I apologize if this is posted in the wrong place but I'm trying to find some minimal locks for my lock screen. It's hard to find something minimal similar to the ones posted below. Can someone point me to any? I'd be much appreciated.

I've been looking around at all the signatures at XDA and I see people phone information in there siganature. It looks fancy and cool and i am wondering how do you get all that info to put in there. I want to fit in so please help.
