You can try adding a line in build.prop , which i don't remember right now.
You could install Pimp my Rom and enable it from there...I had tried it once and it did work...

It is pretty simple just press vol up or down to wake screen up
Just flash with CWM,
DOWNLOAD
Note: This mod contains android policy so it may bootloop with your ROM. If you bootloop send me your policy and I will mod it. And if you have miro/tipo dual/j same send me policy and I will mod it

Have you tried udatting your phone to 11.3.A.2.13 Android 4.1.1.
C1504 me too!
using the old version here.
no lags on mine. I removed all Sony and some Google apps as well.

Try this, get this from the market https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=otis8.softlocker&hl=en , insstall and enable it and see how the performance is then afterwards.
No need to freak out bro..just uninstall all the rarely used apps and then go to apps>all apps and disable all the unused G-apps from there.that should work like adrenaline...

I think It comes from a Custom Rom, or perhaps...
guys there are so many apps for devices like U AND SP ..to.control the bottom led bar..our devices also have the bar but it cannot be.customised..
i am not asking anyone to build it.but would be great if someone who knows all these could help me...thanks in advance

I think it is easy to do it using busy box... Because,the recovery kernel of nanhu lights it up on boot....

Xperia j/u/sp/p are supported by Illumination.. My Xperia M works well with it.. Xperia E should work too, bro.
