custom boot animation not smooth

So I'm trying to make the animation smooth on my droid x. Its a custom velocity red RX-8 that I did in photoshop. For some reason I can't get the animation smooth at all. Any thoughts? FPS is set at 30 and I even lowered the resolution also. Here's the GIF I made for it before I extracted the PNG's.

Tell me which file is responsible. backup is only available for k2001q and android 10 with the same resolution as me. The Chinese does not make contact.
Maybe who can tell you what to do to change the resolution of the screen for normal for my magnet 1280 * 720? I will be glad of any options.
