Please note this is a cross post, I really havent been getting help in the TF700 section, and this is sort of a general question as well
Hey guys,
So I was having some ghost touching issues with my TF700, so I decided to replace the digitizer. Got it all torn down, removed digitizer from the LCD, but realized the digitizer has some weird mount on it. While trying to remove the old digitizer from the mount, the whole thing shattered. I was able to get the center glass out, but their is a bunch still attached to the mount. Any suggestions on how to get the other glass? Ive cut myself like 3 times, and only able to get off little fragments at a time. Any help would be appreciated. Ive attached some photos too.

Hello!
My screen has a lot of cracks (but work normally) and i tried to replace it. But a new screen was defective and not working. Then i connect old screen to flex and there are white noise all over the screen.
Phone still working and moreover touchscreen is working too.
Is this problem with display or something else?
Hi,
got the sameproblem after screen replacement, did you solve the issue?
This guy says it's due to a broken flex connector, so could be that I damaged it during repair.

Any advice? Would like to avoid buying unnecessary parts for this old phone...

Hello! I found no solution. I ordered new screen and replaced the old one.
hi,
Happy New Year.
Ok guys, i bought a tablet/notebook of a cheap brand called Medion.
Now the screen is broken:crying:, the image is good as new but the glass (digitizer?) is broken and I only can use touch screen in a little part of the screen. The big problem is that is impossible to find a digitizer on internet for my notebook so I was thinking if there is a possibility of a other digitizer fits for this notebook, there is all info I have for the moment;
Its a 11,6 screen.

Thanks for any Help.
Sorry for the mediocre English.
Hi there, before changing my lcd I looked at the mainboard and I noticed that one little resistor (or capacitor don't know the exact term) is missing. I put a green arrow in the picture to show exactly what I'm looking for.
So, before changing the entire lcd, I want to try to replace that part but I don't know the exact part to buy.

Can you please someone tell me which part do I have to buy to solder back to the mainboard?
Thanks,
BJ
Nevermind, I've changed the lcd and the problem is, hopefully, gone so even if I don't know why and when that piece felt off all the lcd functions are back to normal. Admins can lock / close this thread.
Thanks anyway,
BJ
Hi! First of all sorry for my bad english, I'll try to do my best.
I could get an U11 for quite cheap as secondhand because the back glass is broken. But I found an annoying problem at the camera. At white and very light or at black object you can see a mark on every photo. I tried to find out if it is a scratch? i might seen a really small scratch or i might just hallucinated . On an other forum one person told me it could be a camera modul problem, so at the moment I am not sure what it is. If anyone have had the same issue with this or other phone please let me know. I attach some pictures about it.

It could be dirt in the crack of the glass. It could be a faulty module. The only way to find out is replace the glass as that is cheapest.
