HSV effects (tonemapping, HDR etc) rather than making this a social networking app (though sharing with Facebook etc is possible thanks to very flexible android structure).
There are only a couple of effects present now, but I'll add more with the upcoming updates.

[RGB] means effect is based on red-green-blue pixel components, which is in general simpler and faster compared to HSV fx. However the things that you can do with RGB are limited, on the other hand, [HSV] (hue-saturation-value) is more complex, closer to human eye in terms of image presentation and you can do cooler stuff such as HDR and tonemapping. MLIP means multilayered image processing, stands for indicating that image has more than one layers with different fx.
Also I would definitely appreciate your suggestions to speed up fx implementation, such as Native code..

Short Discription:
This application set the picture to the wallpaper with/without resizing.
Select a picture from the gallery, resize it, and set to the wallpaper.
And you can activate this application via the "Intent" as well. Select the picture in the gallery or another app, and "share" it to this application.
* The application name is changed since 1.3.1.
Features:
- Resize the image to fit to wallpaper width, height, or display width. Or set without resizing (Dot by Dot, DbD).
- Align the image horizontally and vertically. Left/center/right and top/center/bottom.
- Tile the images or left margins(border).
- Set the color of margins.
- Rotate the image.
- Aware the height of the status bar and the navigation bar.
- Save the image to external storage.
The saving location is "/sdcard/wallpaper". You will find the saved image with "FileManager" app etc.
- [Advanced] Crop the image.
- [Advanced] Flip the image holizonatally and/or vertically.
- [Advanced] Set another image to margins (background.)
- [Advanced] Apply some image effects.
* Advanced features can be used in "Advanced Mode".

I was wondering, can this app be used to set an image as a live wallpaper?
No functionality change, same image, just set as a live wallpaper.
It because the crappy designers at Google decided to automatically zoom in image wallpapers but not live wallpapers.

tried that, good one. tried other roms like arrow os and pixel experience. both based on 8.1 Oreo. boots, usable but there are two the same things on both rom which needs to be fixed. Fingerprint press on background, everywhere, screen flickes after power press, sometimes in idle.. not working auto brightness and brightness slider not working correctly.
