hi i have a s4 clone mt6577, I accidentally brick my phone according to the procedure that i found there is something that you need to do in the test point and the GND, can somehelp me where can i find the testpoint and what is the meaning of "GND"? Thanks for your help..

Ive seen some guides about rooting and flashing but i just cant understnd what to do first can somebody help me step by step? Including flashing this rom? I cant understand the guide too btw here's the link of the rom i want to flash. previously i read something about jtag which helps in unbricking HTC HD2 /Leo from the dead state.........................
but i do not understand the whole process...................
they sad make your jtag like
jtagunbuffered.png in the attachment
but where to connect the LPT cable........................i donot understand
moreover , in some other pictures they attach it to Medusa Box or RIFF box but i do not have any box.................
so please help me if there is any other way i can unbrick my HTC hd2/leo mob. without Riff or Medusa.................
IF possible please help me with step by step description with images.....................
and also attach softwares which r required for this ...................................
please HELP.............................

i already got every file i need except "MPRG8230.hex"
i was able to get the 8x30_msimage.mbn and partition.xml by myself (much tutorials and hardly much google translation needed but it worked^^)
all i left to need is the flash programming file for qualcomms MSM8230
so if someone have this file....or know how to create....be so kind and inform me

I think they're talking about a hard brick. Obviously op is experienced enough to know about FT.

Hello, i also looked already 1 month everywhere for the file
8x30_msimage.mbn
Reason is unbrick the Sony L. I have the ftf firmware extracted and tried most tools available to fix the qdload 9800 problem. Up to now i not really know if a Sony is fixable the way like with QFIL...
So please reply if someone have saved the file or other important files needed

My name is Cistler, and i have a Chinese MTK6580 Goophone i7 Plus. And i want to make a custom version of the CopperheadOS rom for this phone.
But because i have very little experince in the android programming.
I don't think its smart to just try something, because then i will end up with a bricked phone.
So if anybody is interessted to help me with this project, and learn me how this works i would be very grateful.

If you mean the doesn't work on the TV box but you want to make it work so it can work on any device, you will have to modify/port the app to work on the specific device that you want it to work on.
