I guess he is seeking Pure ICS ROM like Galaxy Nexus, he wants AOKP ROM which are generally based on AOSP, I think we wont get it as our device is not that popular.

Once we get stable CM10 we can get AOKP ROM easily because its based on the CM10 repo's, So hope for the best Adam & Karthik will give CM10 soon .....

Every dam..beautiful rom r based on cm....
So once cm is done...it wld open door to all other rom..

Running Blackhawk's Next Kernel. They recommend Philz touch, but I flashed it with CWM recovery. No problems.

But they all really look like stock 4.3 (with the same icon pack), they all just have different settings/tweaks, optimizations and customizability.

There's one called Super Nexus. It's the closest to Vanilla as it's trying to make it like it. Might give it a go..

no such..it really depends in your personal reference, roms are designed for gaming/mutitasking, stability, speed, etc, so it depends in your preference..you really need to try what you think is best for you..

No such thing as best. It comes down to personal preference. I look for stability and good battery life and therefore using aosp Temasek unofficial cm11 v50.1 and temasek kernel.
XDA is a great source with loads of info that can help you find what suits your needs.
