Here is my first bootanimation for HTC ONE SV, I just started to use GIMP
Please note:
I tested it and it worked.
Your device must be rooted to use it.
Use at your own risk and only if you know what you're doing!
here's what it looks like:

try these tools i've posted here. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=682415 it's the same process.
it's best to edit the shellres.dll that your phone is using. so do a search for extraction tools.

ok, i couldn't dump it from the rom. but i seen the build is 28004, so i grabbed it from another thread that's around here.
i would back up your stuff, just to be on the safe side.
also some different tapres.dll's. colored, silver, and white. <--"i did not make any of these, so no credit can go to me."
Edit!!! shellres.dll zip removed.

sorry, worked on my BJ1. thought it would work for your BJ2.
i've edit that several times in the past for myself, never had a problem. i'll remove it so no one else will use it, since it doesn't work.
so ,how to change it ?

well if you can get your hands on it, you can do it yourself with the tools i've posted in the 2nd post.
or,
ask the person who made the rom if they can help.

1. root your x10 (see accordin topic and follow steps 1-3)
2. remount "system" folder as "rw"(use Roor Explorer)
3. update/remove "/system/fonts/DroidSansFallback.ttf" with new one from this topic.
4. reboot Enjoy!

you have resize it?
to get cm10 bootanim only thing you need is to download cm10 ROM for explorer and open (with winrar) and extract bootanim.zip

Not working for me, using Z4experience, M2 aqua locked bootloader, just shows SONY & then android, nothing else! Have installed to right place as it asked to overwrite, will try the other way mentione but don't think it'll make much difference!
